72: Following our life path requires us to have positive focus, perseverance and trust. We must trust in ourselves and in the Universe, this helps us to make the best possible decisions. As we travel we receive an abundance of information. Some of it good and some……. well…… not so much. Part of our job is to sift through this information and pick out that which will best serve us. Remember, everyone will have an opinion. Our message from the angels today is “In your heart you’ll know what’s best and what direction you need to take.


If you find yourself blocked perform a self check and ask yourself:


*Is this where I want to be?


*What is keeping me from moving forward? (people, places, things)


*What positive steps do I need to take to continue my journey?


Act on your own intuition and divine guidance and if you need help…. ask!




Archangel Jeremiel provides us with insight into our lives and the changes we need to make to move forward. If you ask him for help he will tell you to look to your dreams for answers. He can also help you to release any fears that you may have about the future. The Ascended Master Jesus embodies faith, he also provides a clear and direct line of communication to the Divine and he helps all who ask and the Hindu God Ganesh removes  any and all obstacles that lie in our way including the one we create for ourselves!




Our Sacred Stones for the day are Calcites. Grey Calcite helps us to stay centered in our own power and promotes clear thinking. Yellow or Golden Calcite helps link us to the higher sources of spiritual guidance.

It’s OK To Ask: Cat’s Angel Message for June 30, 2018 


 June Theme: Balancing our need/desire for earthly materials (possessions, money etc) with focus and faith while staying grounded and present.




Refusing to ask for help when you need it is refusing someone the chance to be helpful. – Ric Ocasek




630: In the last month we have worked on achieving balance where material things are concerned. We have accomplished this by staying focused on our goals and by having faith in ourselves and that things will work out to our best advantage. As June comes to a close the Universe sends this  gentle reminder, ” Help is always available and you need only to ask.” Remember that help can arrive in many forms. It comes not only from the Universe but from people, animals, blessings or events that show up in our lives. It’s important to pay attention and be present so that you can reap the rewards that come your way. The lessons of June will help you in the new month.




Sometimes asking for help is hard because our ego tells us that we have to do things by ourselves. You can ask Archangel Raphael to help remove any/all blocks that are associated with asking for or accepting help. Both Archangel Michael and the Ascended Master Saint Germain can help by pointing us in the right direction, especially when we feel at loose ends and unsure of our nest move and the Egyptian Goddess Maat helps us to stay balanced and sheds light when we are confused, she says “Honor yourself by being truthful. It is truth that creates order out of difficult or confusing situations. It is also truth that keeps your inner scales balanced, your energy free and your heart feather light.”




Our Sacred Stone for today is Sodalite. This stone promotes integration of logic and intuition as it draws down information to the physical level. Sodalite dispels confusion and releases outdated thought patterns while creating space for new ideas. It also helps us to look for and find truth and makes it possible to stand up for our personal beliefs while remaining true to yourself.

Say No to Distractions: Cat’s Angel Message for June 22, 2018 


 June Theme: Balancing our need/desire for earthly materials (possessions, money etc) with focus and faith while staying grounded and present.




One of the points about distractions is that everything that they do is destabilizing. – Bruce Sterling




622:  Our message for today revolves around both focus and faith, and the Universe is asking us to stay focused in the now and avoid distractions. When we get busy or overwhelmed  our focus turns inward and is lost. Sometimes this is necessary, however it also tends to pull us away from the things going on around us that require our undivided attention. This is where our faith comes into play. Give your inner worrywart a hug and remind them that things will work out and you both will be fine. Paying attention today will keep you focused on what’s really important so that you don’t miss out!




Archangel Jophiel  reminds us that worry solves nothing as it doesn’t nurture or heal. The effort you put into worry is better used through creative pursuits, which in itself is a kind of meditation. She helps us to slow down and find both beauty and harmony in our day and in our world. The Ascended Master Paramahansa Yogananda teaches us that during times of stress or loss of focus peace can be found through meditation. Remember that meditation can be as simple as taking several deep breaths and centering yourself. Use this as your personal reset button.




Our Sacred Stones for today are: Galena which helps  us to stay  grounded and centered. It helps to open the mind as it dissolves self-limiting thoughts from our past, and Lepidolite helps us to focus on the important things and filter out any distractions that come knocking.

Balancing Material Issues: Cat’s Angel Message for June 1, 2018 


 June Theme: Balancing our need/desire for earthly materials (possessions, money etc) with focus and faith while staying grounded and present.




The few men who possess the wealth of the material things of the earth at the present time are not truly happy. – Joseph Franklin Rutherford




61:  Our thoughts are powerful things. They can  bring us anything from great joy, peace or inspiration to anxiety and despair, along with everything in between. Material issues can often be the culprit. Sometimes it feels impossible to be super-positive all the time as some New Age “gurus” say you should be. Negative thoughts happen (it’s part of our human nature) and when they do what’s most important is how you handle them. (Balance) If you hold on to them they breed more negativity and that’s not good for our mental wellbeing. The key is in acknowledging these thoughts and looking for the underlying cause of them (be honest with yourself!). There is always a positive solution and the universe is here to help. By doing our best to turn  negative’s over to our spiritual helpers we can gain valuable insight and new ideas. Essentially it frees up our “thought space”!  Acknowledge, let go and focus on  creative and positive solutions.




 Archangel Raziel can assist us in the manifestation process. Remember that the angels and masters will only help with what we need. So if you want more than that be willing to go the extra mile. The Ascended Master Solomon brings wisdom and understanding so that we can do things more efficiently. This helps us to make the most of what offered to us and  Hindu Goddess Lakshmi helps us to manifest and clear the way for  all forms of abundance including home supplies and food. She says ” You are worthy of so many wonderful things! Let me help you to clear the way so that these gifts can be given to you. Make room and feel the lightness it creates within your spirit.”




Our Sacred Stone for today is Larimar. This stone helps  to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what you really need.
