317: Your past experiences contain valuable lessons that once learned help you to grow. The focus of the last several days has been on releasing and letting go of what no longer serves you to create room for new blessings. Fill these open spaces with positive choices and decisions that embody your truth and values. (and yes our truth and values change with experience) Today we are receiving a big high five from our angels for the conscious effort made to create the room for new beginnings. Their message today is that you are on the right path and that your powers of manifestation are operating on a higher level. Be courageous and take advantage of and welcome the new opportunities and blessings that are headed your way.

Archangel Jeremiel helps us to make positive life choices. He understands that it’s hard for us to let go of people and situations even though they are holding us back or causing us unintended stress, drama or harm. Jeremiel can help ease these transitions and reminds us that concern about change is normal. Ask him to help you see your path clearly and to assist you in taking the necessary steps to embrace your future.

  The Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He  teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead.

The Hindu Goddess Devi helps us to find meaning in our lives and gently guides us in learning to follow our own inner wisdom. She says “Take my hand and let me guide you on your journey of self discovery. You need only look within to find your true meaning. Release your cares to me and I will purify your heart and spirit so that new information can be sent to you. “

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Carnelian is used for motivation and increased creativity. It teaches us to trust in ourselves and helps us find creative solutions to current issues as it boosts self-esteem and invites us to embrace our personal power while promoting positive life choices which enhance our ability to draw new forms of prosperity and abundance.

Dalmation Stone. This light hearted stone is a combination of quartz, microline and black tourmaline. It instills feelings of safety as it helps us to reconnect with our playful side which is important to our emotional health and it transforms outdated thinking during times when we feel stuck and enables our forward progress by encouraging a fresh perspective This stone also promotes grounding and enhances our connection to Mother Earth. It reminds us that we are a part of her as well as being spiritual beings on a very human journey.

Today’s Message: Let It Go

316: It’s time for a little “Multi-Level Spring Cleaning”. The angels are reminding us that it’s important to regularly clear our emotional and spiritual selves as well as on the physical level. These clearing activities help us to make room for new abundance and growth. Continue the “Let It Go” process by making room in our physical realm. Take things that you no longer need/want or that are no longer relevant to who you are now, and re-gift, sell or donate. This activity can also help us heal on the emotional and spiritual levels by bringing peace and closure. Add to this a few positive thoughts regarding your material supply and know that you are being taken care of.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raziel can assist us in both embracing our unique divine magic and in the overall manifestation process. He tells us that growth and freedom can be found when we let go of what we have outgrown as well as our limiting self beliefs and fears all of which hold us back from achieving and creating the life we want.

The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to stop fighting the things that we have no control over, which blocks our problem solving and creative flow. Things flow easier when we are not struggling against the “what if’s and maybes.

The Greek goddess Persephone teaches us how to balance between light and dark and the importance of searching the shadows for what is lost or forgotten. Persephone tells us “Don’t be afraid to unearth what lies beneath or has been hidden. By shedding light in dark or weedy places you often find treasures that you had forgotten or set aside. These treasures can form the foundations that you need to navigate your path in life.”

 Mookite, a form of Jasper that comes in many creamy color combinations, promotes decision making and versatility. These things are important when we are faced with new experiences and find ourselves faced with the need to take action. It encourages us to be flexible during times of change and helps us to embrace new experiences with an open sense of adventure.

Prehnite, which is used in Feng Shui, to help us let go of the material things we no longer need.

Infinite Stone (Light Green Serpentine) gently opens the lines of communication so that we may receive angelic guidance .

Today’s Message: One Good Thing

 315: Every so often it becomes necessary to eliminate the things that no longer work for us. This includes releasing old and outdated feelings, emotions, thoughts, habits, relationships and patterns. This helps to clear the way so that we can receive new and wonderful things. Although sometimes it feels like the universe has given us too much to handle and negativity rears its ugly head. This reaction is normal (don’t worry)! The key lies in acknowledging these feelings and not letting them take control. Today the angels are advising us to learn from our past mistakes and experiences. Look for the lessons in them and find ONE GOOD THING that came of them, then let them go and move forward. Our ONE GOOD THING is a  starting place to build to  the next level. If you need help ask the universe for guidance. Trust in yourself and listen to your intuition. You’ve totally GOT THIS!

 Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. The Himalayan Ascended Master Babaji helps us to achieve the personal and spiritual growth necessary for the letting go process. Today’s Message: No Holding Back

313:  During the winter months, we often find ourselves feeling down or trapped in our  thoughts and routines. The coming of Spring however, offers us the chance to renew our view of and our approach to life. Surround yourself with healing energy today. Starting with Ground-Center-Clear to release old energy and to help fine-tune your connection to the Divine. ( I like to do this exercise outside and if it’s breezy it’s even better. let the wind move through you and visualize it clearing your energy field.) Today’s number is a sign of progress so if you feel stuck look for the things that are holding you back. Remember that you are the creator of your life. Find one good thing, take baby steps or embrace tiny miracles, just do something that helps you to move forward!

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. This is a reminder that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp and by taking the time to “smell the roses” the attitude of gratitude flows more easily.

The Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha)  helps us to find peace and harmony through laughter, this gives us a clear perspective and keeps our energy flowing.  He tells us that laughter is sacred and when the heart is alive with joy we are connected to the Infinite and filled with Nirvana-essence. Center your mind with the intent of enjoying yourself and you will find yourself centered in the moment. Enjoy what life has to offer and enjoy the process!

The Celtic goddess Nematona teaches us that healing can be found through nature as she  helps us replenish our energy. She says, ” I am the spirit of the sacred grove. I invite you to worship in my temple and feel the heartbeat of nature. This communion can heal a weary and battered soul and replenish your spirit with hope and divine peace.”

Moss Agate. This gentle stone promotes new beginnings and can help release the blocks that are keeping us from moving forward.  It attracts new forms of abundance and teaches us how to channel our energy in new, creative ways. Often referred to as the gardener’s stone Moss Agate helps us connect to nature, the earth, and our own inner garden as well.   Sunny golden Citrine helps increase our self esteem and is a powerful healer of old outdated patterns, which allows us to manifest new things. This stone also attracts abundance, but keep in mind that abundance comes in many forms not just financial, so stay open to them all.

Rose Quartz brings us inner peace and harmony which is essential to increasing our faith. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. Today’s Message: The Clues Are There

312:  The Universe is speaking to us today through repetitive thoughts, ideas and visuals. These important clues are designed to help us to improve our lives and keep our energy flowing. We all have areas that need attention and if something is not okay, or isn’t working out for you then the time has come to move on and create something better. The key is in being honest with yourself so don’t put frosting on a problem and then tell yourself that it’s all better. It’s through change that we make these needed improvements, and while changes take time remember that baby steps are the key to making them successful. Each step in itself is important so don’t be too eager and rush ahead as you might miss out on something amazing. Changes are often seen as scary but don’t let fear take over,  remember that you are supported in every way!

Chrysanthemum Stone can help to remove obstacles from our path. Since obstacles tend to pop up during periods of change, this stone promotes the harmony and the balance we need to help our forward progress.

Larimar helps to remove self-imposed barriers that may be keeping us from accepting our personal power and stops self-sabotaging behavior by bringing out the best in us. It helps us to see the things that we have to be grateful for and the tiny miracles that we take for granted. This sky blue stone also helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what you really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.

Today’s Message: Sharing Our Dreams

311:  We all have dreams and goals. Many of which we put on hold for various reasons. Money, time, fear, other people, or we are simply not ready to move forward. Today the Universe is asking us to dust off what we have put aside and bring those things back into the light. Remember, things don’t have to be perfect in order to go for what you want and get the ball rolling. The important part is taking that first step. Take time to focus each day on what you want to achieve. Use powerful statements, I AM, I CAN, I WILL to give yourself a boost of positive power. The Angels tell us “ Don’t be afraid to share your dreams and goals with others. It is through sharing them that will help give you energy and opportunity.”

Remember that your power comes through movement and momentum is lost through inactivity. Keep moving and you will be victorious!”

Today’s Message: When We Need Someone To Listen

34:  There are times when we just need someone to listen. To share in our joys, and dreams or  our concerns, our fears, or our worries. Like a dear friend the angels and the ascended masters are also here for us. Their job involves assisting us on all levels as well as surrounding us with protection and love. The more often we talk to them the easier it becomes to “hear” their replies. If you ask a question and find yourself receiving repetitive impressions, signs or thoughts then be assured that they have heard and are sending you an answer. Our job is stay open to receiving the information being sent, this will also become easier as our relationship with the divine evolves. Remember, never be afraid to ask for their help. Keep faith in yourself, your inner wisdom and in your Divine support team!

Archangel Michael helps to calm our fears as he guides us through issues of self doubt by clearing our energy field and quieting the internal chatter so that we can access the guidance being sent to us. The Greek Goddess Artemis helps us to hone our intuitive skills so that we get the information we need. She teaches us how to trust in ourselves and honor our own wisdom. By following our inner guidance system we are setting ourselves on the path of authenticity and personal truth. Allow yourself to be a “huntress” like Artemis and track down your inner power. She tells us, “All the skills and knowledge you need for success lives within you. Your inner wisdom is a powerful thing and you know in your heart when something is good and right.”

Amazonite. This stone is sometimes called the stone of hope. It helps us to speak our truth with confidence and instills us with hope itself. It calms and soothes frayed nerves during times of stress and helps us to feel and embrace universal love. It works with both heart and throat chakras.

Angelite helps us to connect to the angelic realms by enhancing our lines of communication. It is also a good stone for healers as it strengthens attunement and perception.

Kunzite. This high vibration stone can help to create a balanced partnership with the Universe as it opens your heart to receiving divine love.

33: Like any dear friend the Ascended Masters will provide us with unconditional love and support, and like the angels, we just need to ask in order to receive their assistance. Speaking to them is easy, and all personal, spiritual and emotional questions issues are all within their realm. There is nothing too small or too big for them to tackle. While each Ascended Master has their own energy signature there will always be the underlying feeling very similar to that you receive from a beloved relative or mentor. Open yourself to receiving their guidance which may come as thoughts, feelings or ideas. They may even send you a physical item like a feather or unusual stone or object that has special meaning to you. It could even be help from an unexpected source. The key is to open your spiritual sensors and let the energy flow freely and embrace the lines of communication.

Smoky Quartz helps to neutralize negative energy and teaches us how to work through the fear of failure which can show up during times of change and transformation. It also promotes clear insight and focus which helps us to leave behind the things that no longer serve us and make room for the blessings headed your way.

Today’s Message: Peaceful Vibes

31: As we start the new month we are reminded that the world needs fewer angry instigators and more peacemakers. This message is one of love and peace and while this may sound like a throwback from the 1960’s, its energy is powerful and one that should be freely embraced as often as possible. The concept of unity and community should top the list of priorities and by allowing peace to enter our lives we can set an example for others and ourselves too. On a side note keep in mind that boundaries are an important component. promoting peace doesn’t mean we should let others walk over us. You can stand up for your beliefs and still embody a peaceful attitude.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raguel helps us when we are faced with standing our ground. He can show us the path to resolving disputes and arguments in a peaceful manner. He also acts as a motivational coach when we feel down on ourselves and he loves to help the underdog.

The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power and helps us find the energy we need to keep going and rise above negative experiences and thought patterns. This gives us the skills we need to  strengthen our personal boundaries so that we can be and stay strong in situations where we need to be.

The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin, who embodies compassion and mercy says, “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle on yourself. Joy comes from embracing the simple things which frees the energy needed to assist the creation process and help others along the way.”

Celestite which promotes spiritual development and teaches us to reach for personal enlightenment and helps us to find peace within. It also helps us to embrace new experiences while blending instinct and intellect to create balance and harmony while providing strength and calm.

Rose Quartz brings inner peace and harmony. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace.
