713: We all have those small places inside where we hide or store the things that have brought us pain, anger, or sadness. Today the Universe is telling us “It’s time to let the healing light shine in those places and get the energy moving.” Set aside a little time each day to clear and center, feel the sun on your face and hands, indulge in a walking meditation, do some earthing or even the simple act of eating an orange (citrus scents are mood boosters) can help those peaceful vibes to flow and inspire the mind. Look for ways that will support and help you on your path to personal healing and growth. Listen to your intuition and pay attention to your dreams, many of the answers you seek dwell in these realms. The important thing is to release these things and let your healing take place.

They come through music, from the people around us and from visual clues. Be aware of your surroundings and your reactions to them and listen for your inner voice. 711: Today we continue our acknowledgement of gratitude and of our personal journey thus far. Through the power of positive thought we are able to manifest some pretty amazing things. Sometimes the results are visible and sometimes they’re not. However, by by getting the proverbial ball rolling and through our continued efforts to move forward we know that it’s simply a matter of time before we see tangible proof of the results. The Angels are letting us know how proud they are of what we have accomplished so far. The key is to gratefully acknowledge the tiny miracles when they arrive because over time they will complete the manifestation process.

Today, the angels are giving us a little advice. “Stand your ground where your path is concerned.” There will always be people, including loved ones, who will try to push you in a different direction. This can happen for various reasons like fear, greed, or simply because they think they know what’s best for you. If you know with every fiber of your being that your path doesn’t go that direction bless the situation with love and keep moving forward. Today’s Message: The Flow of Life

76: Maintaining our balance is one of the essential keys to navigating our path. Today we are being asked to perform a balance check today in two areas: giving / receiving and spiritual / material. There are times when we get so preoccupied in either (or both) areas and we become distracted. The balance between giving and receiving requires that we allow ourselves to receive and at the same time acknowledge the blessings that come to us. The balance between spiritual and material is equally important. By acknowledging the richness of our own spiritual nature material “things” lose their importance. They become nice to have but they no longer rule our lives. Achieving and maintaining balance in these areas is one of the keys to good spiritual health and overall happiness. Remember, that if our scales are tipped one way or the other it zaps our energy levels and our ability to focus. The Angels are reminding us today that “When things are balanced your journey and the flow of life is easier. It allows you to be grounded and more at peace.”

Today’s Message: Choices and New Directions

75: Yesterday we talked about making choices that can have an impact on our life path. Today we are being reminded that success comes when we follow our own lead instead of being led by others. Remember that our Sacred Tool of intuition is a divine gift and that by using the information you receive you will increase your self-reliance. Choices also equal change. These changes can be small and simple or big and potentially life-altering. Remember that the Universe is always working behind the scenes to make things happen. Our job is to stay focused and be willing to make the choices that will best help us on our path. Our paths never come to a dead-end and if it feels that way then it’s time to grab your faith and confidence and choose a new direction or grab your courage and blaze a new trail. By building your path as you go you are setting the groundwork for success!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Uriel can help us to overcome obstacles by showing us where the solutions are that will lead to our success. He provides us with the additional information that we need to make the most informed decisions we can. No problem is too great or too small for him to assist with. Uriel also helps us to gain spiritual understanding and creative insight. Today is a good day to simply touch base with him, ask for help if needed or simply express gratitude for the blessings taking place in your life.

The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s the right direction.

The Hindu Goddess Lakshmi teaches us that good things happen when we embrace the world with a grateful and appreciative heart. She tells us ” You are worthy of so many wonderful things but first you must get out of your own way! Let me help you to clear the way so that these gifts can be given to you. Make room and feel the lightness it creates within your spirit.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Pietersite (The Tempest Stone). Use this stone to help access your intuition and create a link to a loving level of guidance. It helps to strengthen the will and increases our focus of where we really want life to take us.

Sugilite is a stone of spiritual love and awareness and promotes Divine interaction and communication. Sugilite also encourages positive thinking and teaches us to live our truth and to trust our intuition. This stone also brings purple ray energy to earth. It embodies spiritual love and wisdom and assists in opening the chakras. This stone can also help you find the answers to “Why am I here and What is my purpose?”

Today’s Message: Making Our Choices

74: Life is full of choices and while we strive to make the best ones possible there are times when what we choose turns out not to be in our best interest, or dare I say it……. just plain dumb. It happens and we have all been there. At times like this, we find ourselves backtracking to make things right and get back on course. The key is in learning the lessons that these misadventures have to teach us before moving on. This can be hard particularly if you have trouble admitting to making a mistake in the first place. These life lessons are important to our overall growth and our ability to be honest with ourselves will help us move forward with clear vision and purpose. Today the angels are letting us know that they have great confidence in us and our ability to make good choices but if we need help they are just a request away.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Chamuel helps us to recover things we have lost. while he usually works with lost items he can also help when we feel out of balance by showing us the reason behind it. He also assists us as we navigate our path by helping us to find the direction and guidance that needed to move forward on this journey of self-discovery. If you feel like you have wandered off your path and are having trouble finding your way back he can help you get your bearings.

The Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead.

The Greek Goddess Persephone teaches us how to liberate ourselves from the things that are holding us back so that we can forge ahead on a new path. This lady has both an iron will and compassion. She tells us “Don’t be afraid to unearth what lies beneath. By shedding light in dark places we often find treasures we had forgotten. These treasures can form the foundations that you need.”

Black Obsidian protects and helps to bring negative energy to the surface where it can be dispelled and provides support during times of change. It takes the “things” that we’ve hidden and composts them into positive soil to support out new growth.
