Today’s Message: Showing That We Care

 226:  Today the angels are asking us to share the gift of compassion with others. We sometimes get so caught up in our own “stuff” that we forget to check on those closest to us. Never assume that loved ones will always come to you if something is needed. We have been working on self-confidence and intuition this month. Both can help you if showing others that you care is difficult. This can be hard for some people and they come across as aloof or gruff because they want to “be there” but simply don’t know how to go about it. A good opener is a simple “How are you?”, “So things are going okay for you?” Intuition goes hand in hand with compassion and if it directs you to a specific person there may be a reason behind it. Our message today is ” Gather your loved ones close, let them know you love them and never forget the healing power of a simple touch or a hug.”

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Embrace the healing energy of Archangel Raphael. This enhances your personal healing abilities so that you are better equipped to help yourself and others when needed. He teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal our selves and our lives and therefore regain our self confidence and faith. The Egyptian Goddess Nuit (Nut) represents the sky and the cosmos. She is a mother goddess, a life giver. She teaches us the importance of nurturing those in our care with patience and love. Today’s Message: Clearing The Way

225: We all experience times when it becomes necessary to let go of outdated and outgrown things like habits, relationships, material items and thought patterns. Hanging on to these things after their “expiration date” can become a crutch that we use when we are afraid to move on. This inhibits our personal and spiritual growth and causes us to flounder. Today the angels are asking us to start letting go of the things that no longer work for us. They know that this can be difficult and sometimes painful. However, the benefits and freedom obtained in the process will clear our path and propel us forward. It will also bring us new opportunities, growth and blessings that help us to achieve what we want most.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

 Archangel Jeremiel is in charge of life reviews and changes. He can help you see everything that you have accomplished recently as well as the areas that need attention and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. He teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes. He removes our fear of change and what the future holds and replaces them with a sense of expectant excitement.

The Himalayan Ascended Master Babaji helps us to achieve the personal and spiritual growth necessary for the letting go process. He assists us in detaching ourselves from both material things and things that no longer serve us. He teaches us that letting go is a form of simplifying your life. It frees your energy so that you can work on what’s important.

Today’s Message: You Are Worthy

 224: Today we are being reminded to embrace the faith we have in ourselves. The Universe and the angels know that we are worthy of receiving the blessings that they offer. Prosperity, love, abundance and more are always available to us. However, there are times when we feel less than worthy and spend precious time knocking ourselves down. (Remember when we talked about being your own worst critic?) At times like this take some time to ground and center…. just breathe, do your best to let go and surrender the situation to your spiritual helpers. Dust off your courage (it’s there.. it really is!), ask for help and give yourself a big hug and acknowledge your power as a creator. You ARE worthy, YOU are amazing and YOU have the ability to create wonderful things for yourself!

Archangel Michael helps to calm our fears as he guides us through issues of self doubt by clearing our energy field and quieting the internal chatter so that we can access the guidance being sent to us. 223:  Speaking up and standing up for ourselves can be a little intimidating. However, if we truly want to be successful in our personal evolution and making our dreams happen it’s definitely necessary. Today the Universe is asking us to engage in some positive self expression. Communication is the key that will unlock these doors. No need to be aggressive or project anger because you can be forceful and still be positive. There will always be those people who think they know what’s best for you. If something doesn’t work for you or is pushing you in the wrong direction say so. You have a voice and your Spiritual Helpers are behind you all the way. If you need courage or help finding your voice ask your angels for help.

222: Today inner gardening is on the agenda and the Universe is reminding us of the importance of tending our “Thought Seeds”. In order for them to take root and grow, you must first believe in yourself as you cultivate these precious seedlings with loving and positive energy. Remember that you already have the necessary skills to be successful and bring your dreams and goals to fruition. This where our faith and confidence comes into play. Start setting yourself up for the long term by taking the small opportunities (seeds) that are offered to you now. Add your energy to them and pull weeds where needed as this will help set things in motion. Stay true to yourself and your vision because you already know what you need to do and where you want to go!

Archangel Uriel can help us to overcome obstacles by showing us where the solutions are that will lead to our success. It frees your energy so that you can work on what’s important so that new blessings can be received.

Jade stimulates knowledge and ideas and can provide aid in problem-solving and shows us the path to reaching our goals and actualizing our dreams. It also promotes emotional balance and self-confidence as it gently dissipates negativity and brings peace on all levels. Jade  attracts both prosperity and good luck as it helps us to understand that we are spiritual beings on this very human journey we call life.

If we want to be rid of the problem, we need to shift from denial and resistance to accept that this situation is present. We need to be willing to truly feel our experience to allow the energy of emotions to move through.

Finally, we need to explore what belief is giving rise to our distress. When we realize the belief is faulty, our shift in perspective resolves the problem. The solution always lies within us.

221: One of the things that the angels ask of us is to live with the “Attitude of Gratitude”. We all have many things to be grateful for however, today the angels are asking us to focus on the people we are grateful for. Family, heart family and friends all play an important role in our lives. Take a moment to acknowledge your gratitude towards them and bless them with peaceful, loving energy. Do not be afraid to let them know how much their presence means to you, ” I’m glad that you’re here”, Thank you for being a part of my life”, “I love you”, these words can mean so much. Allow your gratitude to fill you and know in your heart that these blessings will continue to flow around you and your loved ones.

It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. It opens our heart and shows us the love in relationships and situations, which helps us find a balancing point Use this gentle stone to shower yourself with loving care and to send healing to those little places that most need it.

EarthSky News: Meteorite hunting? Here’s how to find one

Below is one of the meteorites recovered from a small asteroid that created a brilliant light show over France on February 13, 2023. The asteroid known as Sar2667 and now as 2023 CX1 mostly burned up in our atmosphere, but some pieces made it to the ground as meteorites.
