217:  Do you remember the old TV commercial that said “A mind is a terrible thing to waste?” Well, there’s a lot of truth in that statement on many levels. By using this amazingly powerful gift we are capable of doing and manifesting great things. The key is to focus on:

  • Things that bring you joy
  • Things we want to improve in our lives and for ourselves and our loved ones.
  • Staying true to ourselves and believing that we are worthy.

216:  We all struggle with various forms of material concerns and although we do our best to maintain an optimistic outlook there are times when we find ourselves stuck in the “Swamp of Worry & Fear”. This little side trip happens to everyone. The key is in having faith in yourself to make things happen even when the cards seem stacked against you. The Universe and its helpers are reminding us that when the swamp beckons, take a moment and find your center. Let go of fear and worry and focus on what’s good in your life, Embracing gratitude allows us to gain clarity and focus. This helps us to start building a bridge through the Swamp and while we may get out feet muddy our gratitude keeps us from becoming stuck.

Today’s Message: Look To The Horizon

215: There is change is on the horizon and the Universe is letting us know that good things are on the way!  Change is a normal part of life. Some of these changes we initiate, some are surprises and some happen so gradually that we hardly know they are happening. Regardless of how they unfold keep in mind that the nature and direction of our thoughts will play an important role. Remember that attitude and perception play huge roles in this process.  If our minds are stuck in a negative holding pattern the process can be scary and stressful. However, by surrounding ourselves with optimistic and confident energy it’s easier to meet change head-on. This allows things to happen naturally and makes the process easier so that we can embrace change with an attitude of adventure and excitement. Check your progress and path often. If it feels right…. explore it. But if you have doubts or it makes you uncomfortable be bold and make the necessary adjustments and move on to something better.

214: Today’s message is about love, it is Valentine’s Day after all!. While it’s important to show love for those around you it’s equally important to show some for yourself. Today the angels are asking us to make room for some self-love.  By acknowledging yourself as an awesome and amazing person (and you really are!) you are affirming that you are worthy of receiving the love and positive energies around you and being sent to you. As I said earlier this week we are quite often our own worst critics so today is your chance to jump on your own bandwagon. Be your own valentine today and do something nice for yourself and don’t forget to give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the beautiful and divine spirit that is YOU!

Today’s Message: Silencing Our Inner Critic

212: The inner critic. We all have one that seemingly pops up during the times when we are trying to better ourselves and brings out our fear of failure, lack of confidence, and even negative self-talk. These things can cause us to be pretty hard on ourselves if things don’t go our way or happen fast enough. The fear of failure can also stop us from moving forward. We tell ourselves that “If I don’t try, I won’t fail” or “Maybe I should wait”. Today the angels are reminding us that there are no failures only temporary setbacks. If you try and it doesn’t work out then take an objective look at what you are trying to accomplish. Find what did work (even if it’s only one thing) then discard what didn’t. Start over using the one (or more) good thing as a starting point and go from there. Using positive self-speak like “I CAN. I WILL, I LOVE and I AM” will help keep your good vibes flowing. Remember that you are worthy of creating and receiving wonderful things!

211: Today’s message is related to our habits. Habits, both good and bad, are created through our thoughts and actions. Both new beginnings and change require us to break the hold of outdated or bad habits in order to create essential new growth. There comes a time when we need to perform a self-check-up. (that day is today) It’s important to periodically take a look within and find those dark and dusty areas that require a little clean-up or a serious overhaul. Letting go of what no longer serves us in a positive way helps us to cordially invite new growth and opportunities into our lives. The Universe is reminding us we are all-powerful creators who are worthy and capable of manifesting amazing things. It’s time to pay attention to the signals and information that you receive. Old, bad, and outdated habits hold us back and it’s okay to let go and move on. You’ve totally got this so embrace what inspires you!

Today’s Message: Downloading The Information

210: Every day we receive signals and messages from the people around us and from the Universe. We see them, hear them and feel them both energetically and physically. However, sometimes we don’t recognize them for what they are because we are distracted. Today the Universe is asking us to really listen with every fiber of our being. Our spiritual helpers have so much to share with us and it’s important that we pay attention. (Remember that these messages can come through thoughts, ideas, visual clues, music, feelings, and those mind-blowing AH-HA! moments.) Open up today and allow yourself to receive the information that is headed your way. Today’s Message: The Humanitarian Mind Set

29: In some respects, we all share a very similar life purpose in that we all have something that we can share with others in need. These Humanitarian acts can be complex or as simple as a smile or hug, kind or encouraging words or just being a good listener. Today the Universe is reminding us that we are all qualified to do these small and simple things. Make time today to be there for someone else.  Embrace self-confidence and listen to your heart as it guides you on this path of service. If it resonates with your spirit you are on the right path. In helping others we often find that we are helping ourselves as well and small acts of compassion and kindness can make a big difference.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. This is essential to letting go and letting it be processes as it allows our hearts and minds to make room and teaches us to just breathe and embrace compassion which makes room for new growth. This is one of the best self-healing practices and gifts that we can give ourselves.

The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others.

The Egyptian Goddess Nuit (Nut) represents the sky and the cosmos. She is a mother goddess, a life-giver. She teaches us the importance of nurturing those in our care with patience and love. As a cosmic goddess she reminds us of our divine place in the Universe and while we may feel small and insignificant the truth is far different. She says ” Rejoice in your own power. It is love and patience that allow you to shape the world and make you a creator in your own right. You do not need to have born a child to be a mother, this essence lives within all. Embrace it and send it to those around you.”

Inspirational Apatite helps us to be of service by encouraging us to be more open and at ease in social situations as it promotes a humanitarian attitude.

Chalcedony brings the mind, body, spirit, and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger, or self-doubt. It also promotes good feelings towards self and others.

Deep blue Lapis Lazuli helps to open the Third Eye Chakra (mind’s eye) and stimulates our personal power. It also harmonizes our energies on all levels as this balances and strengthens our knowledge of self. It also helps us to confront the truth of a situation and promotes acceptance of the lesson involved. It promotes clarity and helps us express our opinions in a positive manner and teaches us the value of being an active listener.

Today’s Message: Faith and Gratitude

28: Prosperity and abundance are some of the most common things requested of the Universe.  It’s important to remember, however, that prosperity and abundance cover a wide range and not just the material. To encourage the flow of good things we must first embrace our sacred tools of faith and the attitude of gratitude. We must then combine this with the willingness to work together with the Universe and our helpers making it a team effort. Use the new cycle of growth that started at Imbolc to clear away the old and outdated. This will help us to make room for new growth. Today the angels are telling us that our prayers have been heard and reminding us to have faith in the Universe and in ourselves. Things are on track and the abundance you have been working to manifest is on its way.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Ariel ( the lion) teaches us that by embracing our divine spark we can open the doors to creating the life we want. Be bold like the lion and use your strength and focus to find a forward path.  

The Ascended Master El Morya can help if you have trouble staying present and focused in the now. He teaches us the importance of putting aside what we cannot control so that we are free to think about other things. He reminds us that it is our faith that keeps us grounded so that we can embrace both the patience and the clear decision-making needed to make things happen.

The Hindu Mother Goddess Durga teaches us how to create boundaries and maintain them as well as protect ourselves from the negative or controlling energy of others. She says:  ” Personal boundaries are important to your well-being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self-assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Golden Ray Calcite to boost your creative thinking and to eliminate patterns of self-defeating thinking. This helps to promote new and innovative ways to solve problems and move things forward.

Orbicular or Ocean Jasper helps to increase our sense of responsibility and promotes patience. It provides the strength we need to calmly deal with life’s challenges and soothes the emotional stress that can happen when we become impatient for results.
