A recent reality TV show had several men live as women for a few weeks, just to see if they could do it, and who get away with it the longest. Of course, it made for many comical moments, but the deeper lesson was that at the end of the exercise these men had a newfound respect for women, particularly the women in their lives. And this is a basic truth that carries over into every area. If we want to know how someone lives, we need to walk a mile in their shoes, or in this case, their high-heels!

We are each responsible for being the best person we can be and sharing our unique talents, passions, and interests with those around us. To all my fellow introverts out there, this doesn’t mean that you need to go out and teach others (unless that’s part of your calling) leading by example is every bit as powerful. The world is a crazy place right now which makes this all the more important. By doing our part we are leading in a positive manner toward a positive goal. The ascended masters are also calling upon all of the Lightworker’s out there and are asking them to work on completing the tasks that are related to your life purpose because your power is definitely needed at this time.

Meditation can be found in all things. Through breath, movement or non movement. Just be and just flow. ~Cat

37: Take some time today to engage in your favorite form of meditation. Remember that there is no need to sit still. Go for a walk or simply gather impressions from what’s going on around you. Make note of details, feelings, thoughts and ideas that come to you, don’t force things to come to you just let them flow naturally. You can even ask questions or gain peaceful reassurance from the Divine Sources, the Angel or Ascended Masters. Meditation is also a form of self care, which is important to our overall well-being. It helps us to regain our balance and allows us to ground and center. The Ascended Masters are just reminding us today to embrace awareness of your world and yourself and feel the budding of new growth!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

The Ascended Master Yogananda teaches us that during times of stress or loss of focus peace can be found through meditation. Remember that meditation can be as simple as taking several deep breaths and centering yourself. Use this as your personal reset button.

Embracing what you have helps us to navigate the path of gratitude. ~Cat

36: Our focus today involves letting go of material worries and concerns. When we fixate on these things we are causing ourselves unnecessary stress. Even though there may be nothing we can do at that moment we often allow ourselves to get worked up. This is not so good for our physical, emotional or spiritual well being. The Angels are letting us know that they are here to help and that they are supporting you and your loved ones. Don’t focus on what you feel you are lacking, instead place your focus on what you have. Embrace gratitude and the tiny miracles you experience today. Show yourself a little love and hang out in a happy place!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Uriel can help us to overcome obstacles by showing us where the solutions are that will lead to our success. He provides us with the additional information that we need to make the most informed decisions we can. No problem is too great or too small for him to assist with. Uriel also helps us to gain spiritual understanding and creative insight. Today is a good day to simply touch base with him, ask for help if needed or simply express gratitude for the blessings taking place in your life.

The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop.

Eulite (Hypersthene) which helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Like all changes the ones headed your way will benefit you in the long run. So think of this as a little spring cleaning so take the initiative and welcome them by checking expiration dates and letting go of some things that no longer work for you or that you have outgrown. This will make room for the new blessings and opportunities you have been searching for. Not only will this bring you some much needed energy it will also serve to increase your spiritual awareness and power.
