105: Change sometimes happens when we aren’t paying attention and this can be a little scary. However, change in itself is a good thing and when it happens it means we are ready for new growth. Over the last several months we have worked on initiating change in our lives and by doing our best and holding it change in a positive light things progress more smoothly. Be assertive, stay focused, and follow your inner guidance. Today the angels are asking us to stay in the present and acknowledge the changes we have initiated, want to make happen or that are happening now. Asking for assistance from the Divine and from the angels works to our benefit as does asking for the grace and courage to make these changes a reality. Remember to implement your creative thinking to find new ways and ideas that will help you to make things happen.

Archangel Jeremiel is in charge of life reviews and changes. He can help you see everything that you have accomplished recently as well as the areas that need attention and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. We have accomplished this by staying focused on our goals and by having faith in ourselves and that things will work out to our best advantage. As June comes to a close the Universe sends this gentle reminder, ” Help is always available and you need only to ask.” Remember that help can arrive in many forms. It comes not only from the Universe but from people, animals, blessings, or events that show up in our lives. 622:  Our message for today revolves around both focus and faith. The Universe is asking us to stay focused in the now and avoid distractions. When we get busy or overwhelmed our focus turns inward and is lost. Sometimes this is necessary, however it also tends to pull us away from the things going on around us that require our undivided attention. This is where our faith comes into play. Give your inner worrywart a hug and remind them that things will work out and you both will be fine. Paying attention today will keep you focused on what’s really important so that you don’t miss out!




 Archangel Jophiel reminds us that worry solves nothing as it doesn’t nurture or heal. The effort you put into worry is better used through creative pursuits, which in itself is a kind of meditation. She helps us to slow down and find both beauty and harmony in our day and in our world. The Ascended Master Paramahansa Yogananda teaches us that during times of stress or loss of focus peace can be found through meditation. Remember that meditation can be as simple as taking several deep breaths and centering yourself. May 29, 2018 ushers in the third of this season’s three full moons. In this case, when we say season, we mean the time period between an equinox and solstice. The March equinox was March 20. We had full moons on March 31, and April 30, and now this May 29 full moon.

Today’s Recipe: Vegan French Toast with Strawberry Compote


This is an egg and dairy free French toast that has a crispy outside and custardy middle. Flax and nut milk are used in place of eggs and milk. Use any type of bread you like (I used sourdough here). You can add a bit of cinnamon in the mix if you like, but I wanted the homemade strawberry compote to shine.
