Great Truth, Great Silence: Cat’s Angel Message for March 13, 2020

313:  During the winter months, we often find ourselves feeling down or trapped in our routines. The coming of Spring, however, offers us the chance to renew our view of and our approach to life. Surround yourself with healing energy today. Starting with Ground-Center-Clear to release old energy and to help fine-tune your connection to the Divine. ( I like to do this exercise outside and if it’s breezy it’s even better. let the wind move through you and visualize it clearing your energy field.) Today’s number is a sign of progress so if you feel stuck look for the things that are holding you back. Remember that you are the creator of your life. Find one good thing, take baby steps or embrace tiny miracles, just do something that helps you to move forward!

He assists us in detaching ourselves from both material things and things that no longer serve us. He teaches us that letting go is a form of simplifying your life. It frees your energy so that you can work on what’s important so that new blessings can be received.


The Mayan goddess Ixchel helps to get our creative juices flowing by breaking through the barriers we have erected that are blocking our progress. Call on her if you are starting something new. ” Clear your mind and allow the creative source to fill you. New things are waiting for you to embrace them!”

Rose Quartz. This soft pink crystal is the ultimate nurturer of compassion and loving energy. It soothes the heart, mind, and spirit. It helps us to bring out the best part of ourselves so that we can help and heal not only ourselves but others as well.


Aquamarine balance’s emotions that can become frayed during the changes that new cycles create. It helps us to move forward and navigate the ebb and flow of life. This stone also shields the aura, aligns the chakras and promotes communication from the higher realms.


Pink Kunzite is a feel good stone that helps us to go with the flow. It brings feelings of peace as it connects us to universal love as it removes obstacles from our path and promotes communication on all levels.

Hope is a beautiful thing! Even during dark times, it’s there just waiting to be acknowledged. Remember that miracles happen every day even though they may not be big and shiny. When times rough take a moment and acknowledge the “Tiny Miracles” that make up our day. There is always at least “One Good Thing” that happened that hope can be found in. You’re okay, and you’ve totally got this!

A reminder today to always look for that ONE GOOD THING. Even when life is dumping on us we can always find something that makes us smile or brings hope. It may be something good that has come out of our current situation or maybe it’s something completely unrelated to it. Sometimes you have to look hard for that ONE GOOD THING, but it’s there and once you find it don’t be surprised if there are a few more lurking around waiting to be found. You’ve totally got this!

Good things are everywhere. Sometimes they are easy to see, other times we have to look for them and sometimes they are disguised as something else. The important thing to remember is that there is always at least ONE GOOD THING that can be found. Train your mind to look for it.  That ONE THING can be used to give you a hand up and make a bad day a little better. It can bring laughter or hope. Best of all it gives you a foundation to build something amazing!

116: Our thoughts and actions shape and create our reality and the Universe is reminding us that we have the power within us to manifest anything and everything that we need.  Faith- Perspective- Focus are today’s keywords. Have faith in what you want to create (dreams and goals). Use your powers of perception and look for that “one good thing” and use it to create that first step. Stay focused on what you want and on your desired outcome and give them nudges and tweaks to keep things moving in the right direction and by keeping your expectations high you generate a mindset that embodies gratitude as it creates a positive flow of blessings.  The biggest key to the creation process lies in finding and maintaining a balance between our material and spiritual sides. Learning to appreciate and be grateful for what we have allows us to clearly see new blessings when they arrive. You are worthy of receiving the blessings the universe has to offer, add your magick to that and watch paths and doors open up!




The Archangel Raguel helps us to find our power and brings clarity when we feel conflicted about what to do next by providing a boost of energy and by bringing order to your thoughts. He also aids in the letting go process which is essential to moving forward. Raguel reminds us that sometimes people can get “freaky” when they see you moving off in a new direction and helps to smooth the way by resolving conflicts and disharmony with those around us as we work with our creative magic.


The Ascended Master Buddha helps us to find our “Attitude of Gratitude”.By acknowledging what we have to be grateful for we are filled with joy and inner peace which encourages positive flow. He also reminds us of the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find the patience and inner peace we need to go with the flow and can help us embrace the “Tiny Miracles” in our lives as well.


The Hindu Goddess Kali is a dark mother and goddess of death. Each time we let go of something that no longer serves us we are in truth embracing a “little death” and fear often accompanies the letting go process. One of Kali’s greatest lessons is through our worst fears lies the freedom we gain in conquering them. She says: “Dreams must be created with focus and intent. I will help you to embrace the courage and motivation that you need to see things through to a successful conclusion.”

 Iolite, also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” it is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion by staying true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others. It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us. It is also a soothing stone that calms emotions during times of change.


Okenite can be used to help clear away obstacles and teaches us that the universe is filled with unlimited possibilities when allowing ourselves to face and adapt to change. It helps us to find our inner strength so that we can finish what we start and helps replace bad habits with good ones.


 Turquoise. This stone helps us with creative problem solving and promotes both balance and intuition. It is aligned with the Throat Chakra and teaches us to speak up for ourselves and speak our truth. Which can be a valuable asset when working with gratitude and our ability to create for ourselves.

Recognizing Opportunity: Cat’s Angel Message for January 13, 2020

Opportunities are usually disguised as hard work, so most people don’t recognize them. – Ann Landers




113:  Our message today is about blessings in disguise. They come in all forms including obstacles that can pop anywhere and at any time. The Universe wants us to remember that looks can be deceiving and that the key to dealing with these “blessings in disguise”  lies in our ability to adapt to the changes they bring. Remember that every obstacle (even those pesky blessings in disguise) brings a lesson or a series of lessons with it.  Some are life lessons and some are karmic lessons. Either way, change is always an important component that can bring new opportunities and personal growth if we are willing to adapt and work with it and not fight against it. Shine the light of perspective on the situation and look for that “one good thing” to help you get started. Going with the flow and learning to adapt will be your greatest asset now. Our spiritual helpers are here to guide and assist us so ask for help if you need it.




Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. This is a reminder that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp and by taking the time to “smell the roses” the attitude of gratitude flows more easily.


The Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead.


The Greek Goddess Hecate teaches us about the importance of change. She helps us to release the past and the old things that keep us from moving on and how to accept change and transition. She tells us: ” I am the guardian of the crossroads. Remember that to move ahead you must face your fears and release the past. Change and circumstance are inviting you to choose a path. It is your choice so make the one that is best for you.”

Tiger Iron, which is a combination of Jasper, Hematite and Tiger’s Eye, helps to promote change by opening space within and providing the energy to accomplish what’s needed by generating new and creative ways and ideas to make the changes easier.

What Do You See? : Cat’s Angel Message for December 20, 2019


December’s Theme: It’s time to be proactive about replacing the old with the new. This is more easily done by allowing yourself to use your natural abilities and creativity and by surrounding yourself with love and laughter.

1220:  Today is a gentle reminder to have faith in ourselves and in Spirit. Strengthen your belief that miracles happen and that problems are only temporary setbacks and there are solutions to every problem although some may require more work to find than others. Perspective is the key and we are being asked to view things in an optimistic and positive manner. Remember even when things don’t work out or they don’t happen quite as we planned we can always find the ONE good thing that came of it and use it as a starting point to move forward. Don’t allow frustration to cloud your vision and even if we don’t see the results of our prayers and actions right now our Divine friends are working behind the scene to make things happen on our behalf. FAITH-FOCUS-move FORWARD!




Archangel Jeremiel is in charge of life reviews and changes. He can help you see everything that you have accomplished recently as well as the areas that need attention and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. He teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain a clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes. It also strengthens our faith as it removes the projections of others that are holding us back.

Hope. The dictionary says that “Hope is  a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen.” We all have hopes and dreams that we hold in our hearts. They make us happy and help us to move forward. However, when we lose hope it shrivels the soul and can bring sadness and even depression. If this is you today try looking for that “ONE GOOD THING” (there is always one and sometimes more!). It may be a small thing but its there and the seeds of hope can be found within it. Take this tiny seed, hold it close and give it light. Tomorrow look for another and the day after yet another. Plant them together and create a garden filled with new hopes and dreams. You can do it!

Our thought for today reminded me of that well known quote “When life hands you lemons, make lemonade.”  Everyday life hands us things that are good, bad and everything in between and sometimes we have to take what life hands us and simply make the best of it. We have choices as to how we handle life. We can be angry or hurt over things that happen or we can look for that one good thing. How will you cope today?
