46: Today’s world can be a stressful place. One filled with changes and energies that impact us as well as our loved ones. Today we are reminded of the April Theme of challenges and change. When we feel overwhelmed by what life throws our way, big or small, take a moment to just breathe and then ask our Angels for help. Our Spiritual Helpers want what best for us and can help us with the things that are needed to bring peace into our lives. Part of the challenge is in our willingness to help ourselves. Remember that the universe can’t do it all for us so we need to do our part to assist the angels by getting out of our own way and by doing what is needed to reduce our stress levels, by setting boundaries, yoga, meditation, dance and letting go of things that are no longer needed. Letting go of stress allows us to reclaim our power and infuse our lives with new energy!

Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. This is essential to letting go and letting it be processes as it allows our hearts and minds to make room and teaches us to just breathe and embrace compassion which makes room for new growth. The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self-care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. They can also help us in regards to our life purpose. Remember, your life purpose revolves around things you love or feel strongly about. The spark you create with self lifting thinking helps to promote a successful attitude and helps us to move forward on our path. It is through our beliefs, actions, and thoughts that we find ourselves able to step more fully into our power. Today the Universe is asking us to be the creators we are meant to be by stepping up and taking control of our destiny by initiating new growth and embracing new experiences. Remember that the creation process isn’t easy and sometimes isn’t for sissies. However, by having faith in ourselves (and in the Universe) we are able to handle these tough decisions and situations by going with the flow rather than fighting against them. Try to go with the flow today and trust in your inner guidance system. By doing so you will be able to create more (and better) choices which will help you to take action at the right time.
