109: We all go through hard or difficult times. These experiences help us to grow on all levels and in unexpected ways. Today, expect to gain some insight into troublesome areas. Your intuitive skills will come into play so  keep the lines of communication open as you go about your business. You can also expect to receive guidance from the Universe as well. Remember that Divine guidance comes in many forms so a few creative nudges are possible. Stay focused on the the things you want to make happen and use the information that you receive to move forward or to tweek your “design plan”. The Universe is here to support you so request what you need and release any lingering doubts or fears. Let Spirit fill you with divine energy and get ready to start a new adventure!

The Irish goddess and Ascended Master Brigid helps us to access our  creative mind. This promotes creative thinking and problem solving which is helpful when we hit a rough patch. Archangel Raguel wants us to experience the best life possible and can promote healthy relationships that uplift and carry us forward. Our Sacred Stone for the day is Aventurine. This stone helps us in learning to accept the gifts and blessings that are given to us. It also strengthens our leadership abilities and promotes decisive thinking.

Happy Monday,

To start the new week we have a quote from the Dalai Lama. I absolutely adore this man. He is a truly beautiful soul. We are put here on this earth to live, to enjoy the blessings and pleasures life has to offer. While I must admit that money does help it should never be the total sum of our existence. Real living isn’t about how much money you make or how you spend it. It’s about taking time to enjoy the simple everyday things and people you love. The truth is that we will not be here forever and that by making the most of the present we find the future wide open.

108: Abundance is something everyone desires and it tends to makes people feel secure. It comes in many forms and we receive it in many different ways during our life time. When we keep our thoughts focused on positive things and live with the attitude of gratitude we invite good things into our lives. If you think about it, we are all pretty wealthy. Today we are asking us to share our “wealth” with others. This can be done through leading by example and help others to see things differently and  in a positive light. Your powers of creative thinking will help you today and maybe even create a few “Tiny Miracles”. Let your divine light shine and don’t be afraid to share it!

The Hindu Goddess Lakshmi embodies the very essence of prosperity. She helps us to achieve material abundance as well as spiritual abundance that we can share with others. If you are open to receiving you can count on Lakshmi to help. An interesting side note is that festivals to honor her are held in October! We can also call on Ganesh today. This benevolent elephant headed deity helps to see our everyday blessings more clearly. Archangel Haniel, the angel of joy, shows us that true abundance isn’t found in material things but by embracing the Sacred Source and the divine spark that lives within us. Our Sacred Stone for today is Jade. This warm stone promotes feeling of calm and reminds us of the blessings that we receive and the appreciation of tiny miracles.

107:  Today we will continue to explore our ability to listen to our own intuition in conjunction with divine guidance. It’s time to explore our own potential by staying focused on the present. By acknowledging our gifts the path to manifestation opens up before us. This path branches out in many different directions and when we open our connection to the Divine we are able to navigate the twists and turns. When you receive sudden thoughts, ideas or inspirations, take time to examine them in a positive light as they contain the information we need to make things happen. Don’t be afraid to embrace something new and always look for creative solutions that will open new doors. You truly are able to and worthy of  creating your ultimate future!

Greek goddesses Artemis and Hecate are both associated with intuition. Hecate helps to open the pathways of inspiration. She also teaches us to see what can be and what should be. Artemis teaches us how to embrace our natural intuitive abilities and how to st our sights on our goals to achieve maximum manifestation. Archangel Michael helps us to find our courage and our direction. Our Sacred Stones for today are: Amethyst helps to open and enhance our intuitive abilities,  Star Sapphire helps to center our thoughts so that our intuition flows freely and Moss Agate which helps highly intuitive folks channel their energy in a practical manner.

New Day- New Actions: Cat’s Angel Message for October 6, 2017

106:   Material issues will come to the forefront today but that’s okay because our number (106) indicates that opportunities are headed our way.  If you feel drawn to take action go for it! The key is to grab opportunity when it presents itself as this particular one may or may not come back around. Keep  October’s Theme in mind and pay attention to the information that you receive. Remember, you are a powerful creator who is worthy of receiving the blessings the Universe is sending your way. Divine assistance is there for the asking so free up your energy by turning your fears and concerns over to the Sacred Source. What will you create today?

Aine is the Irish goddess of  wealth and fertility she also shows us the path to increasing faith in both the Source and  in ourselves. Her Sacred Stone is Bloodstone. Archangel Michael points us in the right direction as well as helping us to find our courage to move forward and his stone is Amethyst.

Thought For The Day: Oct. 6, 2017 “A Dangerous Place”

We have made it to Friday,

This has been a pretty sad week with the senseless act of violence in Las Vegas topping the list. Einstein had it right, the world IS a dangerous place to live. It takes events like this to show both the best and worst of human nature. It takes ALL of us to create unity, community and peace. While it sounds cliche, one person can make a difference to a few, but working together can make a difference to many. Be an everyday kind of hero, one who stands up for others and for what they believe in. Be a peace warrior and make peace wherever you can. Stand strong in the face of evil and adversity and you will find others standing beside you.

The Life That’s Waiting: Cat’s Angel Message for October 5, 2017

We must be willing to get rid of the life we’ve planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us.  The old skin has to be shed before the new one can come.

105:  Our message today involves change. Change usually happens when we aren’t paying attention and this can be a little scary. However,  change is generally a good thing designed to help us grow. Over the last several months we have worked on initiating change in our lives and when we do our best to hold it in a positive light things happen more smoothly. Be assertive and follow your inner guidance. Today the angels are asking us to stay in the present and acknowledge the changes we have initiated or want to make happen. Asking for assistance from the Divine and from the angels works to our benefit as does asking for the grace and courage to make these changes a reality. Remember to implement your creative thinking to find new ways and ideas that will help you to make things happen.

Archangel Uriel helps us to let go of the past and invite changes and transformation into our lives. He helps us to find harmony in the things going on around us. Letting go is essential for change and transformation to take place. Letting go is often seen as a type of “death”. This lesson can be a challenge, however it’s necessary if we are to continue to grow.  Ask the goddesses  Pele, Kali or Oya to assist you today. Our Sacred Stone for today is Smoky Quartz. This is an excellent protective stone that also grounds, centers and provides assistance in the letting go process.

Have you ever wondered why some people just set you on edge while others have a gentle, calming effect? It all comes down to energy. We all transmit energy to those around us and we all receive energy as well. So basically we have a choice of WHAT kind of energy we allow into our space and whether or not we will allow it to interact with us. By letting the negative energy of others to make an impact on how we feel we are handing them our power. Remember, misery loves company and no one wants to hang with a negative Nellie! Today’s full moon will amplify both positive and negative energies so choose your interactions wisely!

Loving Tolerance: Cat’s Angel Message for October 4, 2017

What is tolerance? It is the consequence of humanity. We are all formed of frailty and error; let us pardon reciprocally each other’s folly – that is the first law of nature.

104: Today the Sacred Source (Goddess, God) is reminding us that we are surrounded by their divine love. They share this powerful energy freely and simply ask that we do the same. Empathy and compassion, for self, for others, for the Sacred Source,are gifts that we can share everyday. While we may not understand or agree with a particular situation or event we can express empathy for what others (or even yourself) are going through. If you are feeling out of sorts today take a moment to clear and center and ask the Source to fill your being with love, peace and gratitude. Remember, when you love yourself it’s easier to share love with others. Love and compassion are superpowers that transform all that they touch. Who will you touch today?

The Chinese goddess and bodhisattva Kuan Yin teaches us to show kindness and love  toward yourself and others as well as tolerance and understanding. Thought For The Day: Oct. 4, 2017 “Without My Permission”

Happy Wednesday,

Our thought for the day may look pretty simple and straightforward. The truth is though…. it’s not. We can be and often are hurt by others. I’m not talking about physical, this is about mental hurt. We’re often told that we should “turn the other cheek, when someone says or does something hurtful. We hear “Let it go.” Don’t say anything” “They didn’t really mean that”. However, there always comes a time when we have to stand up for ourselves. When we allow others to cause us pain we are giving them power over us, and when we say/do nothing we have just given them permission to keep doing it. By taking control of your power  people no longer have the ability to push our buttons. That means less emotional stress and an increased ability to concentrate on ourselves and those who help lift us up.
