625: Many of us are currently experiencing a heightened sensitivity to what’s going on around us and within us. This can cause stress or anxiety in areas and in ways we have not experienced before. Today, the Universe is letting us know that this increased sensitivity will help you in both your personal manifestation and in the personal changes that you are experiencing. Our first reaction is usually to block things and if you need to do that that’s fine. However the benefit will come through the experiences themselves and the angels are asking us to go with the flow and allow them to unfold. Understanding and growth will come from unlocking the place where loving kindness dwells and opening your heart these experiences will help you to make healthy changes that will benefit you in the long run. Have faith in yourself and in the Universe and remember that you are safe and care for.
