313: During the winter months, we often find ourselves feeling down or trapped in our routines. The coming of Spring however, offers us the chance to renew our view of and our approach to life. Surround yourself with healing energy today. Starting with Ground-Center-Clear to release old energy and to help fine-tune your connection to the Divine. ( I like to do this exercise outside and if it’s breezy it’s even better. let the wind move through you and visualize it clearing your energy field.) Today’s number is a sign of progress so if you feel stuck look for the things that are holding you back. Remember that you are the creator of your life. Find one good thing, take baby steps or embrace tiny miracles, just do something that helps you to move forward!

312: The Universe is speaking to us today through repetitive thoughts, ideas and visuals. These important clues are designed to help us to improve our lives. We all have areas that need attention and if something is not okay, or isn’t working out for you then the time has come to move on to something better. The key is in being honest with yourself so don’t put Band-Aid on a problem and then tell yourself that it’s all better. It’s through change that we make these needed improvements, and while changes take time remember that baby steps are the key to making them successful. Each step in itself is important so don’t be too eager and rush ahead as you might miss out on something amazing. Changes are often seen as scary but don’t let fear take over, remember that you are supported in every way!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raziel gently guides us through the manifestation process so that we are more adept at creating what we need and what we want. Remember that NEED and WANT are two separate things and by concentrating on need first all else will fall into place.

How you speak to yourself is just as important as how you speak to others. It is through building ourselves up that we are able to find inner peace and self-love. ~Cat

311: We all have dreams and goals. Many of these dreams or goals we put on hold for various reasons. Money, time, fear, other people, or we are simply not ready to move forward. Today the Universe is asking us to dust off what we have put aside and bring those things back into the light. Remember, things don’t have to be perfect in order to go for what you want and get the ball rolling. The important part is taking that first step. Take time to focus each day on what you want to achieve. Use powerful statements, I AM, I CAN, I WILL to give yourself a boost of positive power. The Ascended Masters tell us ” Don’t be afraid to share your dreams and goals with others. It is through sharing them that will help give you energy and opportunity.“

310: Today the Universe is asking us to use our intuitive skills and look for the truth around us. This includes our personal truth as well as the truth in the people and situations that surround us. Intuition like any talent gets better the more we use it. This helps us to make better decisions along our path and create and maintain better relationships. By allowing ourselves to feel and see from a more spiritual perspective we gain better communication and manifestation skills and strengthen our ability to let go of the things that are holding us back or draining our energy. Remember to take time for self-care through the ground, center clear process as it helps to fine tune our intuitive receptors. Reading is one of my favorite hobbies and one of my greatest loves. It served as a common bond between my mother and I when I was a child and it still hold true today. Reading takes you to bold new lands filled with adventure, passion, heartbreak, triumph, knowledge and self awareness. Read a book today, whether it’s an old favorite or something new.
