45: In previous messages, we’ve talked about how change is necessary for our overall growth. Unwillingness to embrace change not only keeps us from growing, but it also keeps us from moving forward and fulfilling our dreams and goals. Our energy becomes blocked and all the wonderful things that Universe is trying to send us don’t arrive. How we view change lies in our perception of it. There are two choices, fear change or see change as a new adventure. Today is a reminder to embrace the changes that life is offering. The Universe is asking us to have faith in ourselves, our helpers, and our human support system. Ask for help, courage, and strength and they will be there for you. The changes that you make will be a good thing and will benefit all areas of your life. Be bold and embrace these changes head-on!

Archangel Jeremiel helps us to make positive life choices. He understands that it’s hard for us to let go of people and situations even though they are holding us back or causing us unintended stress, drama, or harm. Jeremiel can help ease these transitions and reminds us that concern about change is normal. Ask him to help you see your path clearly and to assist you in taking the necessary steps to embrace your future.

The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self-care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It brings our inner strength and self-awareness forward which keeps our energy balanced and our creative side active which allows us to handle change more effectively.


Zincite helps to remove energy blocks that gets our life force flowing, which aids our manifestation process. It also restores our energy when it becomes depleted by giving away too much of ourselves to others.

Take the initiative to welcome them by checking expiration dates and letting go of some things that no longer work for you or that you have outgrown. This will make the room not only for new growth but for the new blessings and opportunities that are waiting in the wings. Not only will this bring you some much-needed energy it will also serve to increase your spiritual awareness and power. Stay open to receiving and be sure to allow your intuitive and creative skills to guide you as well. Add a little self-care into the mix and it will help you ground, center, and head in the right direction.

Archangel Uriel helps us to let go of the past and invite essential new growth into our lives. He helps us to find harmony in the things going on around us and reminds us that letting go is essential for change and transformation to take place. Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Mookite, a form of Jasper that comes in many creamy color combinations, promotes decision-making and versatility. These things are important when we are faced with new experiences and find ourselves faced with the need to take action. It encourages us to be flexible during times of change and helps us to embrace new experiences with an open sense of adventure.

Tangerine Quartz helps to increase our receptivity to Divine inspiration while it stimulates the mind and enhances overall creativity. It fills us with hope and joy as it restores our feelings of self-worth.

Today’s Message: Keep Your Eyes Open

125: Changes are an ongoing part of life. Some we initiate for ourselves while others hit us out of the blue. Our focus today is on the changes that we create with the intention of making things better for ourselves. When we make requests of the angels and the Universe remember to keep your intentions clear. This helps the Universe direct the right opportunity your way and provides a powerful focus point for you as well. Today, the angels are telling you that your prayers have been heard. Their message is ” Change = Growth” and the things that are happening for you now will be good for you and those around you. Turn your fear and worry over to us to deal with so that your focus remains uninterrupted.” Keep in mind that the answers and opportunities you seek can come from both expected and unexpected sources so don’t cut yourself short by looking in only one direction!

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music and he is associated with the color turquoise!). Use these seeds to help you on your journey. Remember child, that change must be embraced, not ignored or simply put up with. Soft colored Lepidolite helps us by filtering away distractions and obsessive thinking so that we can focus on more important things. It soothes and heals stress and reminds us to just breathe.

Black Obsidian. This stone not only protects it also helps to bring negative energy to the surface where it can be dispelled and provides support during times of change. It takes the “things” that we’ve hidden and composts them into positive soil to support out new growth.

Okenite helps clear away obstacles and teaches us the important lesson that the universe is filled with unlimited possibilities when we allow ourselves to face and adapt to change. It helps us to find our inner strength so that we can finish what we start

Today’s Message: Inviting Change and Growth

112: Winter is a time of introspection and by looking within we gain valuable knowledge and insights into who we are, who we want to be, and where we want to go. By looking within and taking what we find to heart we are taking the first step to our own growth and improvement. It helps to clear the pathways and makes it possible for letting go of old habits and beliefs. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy when it comes to these old habits. While they may “feel” comfortable the truth is that we hold onto these things because we are afraid to change or have a fear of failure. The Universe is reminding us that we can’t grow if we refuse to accept the changes that are offered and needed. As you explore your own inner workings remember to pay attention to any recurring thoughts and ideas. The key lies in the way we receive and perceive the information provided. This information paves our way into the future we desire, and planting positive thought seeds along our path will be beneficial in the coming months.

Archangel Chamuel helps us to recover things we have lost. while he usually works with lost items he can also help when we feel out of balance by showing us the reason behind it. He also assists us as we navigate our path by helping us to find the direction and guidance that is needed to move forward on this journey of self-discovery. The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to stop fighting the things that we have no control over, which blocks our problem solving, creative flow and our power as a creator. Things flow easier when we are not struggling against the “what if’s and maybes.

The Greek goddess Hecate teaches us about the importance of change. She helps us to release the past and the old things that keep us from moving on and how to accept change and transition. She tells us:  ” I am the guardian of the crossroads.  Remember that to move ahead you must face your fears and release the past. Change and circumstance are inviting you to choose a path. It is your choice so make the one that is best for you.”

Bloodstone gives us the ability to adapt to the changes that are taking place more easily. It strengthens our intuition and promotes good decision-making.

  Cavansite. This stone helps to guide us through major life changes as well as help us learn from past experiences so that we don’t make the same mistakes/choices again. It also helps us to retain information that applies to spiritual growth. Cavansite helps to promote new ideas and can be used in conjunction with the Third Eye or brow chakra.    

Garnet. This deep red stone helps us to let go of old, outdated, and harmful ideas and patterns. This is important to achieving overall balance as we sometimes do things just because we can and have been allowed to get away with it. Garnet also promotes balance by helping to clear and re-energize the chakras.

105: Change sometimes happens when we aren’t paying attention and this can be a little scary. However, change in itself is a good thing and when it happens it means we are ready for new growth. Over the last several months we have worked on initiating change in our lives and by doing our best and holding it change in a positive light things progress more smoothly. Be assertive, stay focused, and follow your inner guidance. Today the angels are asking us to stay in the present and acknowledge the changes we have initiated, want to make happen or that are happening now. Asking for assistance from the Divine and from the angels works to our benefit as does asking for the grace and courage to make these changes a reality. Remember to implement your creative thinking to find new ways and ideas that will help you to make things happen.

Archangel Jeremiel is in charge of life reviews and changes. He can help you see everything that you have accomplished recently as well as the areas that need attention and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. The keyword for today is “Baby Steps” which are necessary for any endeavor. They require us to use both caution and wisdom as we create the life we want so don’t slack and cut corners. Take ALL the steps. Today begins a period of change and growth and the projects you start at this time will bring blessings and benefits. 15: The New Year is filled with possibilities and potential for growth which brings us unlimited opportunities to make changes. For example, when we make New Year’s resolutions we are attempting to initiate personal changes. We often see change as a scary thing however more often than not these changes are good things and are worthwhile if we can stick with it. Remember that Change = Growth, so try seeing these changes as seeds to be planted and nurtured. By perceiving change in this way we find that we have more control and are more prepared when our ‘seeds of change” grow to maturity. Today the Universe is telling us that something in our life is about to change and new things are headed our way. These changes will be for the better so don’t let fear hold you back. Remember, the seeds of change that you plant along your path will help pave the way for success. Ask for Divine help if you need it and listen to your inner wisdom. You know what you need to do and this is about creating the life you want.

Archangel Jeremiel is in charge of life reviews and changes. He can help you see everything that you have accomplished recently as well as the areas that need attention and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. He teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes. He removes our fear of change and what the future holds and replaces them with a sense of expectant excitement.

The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s the right direction.

The Yoruban Goddess Oya embodies the winds of change. She tells us, ” Allow the winds of change to flow through your being. In their wake they will leave new energy seeds for you to plant. Use these seeds to help you on your journey. Remember child, that change must be embraced, not ignored or simply put up with. Allow these changes to inspire and encourage you to transcend your self imposed limitations.”

Moss Agate. This gentle stone promotes new beginnings and can help release the blocks that are keeping us from moving forward. It attracts new forms of abundance and teaches us how to channel our energy in new, creative ways. Often referred to as the gardener’s stone Moss Agate helps us connect to nature, the earth, and our own inner garden as well. Carry it with you or wear it during times of new growth.

Heliodor (Golden Beryl). This warm, sunny stone helps us to find clarity and illumination as it eliminates confusion of purpose.

Iolite, also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” it is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion by staying true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others. It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us. It is also a soothing stone that calms emotions during times of change.

Thought For The Day: Sept. 8, 2020 “Change=Growth”

Happy Tuesday,

We all have dreams and desires. Things we want to do or things we want to get away from. There are times when we are offered the chance to make changes in our lives we are too afraid to do so. We feel like it’s too much to handle or we are afraid to fail. The key lies in remembering that change happens whether we are ready for it or not. If we fight change it becomes stressful. But if we let go of that fear or set it aside we can meet change half way and work with it. Change = Growth and personal evolution is important to our overall well-being.
