519: One of the best things that we can do for ourselves is to embrace a positive self image. We’ve all heard the phrase “love yourself”, it’s not only an important part of our self care, it also helps to increase our self confidence and feelings of worth. When we love ourselves and like who we are it shows. That’s not to say that there isn’t room for improvement (there’s always room for that) because we really are a work in progress. A positive self image tells the world “I am confident in who I am and I like myself. I am not perfect, however I am trying to be the best person I can be .” Today the angels are saying “Give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the amazing being you are!”




Our helpers for today include Archangel Chamuel who helps promote a good relationship with other and more importantly, with ourselves. The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin  helps us with all forms of self care, and loving kindness that is directed within ourselves. She tells us “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart and spirit.” and Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha) who brings laughter and joy into our lives, it is through these things that we find ourselves centered in the moment and are able to enjoy the process of  our inner  growth.




Our Sacred Stones for today are Sodalite and Rose Quartz. Sodalite is a stone for the mind. It encourages clear and calm thinking. It helps us to be objective and helps us to release old mental conditioning and outdated thought patterns as it boosts our self confidence and  esteem. Rose Quartz is the essential self love and self care stone. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feeling that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace.

518:  So far this month we have been busy making changes and cultivating new growth. These things take time and patience however our work is beginning to pay off.  Part of our success will lie in our ability to receive. Some people overextend the giving process but have trouble with receiving the blessings, assistance and abundance when it comes around. Giving and receiving needs to balanced. Sometimes you just need to tell yourself that it’s okay to receive so that you can embrace  the good things that come your way. You are an amazing creator and you are worthy of all the blessing of the Universe. Remember, abundance comes in many forms so make sure that you don’t limit yourself to just one form. Accept them all and the doors open to new things and experiences.




We have two angels to assist us today, Barakiel who helps us to open our hearts to receive with grace and Archangel Raziel who helps us manifest the things we need to create a better life. Ascended Master Buddha asks us to follow the path of moderation as it helps  us in finding the  balance between giving and receiving and the Irish Goddess Dana helps us to feel the abundance around us and shows us that we are worthy to receive it. Dana tells us “”While you wait for these blessings to arrive fill your heart with feelings of abundance. Engage yourself in things that make you feel abundant!”




Our Sacred Stones for today include Sunstone to encourage the flow of abundance, Zincite not only helps us to manifest, it also restores our energy when it becomes depleted by giving away too much of ourselves to others. If you are taking too much from others Topaz helps promote generosity and supports our manifestation process.

517: Navigating change isn’t always easy or simple and there are times when we just need to stop and catch our breath.  Today the Universe is simply letting us know that we are on the right path and that the work we are doing is paying off. Patience is the key to working with change. Once initiated we must embrace our faith and allow things to unfold naturally. Don’t get discouraged if it feels like nothing is happening, just keep adding  focused energy to your creation and express gratitude for what comes your way. Things are happening and the wheels are turning, Just remember that the Universe has your back. If you need help just ask.




Archangel Haniel teaches to meet the things life sends our way with grace and poise This is important because as it helps us to embrace and appreciate the “tiny miracles” and pieces that are needed to create something new. Ascended Master Serapis Bey provides us with the spiritual insight into what we are going through and how it is important and  the Yoruban Goddess Oya  teaches us that change must be embraced, not ignored or simply put up with.  She tells us “Change is meant to inspire and encourage you to transcend your self imposed limitations.”




Our Sacred Stones for today are: Seraphinite and Rose Quartz. Seraphinite has a gentle energy that helps to clear the heart chakra and opens us to love on all levels. It is also used to review the progress that you have made in life so far, and shows the changes that we need to make to best help us on our path. Rose Quartz also has a gentle energy that is needed during times of change. It teaches us to embrace patience and not  be too hard on ourselves as we go through the process.

516:  Our thoughts create reality, I know that we hear this often. The fact is that it’s true. You see,  by acknowledging and focusing on the good things in our lives the happier and more peaceful we are. Now this doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t want something better because we all deserve abundant blessings. Living in gratitude helps to make room for these blessings. Gratitude opens the door, shakes hands with the blessings on the doorstep and invites them in to take a load off and stay awhile. Today the Universe is gently reminding us that  that our needs are being met and that today is a great time to offer thanks for what you have and for the blessings that are headed your way!




The angel Barakiel helps us to open our hearts to receive the good things that come our way. The Hindu Goddess Lakshmi guides us through clearing space in both our inner and outer realms. She tells us ” You are worthy of so many wonderful things! Let me help you to clear the way so that these gifts can be given to you. Make room and feel the lightness it creates within your spirit.” Lakshmi works with the Hindu God Ganesh, Ganesh is the removers of obstacles of all kinds and he brings peace, harmony and abundance with him.




Our Sacred Stones for today are Topaz, Sunstone, Sardonyx, and Celestite. Topaz is a stone of joy, it cuts through both doubt and uncertainty. It opens the way for abundance, good fortune and helps us meet our goals successfully. Sunstone is also a stone that bring joy, it helps us provide loving self care. it is linked to all benevolent deities who bring good luck. Sardonyx opens the doors that allow new and helpful people and relationships into our lives and Celestite will not only help us to connect with our angels it promotes balance, alignment and peace during time when we are stressed.

515: The Universe is reminding us today that we are a reflection of our thoughts and that we have the power to change our lives for the better. The energy that we present to the world is a powerful force. By staying positive and engaging in positive self talk  we can effectively create new opportunities and are able to enjoy the good things that the universe sends our way, it is also an expression of self love. (awesome!) However, if we surround ourselves with negativity then that’s exactly what the world will see (not so awesome.) And since we are working with changes this month it’s a great time to give your inner garden some extra “positive nutrients”. You are worthy of receiving all the blessings the Universe has to offer so don’t be stingy with your positive intent…… now go and create something awesome!




One of our helpers for today is Archangel Jophiel. As the angel of beauty Jophiel helps us to see and feel the beauty around us. She tells us that by allowing ourselves to really appreciate beauty we can manifest, create and attract more into our lives. Positive (beautiful) thinking leads to positive outcomes in all that you do. We can also call upon the Egyptian Goddess Isis. Isis reminds us to having patience with yourself is essential as we continue to grow and learn. Our Sacred Stones for today are: Larimar which provides mental clarity and helps us to navigate change and growth by going with the flow, It helps us to meet challenges with positive energy and intent. We can also use Citrine to help us sift through information and analyze situations so that we can move forward with positive intent. Citrine also helps us go with the flow as it encourages us to explore all options so that we can make the best decisions for our journey.

514: Grounding, clearing and centering is important to our emotional, mental and spiritual health. There are no rules on how often it should be done. But sometimes we need to perform this more often due to stress, major upheavals or changes. Since we are currently working with changes the Angels are telling us that now might be a good time. This 3 step process helps to keep us balanced and promotes peace and harmony within ourselves and with the Universe. Now that the weather is warmer I suggest “earthing”. Going barefoot in the garden or grass is a wonderful way get grounded and to connect with the energy of Mother Earth. Allow yourself to “root” into the earth and just release, feel the sun on your face and let healing begin!




Ascended Master El Morya can help if you have trouble with grounding yourself. He gently helps us in putting aside our worries and cares. Archangel Michael can remove all psychic hooks, lines and cords that have been attached to your energy field. 512:  The work associated with change can be challenging to say the least. However, these changes that are taking place are for the best and the best FOR us. Today the universe is asking us to welcome these necessary  changes currently taking place. Transformations do take time but the benefits will definitely worth it as they help us to align with both life purpose and soul mission. The key is to embrace an optimistic attitude which helps build trust and faith. 511: We will continue today by working with messages and guidance that we receive. Remember that these messages can come from anywhere at any time, so staying in the present will benefit today as they are directly related to the personal growth and changes taking place.  If you feel your communication lines are blocked give yourself a creative project. Did you know that creative pursuits are not only a form of meditation that opens the line to divine communication it also promotes clarity? Activities like painting, dancing, gardening, or crafting of any kind will allow your mind to stay present yet relaxed. Not feeling creative? Try yoga. This also promotes clarity and focus as it relaxes the mind. Be open to all forms of guidance, even if it doesn’t seem relevant now store it away for future use.




Archangel Jophiel teaches us to slow down and appreciate the beauty around us. By taking time to simply breathe and absorb “beauty” it can help open our communication lines by lowering the barriers we have put up. 510: Our message today is all about being true to ourselves and trusting in our own wisdom. Sometimes this means that we must step out of our comfort zones to create  the life we want. This creation process is more apparent  during periods of growth and change so it’s important to pay attention to the messages and guidance that we receive. Remember that this information comes from many sources (the people around us, nature, dreams, intuition or from the universe.) and the signs are visible to those who pay attention. If you feel strongly directed to act then follow your heart and move forward. Likewise if it doesn’t feel right or makes you uncomfortable make a quick assessment and take another path.  If you are unsure of what to do, or the best way to proceed ask for help.  Divine guidance combined with your intuition will never steer you wrong.




The Greek Goddess Artemis teaches us about the power of our own inner wisdom. As goddess of the hunt she knows that focusing on our goals and tracking them to fulfilment = success. She tells us “All the skills and knowledge you need for success lives within you. Your inner wisdom is a powerful thing and you know in your heart when something is good and right.” Archangel Sandalphon helps us by delivering prayers and requests for assistance to the helpers that are best suited for that issue. So if you are not sure who to ask then he’s a good choice and the Ascended Master Solomon teaches us how to prioritize our goals which makes achieving them easier.




 


Our Sacred Stones for today include Blue Kyanite which is associated with Artemis and and can stimulate intuition as well as help you to connect to your spirit guides. Sunny golden Citrine can also help with intuition and opening the crown chakra. It is also said to act as a warning system which is helpful for decision making. Angelite and Celestite can be used to open the lines of communication with your angels.
