 Slow Down: Cat’s Angel Message for August 13, 2018 

August Theme:  Prosperity and abundance is what we are concentrating on prosperity and abundance this month. The key will be keeping a positive focus and tapping into your creative side to solve problems. Remember that you are a powerful creator and all that you need is within your grasp!

813:  It’s a good day to relax and just be. The Ascended Masters (AM’s) are traveling with us today and their message is simple, ” The Universe supports you in all that you do and all your needs are being met. Trust in the guidance that you receive and allow the blessings to unfold.” Gentle reminders like this are quite often what we need to initiate a little down time. Remember that your ground, clear and center work is a good starting point for relaxation, then do whatever makes you feel chill or brings you peace. There are no right or wrong answers so allow yourself time to reset.




Work with your favorite Ascended Master today by simply asking  for what you need. (peace, comfort, healing, direction etc) or try working with Maitreya. He helps us to find our joy and our ability to laugh which is essential to our mental well being as it releases anxiety and worry. The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin is also considered an Ascended Master. She helps us surround ourselves with loving compassion and teaches us the importance of self care.




Our Sacred Stones for today are Rose Quartz and Satin Spar Selenite. Rose Quartz is the essential stone for self care. It opens the heart and soothes the spirit. The fine vibration of Satin Spar Selenite makes it a great meditation stone. It opens the crown chakra to help us receive universal guidance as it calms the emotions and promotes inner peace.

You Deserve This: Cat’s Angel Message for June 27, 2018 


 June Theme: Balancing our need/desire for earthly materials (possessions, money etc) with focus and faith while staying grounded and present.




You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserves your love and affection. – The Buddha




627:  Today the Universe is offering us a vacation day for a job well done. we have been  getting things done and are taking the path in the right direction. Take a break today and take time to recharge your spiritual and emotional batteries. Do something nice for yourself, create some down time and just chill and remember to give yourself a BIG hug. You deserve it! Use this vacation day wisely as we are in the final days of this month and the rest of the week will involve tying up loose ends.




Archangel Jophiel encourages us to slow down and take time to relax. She also helps to promote beautiful thoughts to replace the ones that are bugging us. The Ascended Master Maitreya helps us to find joy and laughter. He teaches us that self care starts with our ability to let ourselves go and relax and the Roman Goddess Venus teaches us to truly appreciate ourselves. She says “You must put loving self care first.By doing so you become confidently empowered and fully connected to your own divine nature.”




Today is also a Rose Quartz day.  It is the essential self care crystal. Rose Quartz opens the heart chakra and filters away repressed emotion and things that keep us from being happy with ourselves. The soft pink hue of this Sacred Stone is soothing and tranquil and acts like a bubble bath for the heart and emotions.

1110:  Today the Universe is asking us to pay attention to divine guidance and our own intuition. We will be receiving some much needed direction so remember to keep all receptors open.  Messages can come from anywhere and at any time, such as thoughts or ideas, visual clues or even physical objects. If the message you receive doesn’t seem to make sense to you right now, file it away for future reference as you will need it at a later time. However, if you are strongly guided to take action, do so. Keep in mind that while opportunities may come back around it best to grab them when they first show up or you could miss out on something important that you need right now. It’s important to note that we should never try and force guidance to happen. Just relax and let things flow. Information comes more easily when the mind is calm.


Archangel Michael  helps us to commit to our path and gives us the courage we need to keep moving. He provides direction as well as protection. The Celtic Goddess Brigid and the Egyptian Goddess Maat can help us to understand the information we receive by providing clarity and truth, and the Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha) helps us to see things in a lighter and more joyous perspective. Our Sacred Stone is Sugilite which promotes  Divine interaction and communication.

813: It’s a good day to relax and just be.  The Ascended Masters (AM’s) are traveling with us today and their message is simple, ” The Universe supports you in all that you do and all your needs are being met. Trust in the guidance that you receive  and allow the blessings to unfold.” We are not working with a specific AM today. You can work with your favorite or simply ask them as  a whole for what you need. (peace, comfort, healing, direction etc) You can connect with the AM’s by using Moldavite or simply choose a stone that speaks to you today.

627: Today the Universe is offering us a vacation day. The Angels and Ascended Masters are letting us know that we are doing a “most excellent” job in getting things done and are on the right path. Take a break today and take time to recharge your spiritual and emotional batteries. Do something nice for yourself, create some down time and just chill and remember to give yourself a BIG hug.
