216: We all struggle with material concerns and although we do our best to maintain a positive outlook there are times when we find ourselves stuck in the “Swamp of Worry & Fear”. This little side trip happens to everyone, it’s normal. The key is in having faith in yourself to make things happen even when the cards seem stacked against you. 126: It’s easy to become absorbed in our creation and manifestation processes to the exclusion of everything else. This can throw us out of balance and interrupts our PEF (Positive Energy Flow). The PEF is similar to water currents. It ebbs and flows and as we send things out and new things return to us. Today our angels are encouraging us to keep up the good work and to remember that balancing our energies creates the PEF that is necessary to open new doors and create new opportunities. Balance can found by using the “Sacred Tools” of faith, thought and patience to help tend to your spiritual needs, which are just as important if not more so than the material ones.  December’s Theme: It’s time to be proactive about replacing the old with the new. This is more easily done by allowing yourself to use your natural abilities and creativity and by surrounding yourself with love and laughter.

1228: Abundance is something that people ask for quite often (particularly this year). It comes in many forms like love, friendship, spiritual, material gain and of course money. Abundance also comes from sources both expected and unexpected and there are several things to remember about generating abundance:

*In order for it grow we must acknowledge what we have with appreciation.


*We must do our part to make it happen. The Angels will help but they won’t do it for us.


*We must be open to both giving and receiving.


*Don’t fixate on on area or one thing. These kind of demands actually limit how the Universe can help you. While it may happen eventually you will be missing out on a lot more than you realize.


Today the Universe is asking us to think about HOW we ask for blessings of abundance. Instead of making stipulations try asking for “Abundance on all levels”. This allows us to receive more blessings instead of just one. By staying open to all the possibilities it stimulates a steady flow of good things which makes us richer on all levels. 1127: During the past month we have been watching our thoughts and setting positive intentions. Through these actions we have opened and strengthened our communication with the Universe and empowered our overall manifestation process. We have also been working with faith and the combination of positive thought and faith has guided us on our path as it clears our energy and replaces stress with peace. This is one of those days where the Universe is letting us know that we are on the right path and doing a great job. The work we are doing now will help pave the way when we enter December. If you have been slacking it’s a good time to tie up any loose ends so that you can move forward in the new cycle.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jeremiel is in charge of life reviews and changes. He can help you see everything that you have accomplished recently as well as the areas that need attention and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. He teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes. He removes our fear of change and what the future holds and replaces them with a sense of expectant excitement.

The Ascended Master Paramahansa Yogananda teaches us that during times of stress or loss of focus peace can be found through meditation. Remember that meditation can be as simple as taking several deep breaths and centering yourself. Use this as your personal reset button.

The Egyptian goddess Bastet (Bast) is not only associated with cats both large and small she is also a goddess of protection and of things that bring pleasure to the senses. In her role as protector she tells us “Never be afraid to stand up for yourself. Remember the importance of setting boundaries. This helps you to take control of your life”

Blue Lace Agate helps us to create and maintain balance during times of stress. It helps us to find our voice when indecision is a factor, allowing us to freely express thoughts and feelings in a peaceful manner.

Carnelian is used for motivation and increased creativity. It teaches us to trust in ourselves and helps us find creative solutions to current issues. It boosts self esteem and invites us to embrace our personal power while promoting positive life choices which enhance our ability to draw new forms of prosperity and abundance.

Larimar helps to remove self-imposed barriers that may be keeping us from accepting our personal power and stops self-sabotaging behavior by bringing out the best in us. It helps us to see the things that we have to be grateful for and the tiny miracles that we take for granted. This sky blue stone also helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what you really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.

1126:The Universe and its helpers assist us in many ways. One of which is to ensure that our needs are being met. While sometimes we may have our doubts, it’s not the case, but in all reality it is. Are you confused? Let me explain. In today’s society, people tend to want more than what they really need to live. If you look around you can probably find a surplus of THINGS that you could do without. (I know I can) When the angels tell us that they are making sure our needs are met they are speaking of necessities, money to pay our bills, food, shelter, clothing, etc. If we aspire to have more then we need to do our part to make it happen. Working with the Universe is a partnership and today we are reminded that our needs are truly being met both for ourselves and our loved ones. Remember if you need help, ask and get that request out into the universe. Take a moment to offer gratitude for life and for what you have!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raziel gently guides us through the manifestation process so that we are more adept at creating what we need and what we want. Remember that NEED and WANT are two separate things and by concentrating on need first all else will fall into place.

The Ascended Master Buddha helps us to find our “Attitude of Gratitude”.By acknowledging what we have to be grateful for we are filled with joy and inner peace which encourages positive flow. He also reminds us of the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find the patience and inner peace we need to go with the flow and can help us embrace the “Tiny Miracles” in our lives as well.

The Roman Goddess Abundantia teaches us to appreciate abundance in it’s many forms as well as attract them. She tells us, ” Your faith in the bounty of the universe serves you well. Cast aside your worry and embrace the richness of your life because you have so much to grateful for.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Tree Agate (Dendritic) to strengthen your connection to the plant kingdom and help you to enjoy each moment. It is also known as the stone of plentitude and promotes abundance while showing us the “wealth” we already have.

Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop.
