Tiger’s Eye (Gold) helps build a bridge between you and your power. It shows us the correct way to use our power and invites our integrity forward. 415:  We all aspire to a better and higher quality of life. Our hopes and dreams come to fruition through our thoughts and beliefs. In order to have the life we desire we must be willing to do what is necessary to make it happen. Right now is a great time to plan where you want your path to take you. This includes making the necessary changes and choices that help us in our creation and manifestation processes. Remember that the angels are here to help us, although they will not do it all for us. To start this process the angels ask that we turn over any limiting thoughts that we have about ourselves and our future. They are also reminding us that we are powerful creators and that the only limits are the ones we put on ourselves. By having faith in yourself and in the abundance of the universe you will see that your power and potential are truly limitless!

Archangel Jeremiel is in charge of life reviews and changes. He can help you see everything that you have accomplished recently as well as the areas that need attention and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Chiastolite (aka Cross Stone or Andalusite) promotes the creative problem-solving process. It enables us to release things that are no longer relevant to our current path and dispels any guilt we may have when we leave things behind. It helps us to make the necessary changes and brings harmony to conflicts that arise when we blaze new trails that others were not expecting or able to control.

  While Garnet is best known as a stone of protection it can benefit the use of our natural talents as well. It helps us to overcome any resistance we may have in using our gifts and promotes self-confidence. 414: Our mental health day from yesterday carries over into today. The Universe is asking us to release our worries and fears to make room inside for inner peace. Our spiritual helpers will be assisting us with exchanging the negative and stressful for peaceful and positive. It’s time to release what no longer serves your highest good or brings you joy. We often hold on to things out of fear. Fear of failure, new experiences, or of ourselves or sometimes there is even a kind of comfort in old, outdated situations. After all, things stay the same if we don’t try. This release is imperative as it not only creates a better life, it makes us healthier in mind, body, and spirit. We all deserve and are worthy of receiving good things. The key here is to trust in yourself and the Universe, you know what you need so allow yourself the ultimate freedom by cutting the cords that are holding you down.

Today’s Message: Clearing Our Energy

413: There are times when we could all use some extra loving and healing energy. When we feel a little needy or emotionally insecure it can be because we have given away too much of ourselves and need to replenish our energies. Downtime, nature time or alone time can help you to recharge. Today the Universe is giving us a boost by surrounding us with the essential energies we need to be balanced and at peace. Remember to ground, clear, and center. This helps you to let go of the negative nasty’s that are sapping your energy. Everyone needs a break from the demands of others so allow yourself this emotional and spiritual spa day!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

 The Ascended Master Buddha is our go-to guy when we feel “wobbly’. He teaches us that the key to happy living requires moderation and balance in all things. This includes the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find that inner peace is ours!

  The Hindu Mother Goddess Durga teaches us how to create boundaries and maintain them as well as protecting ourselves from the negative or controlling energy of others. She says:  ” Personal boundaries are important to your well-being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self-assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

Amazonite. This stone is sometimes called the stone of hope. It helps us to speak our truth with confidence and instills us with hope itself. It calms and soothes frayed nerves during times of stress and helps us to feel and embrace universal love. It works with both heart and throat chakras.

Golden Ray Calcite to boost your creative thinking and to eliminate patterns of self-defeating thinking. This helps to promote new and innovative ways to solve problems and move things forward.


Morganite (aka Pink Beryl) helps to bring awareness to emotional needs or feelings that remain unfulfilled. It helps us to express them in a positive way so that we can begin the healing process.

412: Dreams can be a powerful tool for solving problems. If you remember your dreams make note of them or write them down ( or at least what you remember) then look for answers in the symbolism. Ask yourself the following questions:

Who was there with me?

Where was I in this dream?

What was I /we doing? What stood out? (feelings, colors, animals, places people, etc)

Examine the information and see how it pertains to what you are going through. The dreams that we remember vividly always correspond to people and situations that are impacting our life and there are always lessons to learn and personal knowledge in them. You can ask the angels or archangels to assist you in your dreams. They are more than happy to help clear away negative or pessimistic thoughts and feelings. You have the power to help and heal yourself so use it to your best advantage!

411: Today is one of those days when you may feel a little overly sensitive to people and outside energies. The angels are telling us to avoid unpleasant people and situations if you can manage it. Otherwise “bubble up” and surround yourself with protective energy and let the “nasties” bounce off. Another way to keep your sanity today would be to engage in something creative. Immersing yourself in a creative project is a sure way to promote peaceful feelings. It also creates a block against negative energy. Remember, the angels are just a thought away so if you need help just ask them!

Archangel Michael is the go-to guy for protection. His clear, powerful energy acts as a shield that helps to buffer energies directed at us. He offers protection from those who would do us harm or cause pain, even those who think they “have our best interests at heart or simply can’t stay out of our business”. Simply ask him to block these lower energies

We all want to manifest good things in our lives and this window will allow us to add more stepping stones to our creations. The Universe and our helpers have heard our requests and the wheels are turning. They are letting you know that the work you are doing is paying off and that you are headed in the right direction. Keep doing your part and continue to add your energy to theirs to keep things moving. Today’s Message: Tying Up Loose Ends

49: Today the Universe is telling us that this is a good day to work on any incomplete projects or things that you’ve been putting off. By making time to tie up these loose ends we are clearing the way for new growth (which brings new blessings!). The same goes for things that you may have tried and didn’t quite work out. If it’s something that has meaning to you it’s a good time to reexamine it and find what DID work and move on from there. Remember that this month is all about “Challenging Yourself” and embracing your power as a creator. Your spiritual support system is taking care of you. If you need help with creative solutions, focus or direction just ask. Grounding and centering before getting started will help the messages that you receive to come through more clearly. Making the most of today and doing the work will benefit you in the near future.

Remember that in order to receive you must be open to it, fear and worry will shut that door and cause you to miss out. Don’t get caught up in the whirlpool of worry or obsess about money. Acknowledge your needs and turn your concerns over to the angels. They want you to know that you are being taken care of and that blessings are headed your way. Today’s Message: Ask For What You Need

47: Yesterday we talked about our angelic support system and how it assists us. We are carrying that message over into today. The angels are reminding us that they can help us even more if we ask for specific help instead of asking in general terms. For example, if you need extra money to pay your rent and you request “Angels please bring me money”, you might find $5.00 on the ground. However if you phrase your request “Angels, I need enough money to pay my rent and buy food, please help me now”, this opens up all kinds of avenues for getting the help you need. Remember that help comes in many forms so allow yourself to be receptive on all levels and that you are worthy of receiving blessings in all forms. Our angels are with us all the time and since their mission is to help us never be afraid to ask for help!

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. It shows us how to go with the flow.

Turquoise helps us with creative problem solving and promotes both balance and intuition. It is aligned with the Throat Chakra and teaches us to speak up for ourselves and to speak our truth, which can be a valuable asset when working with gratitude and our ability to create. Turquoise helps to purify our energy and clears away negative energy. it aids our problem-solving skills and protects us against self-sabotaging thoughts and actions.
