Today’s Message: Sending and Receiving

218: Although spring hasn’t arrived yet (in the Northern Hemisphere at least) our Spiritual Helpers are asking us to start our mental spring cleaning early. By doing so we will be inviting prosperity and abundance into our lives. Open the doors and windows within your entire being and kick out any negative nasties that are lurking in the corners and make room for new personal growth just as Mother Nature makes room for hers. At Imbolc we started planting our “Thought Seeds”, which when nurtured and cared for provide us with new things (new opportunities, growth, abundance etc.) that will help us on our path. Let go of negative thoughts and self doubts and open yourself to a balanced form of giving and receiving. As you do this remember that giving and receiving is a revolving door and what you send out comes back. So be conscious of sending our positive thoughts, intentions and good vibes. This will ensure a bountiful harvest that you can enjoy!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. This is a reminder that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp and by taking the time to “smell the roses” the attitude of gratitude flows more easily.

The Himalayan Ascended Master Babaji helps us to achieve the personal and spiritual growth necessary for the letting go process. He assists us in detaching ourselves from both material things and things that no longer serve us. He teaches us that letting go is a form of simplifying your life. It frees your energy so that you can work on what’s important so that new blessings can be received.

The Hindu Mother Goddess Durga teaches us how to create boundaries and maintain them as well as protecting yourself from the negative or controling energy of others. She says:  ” Personal boundaries are important to your well being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

It teaches us to trust in ourselves and helps us find creative solutions to current issues  as it boosts self esteem and invites us to embrace our personal power while promoting positive life choices which enhance our ability to draw new forms of prosperity and abundance.

217:  Do you remember the old TV commercial that said “A mind is a terrible thing to waste?” Well there’s a lot of truth in that statement on many levels. By using this amazingly powerful gift we are capable of doing and manifesting great things. The key is to focus on:

  • Things that bring you joy
  • Things we want to improve in our lives and for ourselves and our loved ones.
  • Staying true to ourselves and believing that we are worthy.

Today the angels are letting you know that your positive thoughts and intentions have been heard and that you are headed in the right direction. You have so many good reasons to be optimistic about your future. As you grab your courage and embrace your power this helps the angels to help you in more ways than you can imagine. Today’s Message: Step Stones and Bridges

216:  We all struggle with various forms of material concerns and although we do our best to maintain an optimistic outlook there are times when we find ourselves stuck in the “Swamp of Worry & Fear”. This little side trip happens to everyone. The key is in having faith in yourself to make things happen even when the cards seem stacked against you. The Universe and its helpers are reminding us that when the swamp beckons, take a moment and find your center. Let go of fear and worry and focus on what’s good in your life, Embracing gratitude allows us to gain clarity and focus. This helps us to start building a bridge through the Swamp and while we may get out feet muddy our gratitude keeps us from becoming stuck.

It helps us to see the things that we have to be grateful for and the tiny miracles that we take for granted. This sky blue stone also helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what you really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.

Today’s Message: Exploring Change

215: There is change is on the horizon and the Universe is letting us know that good things are on the way!  Change is a normal part of life. Some of these changes we initiate, some are surprises and some happen so gradually that we hardly know they are happening. Regardless of how they unfold keep in mind that the nature and direction of our thoughts will play an important role. Remember that attitude and perception play huge roles in this process.  If our minds are stuck in a negative holding pattern the process can be scary and stressful. However, by surrounding ourselves with optimistic and confident energy it’s easier to meet change head on. This allows things to happen naturally and makes the process easier so that we can embrace change with an attitude of adventure and excitement. Check your progress and path often. If it feels right…. explore it. But if you have doubts or it makes you uncomfortable be bold and make the necessary adjustments and move on to something better.

Archangel Ariel ( the lion) teaches us that by embracing our divine spark we can open the doors to creating the life we want. Be bold like the lion and use your strength and focus to find a forward path. Malachite helps those making aggressive personal or life changes. It brings a sense of adventure to our transformation as it shows us what is blocking our spiritual growth and the best way to move forward.

Rhyolite brings emotional balance and emotional release when needed. It aids our forward progress by keeping us anchored in the present while keeping the past where it belongs. This is great meditation stone and is also effective in bringing the changes needed to reach our full potential.

214: Today’s message is about love, it is Valentine’s day after all!. While it’s important to show love for those around you it’s equally important to show some for yourself. Today the angels are asking us to make room for some self love.  By acknowledging yourself as an awesome and amazing person (and you really are!) you are affirming that you are worthy of receiving the love and positive energies around you and being sent to you. As I said earlier this week we are quite often our own worst critics so today is your chance to jump on your own bandwagon. Be your own valentine today and do something nice for yourself and don’t forget to give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the beautiful and divine spirit that is YOU!

213:  The spark of the Sacred Feminine and the Goddess lives within each of us. The number 13 corresponds to the 13 moons, the Goddess and our own intuition. With the first signs of Spring starting to emerge it’s a great time to get outside and connect with Gaia, the Earth Mother. Look for signs of the new season and let it fill your being with fresh and hopeful energy. The Sacred Feminine offers us guidance and teaches us to use the sacred tool of our own intuition. Today’s Message: Good Vibes

  212: The inner critic. We all have one that seemingly pops up during the times when we are trying to better ourselves and brings out our fear of failure, lack of confidence and even negative self talk. These things can cause us to be pretty hard on ourselves if things don’t go our way or happen fast enough. The fear of failure can also stop us from moving forward. We tell ourselves that “If I don’t try, I won’t fail” or “Maybe I should wait”. Today the angels are reminding us that there are no failures only temporary setbacks. If you try and it doesn’t work out then take an objective look at what you are trying to accomplish. Find what did work (even if it’s only one thing) then discard what didn’t. Start over using the one (or more) good thing as a starting point and go from there. Using positive self-speak like “I CAN. I WILL, I LOVE and I AM” will help keep your good vibes flowing. Remember that you are worthy of creating great things!

Today’s Message: Signals and Messages

210: Every day we receive signals and messages from the people around us and from the Universe. We see them, hear them and feel them both energetically and physically. However, sometimes we don’t recognize them for what they are because we are distracted. Today the Universe is asking us to really listen with every fiber of our being. Our spiritual helpers have so much to share with us and it’s important that we pay attention. (Remember that these messages can come through thoughts, ideas, visual clues, music, feelings and those mind blowing AH-HA! moments.) Open up today and allow yourself to receive the information that is headed your way. Take some time to get centered, clear your mind and make room by putting aside the things you can’t control right now. This allows your helpers to give you that extra push to get you started on your next steps. Stay positive about the information that you are given even if it doesn’t quite make sense now, it will soon and if you are drawn to take action….. go for it!

Today’s Message: Humanitarian Acts

29: In some respects we all share a very similar life purpose in that we all have something that we can share with others in need. These Humanitarian acts can complex or as simple as a smile or hug, kind or encouraging words or just being a good listener. Today the Universe is reminding us that we are all qualified to do these small and simple things. Make time today to be there for someone else. Embrace self confidence and listen to your heart as it guides you on this path of service. If it resonates with your spirit you are on the right path. In helping others we often find that we are helping ourselves as well and small acts of compassion and kindness can make a big difference.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

 Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lie in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. This is especially helpful when we endeavor to lead by example. It is through forgiveness that we gain insight into what assistance will be beneficial to self and others.

The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others.

The Celtic Goddess Aeracura  shows us the way to expand and share our loving energy. She tells us, ” Playfulness and a carefree spirit are the heart of true abundance. By sharing of yourselves it creates an energy that spreads and grows.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Inspirational Apatite helps us to be of service by encouraging us to be more open and at ease in social situations as it promotes a humanitarian attitude.

Chalcedony brings mind, body, spirit, and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger or self doubt. It also promotes good feelings towards self and others.

Deep blue Lapis Lazuli helps to open the Third Eye Chakra (mind’s eye) and stimulates our personal power. It also harmonizes our energies on all levels as this balance and strengthens our knowledge of self. It also helps us to confront the truth of a situation and promotes acceptance of the lesson involved. It promotes clarity and helps us express our opinions in a positive manner and teaches us the value of being an active listener.

Today’s Message: Flow-Change-Growth

25:  Change is an ongoing part of life and without it life would be pretty boring. The way we see these change is based on our perception of things. If we see these changes in a negative light it can create difficulties for us. But if we look for something positive in them then we grow in unimagined ways. If you are experiencing changes right now or changes are on your horizon the angels want you to know that things are going according to your divine plan and that these changes truly are for the best. They will bring you a much needed overhaul and a fresh outlook. So have faith in yourself and remember that the Universe is on your side and that you are safe and protected. Embrace these changes and flourish in this new cycle!

Archangel Uriel can help us to overcome obstacles by showing us where the solutions are that will lead to our success. He provides us with the additional information that we need to make the most informed decisions we can. No problem is too great or too small for him to assist with. Uriel also helps us to gain spiritual understanding and creative insight. Today is a good day to simply touch base with him, ask for help if needed or simply express gratitude for the blessings taking place in your life.

 The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s the right direction.

  The Egyptian goddess Hathor helps us to find the answer to the question  “How shall I live my life?” She tells us that every moment gives us opportunities for growth. ” When you are filled with indecision you move away from yourself and your power as a creator. Indecision silences you ability to hear your own inner wisdom. If you need my help just ask and I will shower you with energy that will tip the scales in the direction of what you desire.”

Orange Calcite helps us to embrace our own power and the abilities we possess while eliminating self defeating thinking. It also helps to balance the emotions and calm our fears so that we can work through problems and temporary setbacks so we may reach our full potential.

Eulite (Hypersthene) which helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Eulite is also useful for building solid relationships which are necessary for the manifestation process and our personal evolution.

Okenite which can be used to help clear away obstacles and teaches us that the universe is filled with unlimited possibilities when allowing ourselves to face and adapt to change. It helps us to find our inner strength so that we can finish what we start and helps replace bad habits with good ones.
