814: Today we are again reminded to acknowledge our support systems. There are always people who are there for us and that we can always count on to have our back. It is also important that we be part of our own support system as well. Believe in yourself and have faith that you can move mountains if needed. The Angels and Ascended Masters are also always here for us, and when we need support they are only a thought away. The angels would also like us to remember that support, like abundance, comes in many forms so look for the “Tiny Miracles” and keep an open mind if help come comes from an unexpected source!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Zadkiel helps to heal our hearts and minds so that accepting support in all forms is easier. He also promotes compassion for ourselves and others while helping us to find things that we have lost, forgotten about, or set aside. Ego is not a friend of truth as it forcibly tells us that we don’t need help and can do everything by ourselves. He boosts our faith and fills our hearts with peace and calm. He also helps us to remember information that will help us on this grand adventure.

The Ascended Master El Morya can help if you have trouble staying present and focused in the now. He teaches us the importance of putting aside what we cannot control so that we are free to think about other things. He reminds us that it is our faith that keeps us grounded so that we can embrace both the patience and the clear decision-making needed to make things happen.

I can guide you on the path of self-love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle with yourself. 88: Today the angels are sending us a big high five. Their message is “Embrace your gratitude and you will find that avenues will open and the gifts the universe will be sent your way!”

 By living in and embracing the Aura of Gratitude we can effectively draw prosperity and abundance into our lives. Even if we can only find that “One Good Thing” in a situation we can use it to create a foundation that can be built upon. The key lies in acknowledging all of our blessings and expressing our feelings of gratitude to what we have and what is offered. Small things add up as they help us to draw more positives into our lives. Remember that you must do the work in order to make things happen. Don’t sit back and wait or you’ll miss out on the amazing things that are in store for you.

Archangel Raguel sets us on the path to personal empowerment. He helps us to find our strength and promotes clarity when we feel conflicted about what to do next by providing a boost of energy and by bringing order to our thoughts. While Garnet is best known as a stone of protection it can benefit the use of our natural talents as well. It helps us to overcome any resistance we may have in using our gifts and promotes self-confidence. Garnet removes what no longer serves and mental self-sabotage. It promotes balance and clears and re-energizes the chakras.

Iolite, also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” it is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion by staying true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others. It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us. It is also a soothing stone that calms emotions during times of change.

Orbicular or Ocean Jasper helps to increase our sense of responsibility and promotes patience. It provides the strength we need to calmly deal with life’s challenges and soothes the emotional stress that can happen when we become impatient for results.

Today’s Message: Free Flowing Energy

86: The “Attitude of Gratitude” carries over into today. If material concerns are bugging you then take a few minutes and give those worries to the angels. Do this as often as you need to (sometimes these things just keep knocking at the door) to bring you a little peace of mind. Fear and worry can block your energy so letting go of them or letting things just be can help clear the mind and help us balance. Remember to embrace gratitude on all levels and don’t cut yourself short by focusing on a single area. Free-flowing energy assists our manifestation process by attracting good things to us like a magnet. So focus on a positive outcome because good things are headed your way!

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. This is important as it helps us to make bold decisions that will help us on our path.

The Himalayan Ascended Master Babaji helps us to achieve the personal and spiritual growth necessary for the letting go process. Each time we let go of something that no longer serves us we are in truth embracing a “little death” and fear often accompanies the letting go process. I will help you to embrace the courage and motivation that you need to see things through to a successful conclusion.”

Azurite-Malachite, this powerful combination stone helps us to create new energy through focusing on the acceptance of our own power which can also help to reduce our stress levels.

Chiastolite (aka Cross Stone or Andalusite) promotes the creative problem-solving process. It enables us to release things that are no longer relevant to our current path and dispels any guilt we may have when we leave things behind. It helps us to make the necessary changes and brings harmony to conflicts that arise when we blaze new trails that others were not expecting or able to control.

711: Today we continue our acknowledgment of gratitude and the role it plays in our personal journey. Through the power of positive thought, we are able to manifest some pretty amazing things. Sometimes the results are visible and sometimes they’re not. However, by getting the proverbial ball rolling and through our continued efforts to move forward we know that it’s simply a matter of time before we see tangible proof of the results. The Angels are letting us know how proud they are of what we have accomplished so far. The key is to gratefully acknowledge the tiny miracles when they arrive because over time they will complete the manifestation process.

78: Staying balanced is always a work in progress and it is something that is essential to our overall growth, happiness, and emotional wellbeing. It also has a direct effect as we create our path through life and our own spirituality. This balance helps us to focus and see clearly the things that truly matter and put things like material gain and ego into perspective. Today the Universe is reminding us that balance starts with gratitude and it’s a good time to do a little path maintenance. If you’ve been slacking and letting weeds grow on your path then it’s time to get started. It’s easier and less “stress-full” to clear as we go instead of putting it off and becoming overwhelmed.

Gentle Seraphinite helps to clear the heart chakra and opens us to love on all levels. It is also used to review the progress that you have made in life and shows the changes that we need to make to best help us on our path.

  Sodalite is a  stone for the mind, it promotes clear and calm thinking. and activates intuition as it draws down information to the physical level. It dispels confusion and releases outdated thought patterns while creating space for new ideas. The truth is that worry only magnifies the stress that you are feeling, so much so that you can become overwhelmed by it. The other unfortunate side effect is that it blocks our power of manifestation. Today the Universe is reminding us to continue the work we’ve been doing to upgrade our thought patterns. Remember that you are in charge of creating your own reality. 610: Starting today and carrying over into tomorrow we move into the realms of good vibes and positive expectations. This includes affirmations, gratitude, and focusing on the blessings in your life. Today is a reminder that we are all wealthy in many ways and on many levels. By acknowledging our blessings and embracing grace and gratitude we are opening the doors to creating our own infinite supply. The key is to focus on what you HAVE and not on what you DON’T. Remember that true wealth is not about how many “cool new things” you have, I know people with this mentality and they are some of the most miserable people ever. Make a list today of all the good things and blessings in your life and you will see that you really are wealthier than you realized!

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. This is a reminder that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp and by taking the time to “smell the roses” the attitude of gratitude flows more easily.

The Himalayan Ascended Master Babaji helps us to achieve the personal and spiritual growth necessary for the letting go process. He assists us in detaching ourselves from both material things and things that no longer serve us. He teaches us that letting go is a form of simplifying your life. It frees your energy so that you can work on what’s important so that new blessings can be received.

The Roman Goddess Abundantia teaches us to appreciate abundance and wealth in its many forms as well as how to attract them. She tells us, ” Your faith in the bounty of the universe serves you well. Cast aside your worry and embrace the richness of your life because you have so much to be grateful for.”

 Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop.

Eulite (Hypersthene) helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Eulite is also useful for building solid relationships which are necessary for the manifestation process and our personal evolution.

 Nebula Stone. This energetically unique stone resembles the night sky. It allows you to see the value of the things around you and helps you to appreciate what you have while promoting gratitude toward yourself and others.

Today’s Message: It’s A Balancing Act

64: This month we turn our focus to maintaining our balance and the universe is asking us to check our balance in the material realm. There are certain material items that we need to live, food, clothing, shelter, and other basic necessities. Today we are being reassured that all of our needs are being met and will continue to be met in the future. However, the angels cannot do it all for us so we must do our part by adding our own energy and focus. This will help to open new doors that will increase our flow of abundance. Express your gratitude to the Angels, the Divine, and the Universe, and welcome the blessings that are waiting for you!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raziel gently guides us through the manifestation process so that we are more adept at creating what we need and what we want. Remember that NEED and WANT are two separate things and by concentrating on need first all else will fall into place.

 The Ascended Master Buddha is our go-to guy when we feel “wobbly’. He teaches us that the key to happy living requires moderation and balance in all things. This includes the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find that inner peace is ours!

The Hindu Goddess Lakshmi teaches us that good things happen when we embrace the world with a grateful and appreciative heart. She tells us ” You are worthy of so many wonderful things but first you must get out of your own way! Let me help you to clear the way so that these gifts can be given to you. Make room and feel the lightness it creates within your spirit.”
