Today’s Message: Introspection

112: Winter is a time of introspection and by looking within we gain valuable knowledge and insights into who we are, who we want to be, and where we want to go. By looking within and taking what we find to heart we are taking the fisrt step to our own growth and improvement. It helps to clear the pathways and makes it possible for letting go of old habits and beliefs. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy when it comes to these old habits. While they may “feel” comfortable the truth is that we hold onto these things because we are afraid to change or have a fear of failure. The Universe is reminding us that we can’t grow if we refuse to accept the changes that are offered and needed. As you explore your own inner workings remember to pay attention to any recurring thoughts and ideas. The key lies in the way we receive and perceive the information provided. This information paves our way into the future we desire, and planting positive thought seeds along our path will be beneficial in the coming months.

Archangel Chamuel helps us to recover things we have lost. while he usually works with lost items he can also help when we feel out of balance by showing us the reason behind it. He also assists us as we navigate our path by helping us to find the direction and guidance that needed to move forward on this journey of self discovery. The Greek goddess Hecate teaches us about the importance of change. She helps us to release the past and the old things that keep us from moving on and how to accept change and transition. She tells us:  ” I am the guardian of the crossroads.  Remember that to move ahead you must face your fears and release the past. Change and circumstance are inviting you to choose a path. It is your choice so make the one that is best for you.”

Bloodstone gives us the ability to adapt to the changes that are  taking place more easily. It strengthens our intuition and promotes good decision making.

Cavansite. This stone helps to guide us through major life changes as well as helping us learn from past experiences so that we don’t make the same mistakes/choices again. It also helps us to retain information that applies to spiritual growth. Cavansite helps to promote new ideas and can be used in conjunction with the Third Eye or brow chakra.

Garnet. This deep red stone helps us to let go of old, outdated and harmful ideas, and patterns. This is important to achieving overall balance as we sometimes do things just because we can and have been allowed to get away with it. Garnet also promotes balance by helping to clear and re-energize the chakras.

417: Over the last few days, we’ve been working on clearing the way for new growth. This raises our energy level and increases our feel good and positive vibes. Even when we experience difficult times we really do have many reasons to be optimistic and hopeful and the angels want us to know that we are doing a great job. Take some time for yourself today and engage in whatever makes your spirit sing. Days like this are good for us emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Choose something that simply makes your heart and spirit sing. This will help to promote positive flow and allow you to ground, center and balance. Start your day with a big self-hug and above all be kind to yourself!

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. 316: It’s time for a little “Multi-Level Spring Cleaning”. The angels are reminding us that it’s important to regularly clear our emotional and spiritual selves as well as on the physical level. These clearing activities help us to make room for new abundance and growth. Continue the “Let It Go” process by making room in our physical realm. Take things that you no longer need/want or that are no longer relevant to who you are now, and re-gift, sell or donate. This activity can also help us heal on the emotional and spiritual levels by bringing peace and closure. Add to this a few positive thoughts regarding your material supply and know that you are being taken care of.

315: Every so often it becomes necessary to acknowledge the things that no longer work for us. This includes releasing old and outdated feelings, emotions, thoughts, habits, and patterns. This clears the way so that we can receive new and wonderful things. Although sometimes it feels like the universe has given us too much to handle and negativity rears its ugly head. This reaction is normal (don’t worry)! The key lies in acknowledging these feelings and not letting them take control. Today the angels are advising us to learn from our past mistakes and experiences. Look for the lessons in them, then let them go and move on using them as stepping stone to the next level. If you need help ask the masters for guidance, they will help!

59:  The personal work that we have been doing recently is helping to make our lives more stable. Through changes and the letting go process we are finding our balance and are gaining a clearer view of our life path. I like to visualize this path as being surrounded by vegetation. There are plants in various stages of growth, flowers, trees, and of course…. weeds. The weeds represent things that we need to let go of. As we pull the weeds we are clearing the way for new growth. We may even find some of the thought seeds we had planted and forgotten about or bare spots where we can plant new things. The angels are simply asking us to do some personal gardening today. Set a goal of weed-plant-nurture to get your personal garden into shape!

While this includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature, it helps our relationships with others as well. 55:  When Change shows up at your house in his beat-up truck and tells us to get in you better buckle up because we’re going for a ride baby! To clear the way and make and room start by letting go of a few things that are no longer working for you or that you have outgrown. (People, activities, thoughts, old resentments, etc.) Start small and work up from there. This makes it easier to tackle the larger things later if we keep in mind that things are connected and by picking apart the big things it makes them easier to let go of. Now give these things over to the angels and the Universe, then visualize packing up all the old things into a bag and tossing it off a bridge. I kid you not this visualization is truly empowering! The clearing away process creates the necessary space for better things. Remember, you deserve good things and life is too short to hang on to things that no longer bring you peace and joy!

225:  We all experience times in our lives when it becomes necessary to let go of outdated and outgrown things like habits, relationships, material items and thought patterns. Hanging on to these things after their “expiration date” can become a crutch that we use when we are afraid to move on. This inhibits our personal and spiritual growth and causes us to flounder. Today the angels are asking us to start letting go of the things that no longer work for us. They know that this can be difficult and sometimes painful. However, the benefits and freedom obtained in the process will clear our path and propel us forward. It will also bring us new opportunities, growth, and blessings that help us to achieve what we want most.
