218:  Although spring hasn’t arrived yet (in the Northern Hemisphere at least) our Spiritual Helpers are asking us to start our mental spring cleaning early. By doing so we will be inviting prosperity and abundance into our lives. Open the doors and windows within your entire being and kick out any negative nasties that are lurking in the corners and  make room for new personal growth just as Mother Nature makes room for hers. At Imbolc we started planting our “Thought Seeds”, which when nurtured and cared for provide us with new things (new opportunities, growth, abundance etc.) that will help us on our path. Let go of negative thoughts and self doubts and open yourself to a balanced form of giving and receiving. As you do this remember that giving and receiving is a revolving door and what you send out comes back. So be conscious of sending our positive thoughts, intentions and good vibes. This will ensure a bountiful harvest that you can enjoy!




Archangel Jophiel shows us how to appreciate the beauty that surrounds us as well as the beauty within us. The Ascended Master Krishna teaches us how to bless all situations with love so that we are able to reap the rewards of our efforts and the Roman Goddess Vesta who oversees hearth and home. 216:  We all struggle with material concerns and although we do our best to maintain a positive outlook there are times when we find ourselves stuck in the “Swamp of Worry & Fear”. This little side trip happens to everyone, it’s normal. The key is in having faith in yourself to make things happen even when the cards seem stacked against you. The Universe and its helpers are reminding us that when the swamp beckons, take a moment and find your center. Let go of fear and worry and focus on what’s good in your life, Embracing gratitude allows us to gain clarity and focus. This helps us to start building a bridge through the Swamp and while we may get out feet muddy our gratitude keeps us from becoming stuck.

215: Today the Universe is letting us know that change is on the horizon and these changes will make us stronger and make our lives better. Change is a normal part of life and we all go through it. Some of these changes we initiate, some are surprises and some happen so gradually that we hardly know they are happening. Regardless of how these changes happen keep in mind that the nature and direction of our thoughts will play an important role.  If we are stuck in a negative holding pattern the process can be scary and stressful. However, by surrounding ourselves with optimistic and confident energy it’s easier to meet change head on.  This allows things to happen naturally and makes the process easier so that we can embrace change with an attitude of adventure and excitement. Remember to check your progress and path often. If it feels right…. it is. But if you have doubts or it makes you uncomfortable be bold and make the necessary adjustments to keep you on track.

214: Today’s message is about love, it is Valentine’s day after all!. While it’s important to show love for those around you it’s equally important to show some for yourself. Today the angels are asking us to turn any fears or worries over to them and make room for some self love. By acknowledging yourself as an awesome and amazing person (and you really are!) you are affirming that you are worthy of receiving the love and positive energies around you and being sent to you. As I said earlier this week we are quite often our own worst critics so today is your chance to jump on your own bandwagon. Be your own valentine today and do something nice for yourself and don’t forget to give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the beautiful and divine spirit that is YOU!

212: The inner critic. We all have one that seemingly pops up during the times when we are trying to better ourselves and brings out our fear of failure, lack of confidence and even negative self talk. These things can cause us to be pretty hard on ourselves if things don’t go our way or happen the way we want them to or happen fast enough. The fear of failure can also stop us from moving forward. We tell ourselves that “If I don’t try, I won’t fail” or “Maybe I should wait”. Today the angels are reminding us that there are no failures only temporary setbacks. If you try and it doesn’t work out then take an objective look at what you are trying to accomplish. Find what did work (even if it’s only one thing) then discard what didn’t. Start over using the one (or more) good thing as a starting point and go from there. Using positive self-speak like “I CAN. I WILL, I LOVE and I AM” will help keep your good vibes flowing. 211:  Today’s message is related to our habits. Habits, both good and bad, are created through our thoughts and actions. Both new beginnings and positive change require us to break the hold of outdated or bad habits in order to create new growth. There comes a time when we need to perform a self check up. (that day is today) It’s important to periodically take a look within and find those dark and dusty areas that require clean up or a serious overhaul. Letting go of what no longer serves us in a positive way helps us  to cordially invite new growth and opportunities into our lives.  Changing our habits is a work in progress and patience and confidence are required. Today the angels are reminding us we are all powerful creators who are worthy and capable of manifesting amazing things. Pay attention to signals and information you receive. Even if you can’t put this information to use right away it’s worth remembering so that when the goal presents itself you are ready to run with it.

210: Every day we receive signals and messages from the people around us and from the Universe. We see them, hear them and feel them both energetically and physically. However, sometimes we don’t recognize them for what they are because we are distracted and not paying attention. Today the Universe is asking us to really listen with our heart and spirit. Our spiritual helpers have much to share with us and  it’s important that we pay attention. (Remember that these messages can come through thoughts, ideas, visual clues, music, feelings and those mind blowing AH-HA! moments.) Open up today and allow yourself to receive the information that is  headed your way. Take some time to get centered, clear your mind and make room by putting aside the things you can’t control right now.
