731: As the month of july comes to a close take a moment to give yourself a big hug. We have done a lot of work recently so be sure to acknowledge your personal growth. Today the Angels are telling us that the work we have done is paying off even if the results aren’t visible yet. Have faith in yourself and the progress, changes and steps you have taken. Continue the self care routine from yesterday and focus on centering and balancing as this will be important for the work that begins in August. Spirit, the Ascended Masters and the Angels want you to know that you have grown in ways that you can’t begin to imagine (yet).. so stay focused, confident and above all believe in yourself!

Call on your favorite Angel, Ascended Master or Deity today. Ask for assistance wherever you need it most. Use your Rose Quartz to promote self care, inner peace and love.

Happy Tuesday!


Learning is part of life, it’s how we continue  our personal and spiritual evolution. Ask questions and absorb new things and don’t be afraid to admit that you don’t know something.  In my experience the people who knock you down for that generally don’t know either but won’t admit to it. Just saying…………   At the end of the day ask yourself… “What did I learn today?” and when you think about it I bet you learned more than you thought!

Happy Thursday and welcome to the month of June!


In my daily angel messages I talk about how to use negative experiences for personal growth. Every life experience,  positive or negative, has a lesson for us. The positive ones are easy to see they make us feel good and are readily accepted. But when something negative happens we tend to either  shy away from it or we hold on to it and let it  color our thoughts and actions.  The truth is that in every negative experience there is always at least ONE good thing and a lesson that we can take away from it. Sometimes looking for that one good thing takes courage. By acknowledging the experience and the lesson we are able to move on and grow. By using that one good thing as stepping stone or a building block we can continue our journey to create the life we envision!
