34:  There are times when we just need someone to listen. To share in our joys, and dreams or  our concerns, our fears, or our worries. Like a dear friend the angels and the ascended masters are also here for us. Their job involves assisting us on all levels as well as surrounding us with protection and love. The more often we talk to them the easier it becomes to “hear” their replies. If you ask a question and find yourself receiving repetitive impressions, signs or thoughts then be assured that they have heard and are sending you an answer. Our job is stay open to receiving the information being sent, this will also become easier as our relationship with the divine evolves. Remember, never be afraid to ask for their help. Keep faith in yourself, your inner wisdom and in your Divine support team!




Archangel Uriel is the overseer of Life Lessons. He provides assistance with any problems we may have and helps us to make better choices when faced with important decisions. The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power. He helps us strengthen our personal boundaries so that we can be and stay strong in situations where we need to be. And the Hindu goddess Devi helps us to find meaning in our lives and gently guides us in learning to follow our own inner wisdom. She says “Take my hand and let me guide you on your journey of self discovery. You need only look within to find your true meaning. Release your cares to me and I will purify your heart and spirit. ” 




Our Sacred Stone for the day is Jade. This warm stone can provide aid in problem solving and shows us the path to reaching our goals and actualizing our dreams. It also promotes emotional balance and self confidence as it gently dissipates negativity and brings peace on all levels.

24: We are being sent a reminder today that  “If you can dream it you can create it”. If the world or life in general has you down then it’s time to make some changes. Our power is at it’s greatest level when we meet life with an adventurous attitude. To do this we must have faith in ourselves and believe with every fiber of our being that our dreams are within reach if we just keep trying. Sometimes things happen quickly and other times we wait. However, behind the scenes wheels are turning, things are happening and pieces of the puzzle are falling into place. For those who aren’t quite ready to take the complete plunge, take baby steps and one thing at a time. Don’t waste time over analyzing so find one thing that you can start building from and start your adventure. Our spiritual helpers are with us all the time offering guidance and protection and their loving energy surrounds you and supports you in every way.




Archangel Michael is your “go to” angel. he helps us to find our courage and motivation needed to face life and it’s challenges. He also provides direction when we feel lost and protection when we feel helpless. The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to set aside things we have no control over . This makes room for us to enjoy life’s adventure. And the Roman Goddess Abundantia teaches us to appreciate abundance in it’s many forms as well as attract them. She tells us, ” Your faith in the bounty of the universe serves you well. Cast aside your worry and embrace the richness of your life because you have so much to grateful for.”




Our Sacred Stones for the day include the following.  Jade is a warm stone that helps us to be more self sufficient which enables us to embrace more of what life offers. It stimulates ideas and helps us to see things aren’t and difficult or scary as thought and  Dioptase which helps us to create a more balanced life while we work toward achieving our personal goals. It also teaches us to see things in joy and the best in every action.

While sometimes it may feel like this isn’t the case, in all reality it is. In today’s society people tend to want more than what they really need to live. It’s an ego thing. If you look around you can probably find a surplus of THINGS that you could do without. (I know I can) When the Universe tells us that our needs are being met it refers to basic necessities like money to pay our bills, food, shelter, clothing etc. They are here to assist, not to provide excess. If we aspire to have more then we need to do our part to make it happen. Working with angels, ascended masters etc. is a partnership. Today we are reminded that our needs are being met for ourselves and our loved ones. Take a moment to offer gratitude for life and for what you have!

 September’s Theme: This month will involve working on our Life Mission/ Purpose. Sometimes we have a clear vision of what that is and sometimes we don’t.  Remember that everything you do has an impact on your world and the people in it and around you.  It can be simple, like making “tiny miracles” happen for others or even making your own life or the life of a loved one better. Sometime’s the small things are the best!

98: Over the last few days we have practiced sending our light out to the the world and to those around us. If you stop to think about it these actions are a part of everyone’s Life Mission. Sharing our light can be done in many ways, however it’s easiest through our natural talents, passions or even interests. By doing what we love or what comes naturally to us we are effectively sharing with the world around us. By focusing on service instead of gain we are opening that revolving door that allows positive flow to enter our lives and we find that any concerns we have are taking care of themselves. Less worry and stress sounds pretty good doesn’t it? In the words of Captain Picard…. “Make it so Number 1”!




We have two goddess helpers today in Tara (Buddhist.Hindu). While Tara has many sides we will be working with Green and White today. Green Tara will come quickly to your aid and provide understanding and insight when needed. She will also assist if you have a spiritual or physical emergency as well as calming any fears you may have. White Tara is the bringer of enlightenment, her gentle and peaceful energy is nurturing and maternal. She can help solve problems with prayer and will show you how to to focus on the beauty of Divine love.




The following Sacred Stones are associated with Tara: Green Aventurine to assist in balancing your Yin/Yang energies. Jade to open the heart chakra and increase love and nurturing, it also promotes harmony and good luck. Turquoise to enhance empathy and overall balance while it attunes our physical body to our spiritual one.

 414:  Our Spa Day from yesterday carries over into today. The Universe is asking us to release our worries and fears to make room inside for inner peace. Our spiritual helpers will be  assisting us with exchanging the negative and stressful with peaceful and positive. It’s time to release what no longer serves your highest good or brings you joy. We often hold on to things out of fear. Fear of failure, new experiences, or of ourselves or sometimes there is even a kind of comfort in old, outdated situations. After all things stay the same if we don’t try. This releasing is imperative as it not only creates a better life, it makes us healthier in mind, body and spirit. We all deserve and are worthy of receiving good things.
