330:  Have you ever noticed that sometimes it’s hard to admit that we need help? It happens…..you know it does! While being self sufficient is a good thing there are times when we just can’t do it alone. The refusal to ask for or accept help is born out of pride and ego.While these things are good in small doses we have to know when to put them on the shelf when they get in the way. Sometimes all we need is someone to listen and sometimes we need a little more. Remember, there is absolutely no shame in asking for help. You can start with the Angels and the Ascended Masters, they are always available (I always ask Archangel Michael, he’s my go-to guy!) and ready to assist you in anything that brings peace to you and your loved ones.




Archangel Sandalphon delivers our prayers to the Divine and to the specific angels or ascended masters best suited for our current needs. The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to set aside things we have no control over. 329:  Today’s number revolves around our “life mission”. Your life mission is essentially an area where you feel compelled to serve. While some do big things in a big way, most of us do small things in small ways. Both  make a difference to the people around us. The truth is that it’s not about how much you do but what you do that matters. Simply by helping one person you are making a difference, and by helping others we help ourselves in the process. This creates a chain reaction as people pass it on. Life missions vary just like paths do, so never let someone else tell you your mission (or path is wrong). You know what you need to do. If it feels right, brings you joy and helps you grow then you are headed in the right direction.




Archangel Chamuel offers clear guidance as we go about our life missions. He teaches us that when we move forward with heart felt gratitude we are able to see things more clearly and have a better understanding of what we need and what others really need as well. The Ascended Master Mother Mary surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love. She teaches us about compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others. And the Chinese goddess Kuan Yin embodies, compassion and mercy. She says,  “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart and spirit.”




Our Sacred Stones for today are Fuchsite which teaches us how to believe in our self worth and how to be of service without getting caught up in the power struggles of others and Charoite teaches us how to accept others as they are by keeping things in perspective. It helps to provide motivation and reduces worry.

328:  Prosperity and abundance comes in many forms and is more than just money. Too often people focus on money or material things instead of seeing the whole picture. The truth is that people who focus on everyday “tiny miracles” and live in gratitude are happier and more at peace and it is up to us  to recognize and acknowledge the true forms of prosperity and abundance when they arrive.  Today the Ascended Masters are reminding us that we live in the flow of Divine abundance. It surrounds everything we do and it’s important to to be aware of our prosperity on all levels. The old adage of “counting your blessings” is key for today. Acknowledge your personal prosperity and abundance and embrace the richness of your life!




Angels of Abundance include Archangel Raziel who helps to manifest prosperity and abundance, Barakiel who brings good fortune and helps us to open our hearts to receive. Gamaliel who brings gifts, blessings and abundance and Pathiel who helps to open the gates of positive manifestation. The Ascended Master Buddha who teaches us that the key to happy living resides in balancing all areas of life and that peace brought through moderation. And the Roman goddess Abundantia teaches us to appreciate abundance in it’s many forms as well as attract them. She tells us, ” Your faith in the bounty of the universe serves you well. 327:  Spring is the season of new beginnings, new growth and change, all of which are integral parts of our path. So how do you know if you are on the right path and headed in the right direction? First of all remember that everyone’s path is unique and you are truly the only one who knows what’s best for you. Walking your path involves courage, trust in Spirit, ourselves and our own inner magick. We are being reminded that our intuition is a valuable gift. We are all able to discern right from wrong, what feels right and what doesn’t and what brings us joy. Now add to that your intuitive gifts and you’ll find your path and new paths opening up before you . If you are unsure of your next “step” take some time to think about or meditate on where you want to be then move forward making the necessary adjustments as you go. Allow yourself to move forward with confidence, set you intentions high and know that the the Universe is there to help you.




The combination of Archangel Michael and Ascended Master Saint Germain provides direction, courage and motivation as we travel along our path. Both also offer protection, Michael on all levels and Germain on the psychic. Between these two they definitely have you covered. 326:  One of the jobs that our angels perform is to insure that our needs are being met. While sometimes it may not feel like it, in all reality it is. In today’s society people tend to want more than they need to live. If you look around you can probably find a surplus of THINGS that you could do without. (I know I can) When the angels tell us that they are making sure sure our needs are met they are speaking of the necessities. Money to pay our bills, food, shelter, clothing etc. They are here to assist, not to provide excess. If we aspire to have more then we need we must to do our part to make it happen. Working with angels, ascended masters etc. is a partnership! Today we are reminded that our needs truly are being met. Take a moment to offer gratitude for life and for what you have!




Archangel Uriel can help us in any area of life. One of his powers lies in helping us to solve problems that crop up unexpectedly. He shows us the best way to work through them so that we free up our energy and invite progress. The Hindu deities Ganesh and Green Tara can also help. Ganesh helps us to avoid and remove any obstacles that fall into our path. He teaches us that such things are usually self imposed and that the core of these issues lies in our fear of moving forward. Green Tara who is sometimes called the “speedy ” goddess helps us when we need emergency aid, whether it’s spiritual or physical assistance, or money issues she hears and answers all requests. She says, “Come and sit beside me. Breathe and calm your mind and heart. In the center of your being lives the fire of your own creation, feel it and bring it forward. Allow it to bring with it your confidence and courage, do not fear, I am here with you.”

Labradorite which allows magic to happen, reduces stress and anxiety while letting you see all the possible solutions and Chrysoprase helps us to patterns and cycles that are holding us back and how to break them.

325:  Change is an important part of life. It can happen gradually or drop in out of the blue. To promote our own growth we need to be willing to embrace  those changes no matter how or when they happen. By fighting these changes we find ourselves stuck emotionally, mentally and spiritually. However, when we allow change to happen it invites new things and people into our lives. This bring new growth and opportunities that will help us as we create our path. If the proverbial winds of change are blowing through your life the Angels and Ascended Masters are sending you this message: ” These changes are for the best even though some may be difficult to accept or seem scary. We are here to make sure that you and your loved ones are safe and cared for during this time. We are surrounding you with protective, peaceful energy and are helping to take away any pain, fear or negativity that you may be experiencing.”

324:  The more we work with the angels and the ascended masters the stronger our connection becomes. These divine helpers send us messages every day and it’s our job to be open to receiving them. Our own intuition works the same way, the more we listen to it the greater our faith and  self confidence becomes. Today we are being asked to be open to communication on all levels. Remember that these divine messages come in many forms (numbers, signs, items, verbal clues or even a strong intuitive pull).  If you’re not sure of a message ask for clarification. Never be afraid of the message or an answer, and even if it’s not what you wanted to hear at the current time. If you receive a message that doesn’t seem to fit with your current situation set it aside as it will be useful to you later on. Taking time to meditate can help as well. This promotes a stronger connection between you and the divine. This also helps us to pinpoint the things that truly matter to us as we navigate our path.




Archangel Jeremiel teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to the most of our life experiences. And Iolite, also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst”. This is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion. It helps you stay true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others.

323:  Contrary to popular belief we do not necessarily need to be a “cheerleader” to inspire others. The dictionary describes inspire as ” to fill (someone) with the urge or ability to do or feel something, especially to do something creative”. While we sometimes need to open the door and let our inner cheerleader out more often than not the quiet approach is just as effective. Quietly inspiring others is an art form of great value. Doing things (even small things) that bring joy or peace to others, leading by positive example or even simply offering assistance are all good ways to inspire others. They in turn will do the same or similar for someone else. By simply being cheerful, helpful and positive we share our light with others. Today the ascended masters want to thank us for doing our part and quietly inspiring those around us!




Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to to forgive ourselves and others. This is especially helpful when we endeavor to lead by example. It is through forgiveness that we gain insight of what assistance will be beneficial to self and others. The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to set aside things we have no control over. 322: Learning to believe in yourself and trusting in your own intuition can be easy for some and difficult for others. However, both are essential as we navigate our path.  Too often we allow ourselves to be lead by what others think or say. By allowing this to happen we are not being our authentic selves and we are giving our power away to someone else. While it’s good to have people around us who care and want to help us the truth is that you are the only one who knows what’s best for you personally. Today the ascended masters are reminding us to stand strong in our beliefs, both in ourselves and in the divine source. Allow yourself to be open to receiving information from the world around you, and know in your heart that you are capable of guiding yourself in the right direction.




Archangel Raziel helps us to access and fine tune both our psychic and intuitive abilities so that we are better able to receive divine guidance. The Ascended Master Saint Germain teaches us that by staying optimistic we are able to draw good things to us and are able to better understand the guidance that we receive from the resources available. 321:  The Ascended Masters are sending us a gentle reminder today about faith. While it’s important to have faith in the Divine Source it’s just as important to have faith in yourself. This can also be seen as as an extension of yesterday’s theme of hope and new beginnings. By having faith in ourselves we are effectively acknowledging our readiness to embrace new beginnings and the hope we have for better things to come. We also gain valuable insight on a personal level as we gain a better understanding of our strengths and weaknesses. The key is to maintain a balance of faith between yourself and the Divine. Remember that you are a powerful creator and that the Universe is on your side!




Archangel Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey’s that we can heal our selves and our lives and regain  self confidence and faith. Ascended Masters like Jesus, Moses, El Morya can help with all areas of faith.  And, the Egyptian goddess Isis teaches us that through our own divine magick we find joy and increased self esteem.
