1030: It’s good to have friends in high places, natural places, and even earth, air, fire and water places. No matter what we need, whether its help, healing, peace, etc., all we need to do is ask. As we get ready to close out the month of October we are being reminded of divine guidance and messages. Sometimes we shut our receptors down out of fear, anger or stress. The messages keep coming but they just pile up in the inbox and remain unopened. During these times it’s more important than ever to keep your receivers active. Take some time today to ground-center-clear. Open your connection to the Universe. Ask for what you need or simply give thanks for the blessings you have received in this cycle. This will help you to get a step up in November. Remember, your requests are always heard and inner peace is yours for the taking.

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. 1029: Universal abundance comes in many forms and from many different sources. Sometimes we can see them happening right away while other times we wonder if our requests have even been heard. Our keywords for today are “Patience” and “Faith”. If you feel that you have lost something or something is missing remember that the Universe supplies us with everything we need to live richer and more fulfilling lives. Know that behind the scenes the cosmic wheels are turning and things are falling into place. So be patient and have faith that things ARE materializing. Stay strong and focused, if you are unsure just ask for assistance. Let go of doubt and open yourself to living in the now. New adventures are on the horizon and you need to be ready when they arrive!

1028: We talk often about the “Abundance of the Universe”, and yes it does have an abundant supply. But the idea that it just miraculously appears for us without effort on our part is a fairy tale. Applying mindfulness when good things happen, seemingly out of the blue, is essential, so remember to take a look back and see what actions you took to help make them happen. This also helps to enhance our gratitude. The relationship between you and the Universe is a partnership and there is give and take and periods in between that require our patience. The key to receiving Universal Abundance lies in our willingness to do our part, to take the steps that move us forward and to make use of the opportunities that come our way. Don’t sit back and wait for things to “happen”, life will be sweeter when you get involved in your own creation.

1027: Today the Universe is giving us a vacation day from the inner work that we have been doing. It’s is a great time to show yourself a little love and recharge those spiritual batteries. Ground, clear and center, meditate, take yourself to lunch or a movie, buy yourself a present or just kick back with a good book or even take a nature walk. On days like this our connection with the Divine tends to be relaxed and open. They provide the needed mental reset necessary for the next steps along your path. Gently meditate on messages that you receive today or have received recently. Pay attention to things that excite or move you to take action as this will prepare you for some pretty nifty stuff headed our way in November!

1026: The Universe and its helpers assist us in many ways. For example, they help to ensure that our needs are being met. While sometimes it may not feel that way, in all reality it is. In today’s’ society people tend to want more than what they need to live, it’s an ego trip and if you look around you can probably find a surplus of THINGS that you could do without. When the Universe tells us that they are making sure that our needs are being met they are speaking of necessities, money to pay our bills, food, shelter, clothing, etc. However, they are here to assist not to provide excess. Working with the Universe is a partnership so if we aspire to have more then we need then we must to do our part to help make it happen. Today we are reminded that our needs are being met for ourselves and our loved ones. Take a moment to offer gratitude for life and for what you have!

Today the Universe wants us to know that the life changes we are experiencing are for the best and that it is time for us to grow. Change is often seen as a scary thing, however, it is all in how we perceive it. If we embrace the changes and see them in a positive light it becomes an adventure. In fact, life itself is an adventure and we are explorers entering new and wondrous worlds filled with new opportunities and challenges. 1024: Every day, whether we realize it or not, we are surrounded with love and protection. Our spirit helpers and the Universe are always near and ready to help us. Over the last few days, we have been using our creator skills to assist in our personal evolution. This requires both faith and courage. Through our faith, we draw upon our inner courage. And that courage comes from embracing and acknowledging your own divine power (your spark). If things feel a bit off kilter today, take a moment to ground and center, then remind yourself that you are worthy of creating and receiving great things. Chase your dreams and follow your heart!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jeremiel is in charge of life reviews and changes. He can help you see everything that you have accomplished recently as well as the areas that need attention and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. He teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes. The Greek goddess Hecate teaches us about the importance of change. She helps us to release the past and the old things that keep us from moving on and how to accept change and transition. She tells us: ” I am the guardian of the crossroads. Remember that to move ahead you must face your fears and release the past. Change and circumstance are inviting you to choose a path. It is your choice so make the one that is best for you.”

Amethyst is a powerful protector that helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the decision making process by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement. It calms and quiets internal chatter and “monkey mind”, which in turn enables us to relax and allow grounding and balancing to take place which helps us to focus.

Eulite (Hypersthene) which helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Eulite is also useful for building solid relationships which are necessary for the manifestation process and our personal evolution.

Mookite, a form of Jasper that comes in many creamy color combinations, promotes decision making and versatility. These things are important when we are faced with new experiences and find ourselves faced with the need to take action. It encourages us to be flexible during times of change and helps us to embrace new experiences with an open sense of adventure.

Lepidolite helps us to focus on the important things. It filters out distractions and obsessive thinking as it soothes and heals stress, reminding us to just breathe.

Success lies in staying true to yourself and to your goals as it is this powerful belief that helps you manifest miracles and opportunities. Only you know what is best for you and your own personal evolution. Your faith, both in yourself and in the Universe will also play a huge role. Remember to try and let go of any doubts, worries or fears that pop up. This is not always easy but if done a step at a time it becomes more manageable. Galena helps us to stay grounded and centered. It helps to open the mind as it dissolves self-limiting thoughts from our past that can get in our way during the manifestation process.

Peridot brings new levels of awareness as it promotes growth and necessary change as it helps to sharpen the mind and enhance our self confidence. Peridot can teach us to look back at the past and find the gifts that are hidden within our experiences and then shows us the path to forgiveness and moving forward.

Calm and soothing Tangerine Quartz helps to balance the emotions and enhances our connection to divine inspiration. It fills us with hope and joy as it restores our feelings of self worth.

1021: We’ve all heard that our thoughts create reality, in both the positive and negative realms. Today we are being asked to sharpen our positive focus. Do your best to eliminate fear and doubt as they can create temporary setbacks to your overall manifestation process. The Universe will be helping us to elevate our thoughts and energies. Believe in the best possible outcome in any situation that pops up including things that you are currently experiencing. Remember that help is just a request away so don’t hesitate to ask your divine support team to heal any doubts or fears that are weighing you down. Allow yourself to fly free and take the next steps in creating all that you need!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. This is important as it helps us to make bold decisions that will help us on our path.

The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power and helps us find the energy we need to keep going and rise above negative experiences and thought patterns. This gives us the skills we need to strengthen our personal boundaries so that we can be and stay strong in situations where we need to be.

The Hindu Goddess White Tara embodies the beauty of Divine love and shows us the path to strengthening or restoring our faith. She says: “Come and sit beside me. I will help ease the worry in your heart and teach you how to replace it with gratitude and joy. This is where faith dwells and we must only open the doors and invite it forward.” Tara’s name means “star”, and like a star she helps to guide us along our path and through life.

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Carnelian is used for motivation and increased creativity. It teaches us to trust in ourselves and helps us find creative solutions to current issues as it boosts self esteem and invites us to embrace our personal power while promoting positive life choices which enhance our ability to draw new forms of prosperity and abundance.

Black Obsidian. This stone not only protects it also helps to bring negative energy to the surface where it can be dispelled and provides support during times of change. It takes the “things” that we’ve hidden and composts them into positive soil to support out new growth.
