1112: The Universe is speaking to us today through repetitive thoughts, ideas, and visuals. Use these repetitive clues to improve yourself or if you feel trapped by old habits. There comes a time when we must let go of the things that no longer serve us. (habits, beliefs, things, feelings, relationships, etc.) Remember that we are always a work in progress and that hanging on to the old effectively blocks our path. So in order to move forward, we need the room that letting go provides. Remember that baby steps are the key to making successful changes. Each step in itself is important so don’t be too eager and rush ahead as you might miss out on something amazing. Start your day by affirming that you are eager to move forward and then open yourself to receive the messages the Universe has to share

1028: We speak often about the “Abundance of the Universe“, and yes it does have an abundant supply. But the idea that it just miraculously appears for us without effort on our part is a fairy tale. Applying mindfulness when good things happen, seemingly out of the blue, is essential, so remember to take a look back and see what actions you took to help make them happen. This also helps to enhance our gratitude. The relationship between you and the Universe is a partnership and there is give and take and periods in between that require our patience. The key to receiving Universal Abundance lies in our willingness to do our part, to take the steps that move us forward and to make use of the opportunities that come our way. Don’t sit back and wait for things to “happen”, life will be sweeter when you get involved in your own creation.

Just like the Angels and the Ascended Masters the Sacred Feminine/ Goddess can also helps us with our life’s journey. Her energy is is warm and comforting and can be easily felt simply being outdoors. The Sacred Feminine/Goddess is assisting us today by sharing her loving energy. 814: Today we are being reminded to acknowledge our support systems. There are always people who are there for us and that we can always count on to have our back. It is also important that we be part of our own support system as well. Believe in yourself and have faith that you can move mountains if needed. The Angels and Ascended Masters are also always here for us, and when we need support they are only a thought away. The angels would also like us to remember that support, like abundance, comes in many forms so look for the “Tiny Miracles” and keep an open mind if help come comes from an unexpected source!

Archangel Zadkiel helps to heal our hearts and minds so that accepting support in all forms is easier. He also promotes compassion for ourselves and others while helping us to find things that we have lost, forgotten about or set aside. Ego is not a friend of truth as it forcibly tells us that we don’t need help and can do everything by ourselves. He boosts our faith and fills our hearts with peace and calm. He also helps us to remember information that will help us on this grand adventure.

The Ascended Master El Morya can help if you have trouble staying present and focused in the now. He teaches us the importance of putting aside what we cannot control so that we are free to think about other things. He reminds us that it is our faith that keeps us grounded so that we can embrace both the patience and the clear decision making needed to make things happen.

I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle on yourself. Today’s Message: Giving and Receiving Support

89: Every day we receive support from the universe, the angels, and from people in our lives. Today the Universe is telling us that it’s a good time to acknowledge those who love us and who are always there to listen or lend a hand when we need it. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if everyone told someone else “Good job!” “Way to go!” or “Thank you for doing your best!”? Simple things like these inspire growth, create connections, and make lives better. Share some of your optimistic energy today with others for a win-win situation. It’s important to remember though that not everyone is there to support you and it is up to you to gently cut cords with those who take pleasure in knocking you down. When we allow ourselves to receive this negative energy from others we are harmed, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. A good support system lifts you up and by surrounding yourself with loving and supportive people it draws more of the same back to you and helps you to support others in turn.
