May’s Theme: This month brings changes to your life. While change sometimes feels scary, it is a necessary thing for our overall growth. Be willing to embrace it and allow it to happen naturally and get ready for better things!

Today’s Message: Your Health Is Important

514: The practice of centering, grounding, and clearing is important to our emotional, mental, and spiritual health. There are no rules on how often it should be done. But sometimes we need to perform this more often due to stress, major upheavals, or changes. As we are currently working with changes we are being reminded that now might be a good time to engage in this self-care ritual. This 3 step process helps to keep us balanced and promotes peace and harmony within ourselves and with the Universe. Now that the weather is warmer I suggest “earthing”. Going barefoot in the garden or grass is a wonderful way to get grounded and to connect with the energy of Mother Earth. Allow yourself to “root” into the earth and just release, feel the sun on your face, and let the healing begin!

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self-care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go of stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s the right direction.

The Celtic goddess Nemetona teaches us that nature is the best place to recharge, she says ” I am the spirit of the sacred grove. I invite you to worship in my temple and feel the heartbeat of nature. This communion can heal a weary and battered soul and replenish your spirit with hope and divine peace.”

Crazy Lace Agate gently boosts our self-confidence and concentration while reestablishing our overall feelings of wholeness and well-being. It’s an excellent grounding stone that helps to bring balance between our negative and positive emotions.

Hematite. This stone has a strong connection to the earth element and helps us stay grounded and promotes feelings of safety. Hematite also brings mental clarity through focus and concentration which is essential to the letting go process which accompanies change.

Peridot brings new levels of awareness as it promotes growth and necessary change as it helps to sharpen the mind and enhance our self-confidence. Peridot can teach us to look back at the past and find the gifts that are hidden within our experiences and then shows us the path to forgiveness and moving forward.

With the huge changes taking place around us, it’s more important than ever to spread good vibes and plant new thought seeds where you can. Take the initiative and help create the things you want. Today the universe is asking us to embrace the changes currently taking place. Transformations do take time but the benefits will definitely be worth it as they help us to create a better life. The key is to meet change with openness and optimism. This helps us to become more self-reliant and confident as it builds both trust and faith. This is the groundwork on which all new things start and the basis for personal fulfillment and happiness. Ask for help or guidance if you need it and remember that help comes in all forms and can arrive from any direction. Give yourself a BIG hug today, you deserve it!

If you feel that your communication lines are blocked try giving yourself a creative project. Did you know that creative pursuits are a form of meditation that opens the line to divine communication while it promotes clarity? Activities like painting, dancing, gardening, or crafting of any kind will allow your mind to stay present yet relaxed. Not feeling creative? Try yoga. This also promotes clarity and focus as it relaxes the mind. Do your best to remain open to all forms of guidance, even if it doesn’t seem relevant now it can be stored away for future use.

510: In order to embrace our personal evolution and create the life we want we must be true to ourselves and trust in our own inner wisdom. Often this means that we must step out of our comfort zones to make things happen. The creation process is more apparent during periods of growth and change so it’s important to pay attention to the messages and guidance that we receive. Remember that this information comes from many sources (the people around us, nature, dreams, intuition, or the universe.) and the signs are visible to those who pay attention. If you feel strongly directed to act then follow your heart and move forward. Likewise, if it doesn’t feel right or makes you uncomfortable step back and examine your reaction and feelings before making a decision. If you are unsure of what to do, or the best way to proceed ask for help. Divine guidance combined with your intuition will never steer you wrong.

Archangel Michael teaches us that through compassion and commitment to our beliefs we can lead effectively through example. Amethyst helps us to make decisions by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement. It helps the thought process by providing focus and clearing the way to good decision-making. Amethyst crystal is used by Tibetan monks to honor Buddha. If you’re feeling crafty make yourself a set of prayer beads to honor him and use for meditation (these are great for Archangel Michael as well).

Beryl teaches us how to fulfill our true potential. It helps us to see both sides of a situation, opportunity, or problem and promotes strategic planning so that we can use it to our best advantage.

Today’s Message: Pulling Weeds

59: The personal work that we have been doing recently will help to make our lives more stable. Through changes and the letting go process we are finding our balance and are gaining a clearer view of our life path. I like to visualize this path as being surrounded by vegetation. There are plants in various stages of growth, flowers, trees, and of course…. weeds. The weeds represent things that we need to let go of. As we pull these weeds we are clearing the way for new growth. We may even find some of the thought seeds we had planted and forgotten about or bare spots where we can plant new things. The angels are simply asking us to do some personal gardening today. Set a goal of weed-plant-nurture to get your personal garden into shape!

Archangel Ariel ( the lion) teaches us that by embracing our divine spark we can open the doors to creating the life we want. Be bold like the lion and use your strength and focus to find a forward path. The Greek Goddess Persephone teaches us how to liberate ourselves from the things that are holding us back so that we can forge ahead on a new path. This lady has both an iron will and compassion. She tells us “Don’t be afraid to unearth what lies beneath. By shedding light in dark places we often find treasures we had forgotten. These treasures can form the foundations that you need.”

Okenite helps clear away obstacles and teaches us the important lesson that the universe is filled with unlimited possibilities when we allow ourselves to face and adapt to change. It helps us to find our inner strength so that we can finish what we start.

58: Today the Universe asking us to re-evaluate our current, overall situation. We have been focusing on making peace with and letting go of what no longer serves us, which also includes all the things that are money and time-related. You may be wondering “WHY” this is important. It’s important because today we are getting a green light from the universe in regards to projects and ventures that we have been considering or putting off. The angels are telling us ” Now is a great time to get started on what makes your spirit sing! We are here to help you achieve your goals!” Ask for guidance or direction and stay open to the messages that you receive. Remember to stay focused on making room for new forms of abundance and allow yourself to be excited for what lies ahead!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raziel can assist us in both embracing our unique divine magic and in the overall manifestation process. He tells us that growth and freedom can be found when we let go of what we have outgrown as well as our limiting self-beliefs and fears all of which hold us back from achieving and creating the life we want.

It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Eulite is also useful for building solid relationships which are necessary for the manifestation process and our personal evolution.

Larimar helps to remove self-imposed barriers that may be keeping us from accepting our personal power and stops self-sabotaging behavior by bringing out the best in us. It helps us to see the things that we have to be grateful for and the tiny miracles that we take for granted. This sky blue stone also helps to ease our obsession with material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what you really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.

57: We humans are an impatient lot. If we don’t see immediate results we can become frustrated and upset. The angels are reminding us today to have faith, and patience in ourselves and in the Universe. The wheels have been set in motion and while the results may not be visible or tangible yet we must keep our cool and allow things to unfold naturally. Keep in mind that things are always happening behind the scenes so continue to do your part by letting go of what no longer serves you, works for you, or brings you joy. This creates the room we will need for the bigger and better things headed our way. Ask the Universe for help and allow your inner wisdom to act as a guide, and above all be true to yourself.

Archangel Uriel can help us to overcome obstacles by showing us where the solutions are that will lead to our success. He provides us with additional information that we need to make the most informed decisions we can. No problem is too great or too small for him to assist with. 56: While it’s true that change and the transitions it brings can be difficult or even scary, the important thing to remember is that they are necessary for our personal evolution. The Universe is reminding us today that during these times we are protected and cared for, and our needs are being met. Continue to make peace with and let go of the things that no longer make your spirit sing to continue making room for the new blessings and opportunities that are waiting in the wings The key is in not struggling or trying to force things to happen. Work with what you can control and allow the rest to unfold naturally. This aids our manifestation process and keeps our energy flowing, sending out the old, and returning with the new.

Today’s Message: Visualization

55: When Change shows up at your house in his beat-up truck and tells us to get in you better buckle up because we’re going for a ride baby! To clear the way and make room start by letting go of a few things that are no longer working for you or that you have outgrown. (People, activities, thoughts, old resentments, etc.) Start small and work up from there. This makes it easier to tackle the larger things later if we keep in mind that things are connected and by picking apart the big things makes them easier to let go of. Now give these things over to the angels and the Universe, then visualize packing up all the old things into a bag and tossing it off a bridge. I kid you not this visualization is truly empowering! The clearing away process creates the necessary space for better things. Remember, you deserve good things and life is too short to hang on to things that no longer bring you peace and joy!

This part of you must be allowed to come forward, not smothered beneath fear, resentment, or the expectations of others. Your fire will help you forge new paths!”

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Chrysocolla. This powerful blue-green stone helps us during periods of change and challenging times. It brings smooth transitions and helps us to accept change with serenity and calm. It helps us to be more self-aware and promotes self-confidence that inspires both creativity and motivation.

Mahogany Obsidian. This gentle stone keeps us grounded and protects us as it helps to eliminate energy blocks, and helps promote growth on all levels.
