But first, we have to move away from those pesky negative thought patterns. Today, the Universe is suggesting that we take some time to sweep off the step and shake out our “Welcome ” mat to release any lingering negativity that is hanging around or lurking in corners. Take a deep breath, give yourself a big hug and affirm that you are worthy of receiving prosperity and abundance, and then allow yourself to welcome them with an open heart!

Today’s Message: A Caring Balance

723: Today is a self-care day and the Universe is encouraging us to perform a balance check.  

  • Are you taking enough time for yourself or are you giving it all away? 
  • Are you achieving a balance between work and your personal life? 
  • Are you giving and receiving energy equally? Or tipping the scales?

Taking the time to see where we are mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically is important. The Ascended Masters are stepping in to give us a hand.  They are reminding us that when we are out of balance it drains our energy which in turn will make us tired, emotional, anxious, depressed, cranky, or even just plain angry. Even if you have no pressing issues today their presence and loving energy can refresh and uplift you. Today is also a good time to ground-clear and center. Today’s Message: Talking To Ourselves

714: The power of positive thought comes up quite frequently in our daily messages. The Universe knows that it’s hard for us to be optimistic all the time. There are days that…….. well there are just THOSE days. We all have them and that’s normal. The key lies in our ability to acknowledge our negative feelings and then move past them. Remember that you can turn a negative statement into a positive one by substituting words. By eliminating the words “IF” ( that’s never going to happen) and “BUT” (I lack faith and self-confidence) from your thought vocabulary you can change the intent. Replace “If” with WHEN (I know it will happen) and “But” with HOWEVER (I have faith and patience). This will give momentum to your manifestation process. Our Divine helpers are telling us that by making these small changes we will become more empowered with strength and confidence.

We have been doing a lot of work and getting things done on our own behalf and this means that we are headed in the right direction.  The Universe is offering us a vacation day and telling us to take a break and recharge our spiritual and emotional batteries. Ground, center, and clear to get the chill session started. Give yourself a BIG hug and use today to the best advantage.  We are in the final days of this month and the rest of the week will involve tying up loose ends.  The Angels are telling us “You deserve this small break so use the day to be good to yourself!”

624: Every day we are blessed with wonderful things that I like to call “Tiny Miracles”. It doesn’t have to be grand or over the top to be a miracle and often it’s the small, everyday ones that mean the most. It’s part of our human nature to want more, however in reality we have what we need. Our vision of true “wealth” lies in our perception of self. If we feel sorry for ourselves our energy takes a nosedive. However, if we hold onto our optimism and look for that “One Good Thing” then the tiny miracles are brought into crystal clear focus. Today, the Universe is reminding us that everyday life is our greatest blessing. Hold these tiny miracles close to your heart so that you draw upon them when the need arises.

620:  We are receiving a big boost of energy as we head into tomorrow, which will be the Summer Solstice (Litha/Midsummer). This is the official beginning of summer and the longest day of the year. This event is charged with amazing energy and by tapping into this power source we can increase our power of manifestation. The key to success lies in faith and belief in yourself and the Divine Source. The stronger our belief the more clearly we see the blessings and miracles that surround us. This includes the “Tiny Miracles”, which are often more important than the big shiny ones. Today the angels are asking us to embrace the divine magick of the Universe and carry it over into tomorrow’s event.

Remember that true wealth is not about how many “cool new things” you have, I know people with this mentality and they are some of the most miserable people ever. Make a list today of all the good things and blessings in your life and you will see that you really are wealthier than you realized!

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. This is a reminder that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp and by taking the time to “smell the roses” the attitude of gratitude flows more easily.

The Himalayan Ascended Master Babaji helps us to achieve the personal and spiritual growth necessary for the letting go process. He assists us in detaching ourselves from both material things and things that no longer serve us. He teaches us that letting go is a form of simplifying your life. It frees your energy so that you can work on what’s important so that new blessings can be received.

The Roman Goddess Abundantia teaches us to appreciate abundance and wealth in its many forms as well as how to attract them. She tells us, ” Your faith in the bounty of the universe serves you well. Cast aside your worry and embrace the richness of your life because you have so much to be grateful for.”

 Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop.

Eulite (Hypersthene) helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Eulite is also useful for building solid relationships which are necessary for the manifestation process and our personal evolution.

 Nebula Stone. This energetically unique stone resembles the night sky. It allows you to see the value of the things around you and helps you to appreciate what you have while promoting gratitude toward yourself and others.

Today’s Message: Finding The Hidden Good

62: The world is filled with many things; both the beautiful and the ugly. Sometimes it seems like we see more of the ugliness because that’s what the media and social media want us to see. These things are in your face and grab your attention, pushing the beautiful and good things to the bottom of the proverbial page. Today the Angels are imploring us to keep our faith in the world and in people. There are millions of good people out there all trying their best to make the world a better place a little bit at a time. This attitude starts at home with you. Take a moment and offer gratitude for the blessings in your life and a prayer for the people in your world and the world as a whole. Surround them with love and ask that they are encouraged to see the beauty within themselves and in others.

Archangel Jophiel helps to work through ugly situations and promotes a new positive light on them. Archangel Jophiel helps us to bounce back from negative situations by showing us all the good things in other areas of our lives. Remember that goodness and beauty surround us all the time, so stay open to receiving these blessings.

She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others.
