Today’s Message: You’ve Got This

921: Many of our daily readings revolve around faith, in both the universe and in yourself. I’m sure that you’ve noticed that some days your faith is strong while on others you may feel like things aren’t working out or that what you do doesn’t matter. (This is normal, it happens) Take a moment to acknowledge your feelings, even indulge in a short pity party if you like, then pick yourself up, dust yourself off and remind yourself that you are worthy, strong and nothing will hold you back. Today, the angels want us to know that everything we do is important, even the small things. Help and support are always available and it’s only a request away. If your faith is feeling puny today start by grounding, clearing and centering and then ask (Spirit, angels, masters) for a little TLC and support. Make sure to release any negative thoughts and feelings that you may be holding and regain your light-ness of being!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal our selves and our lives and regain our self confidence and faith. This opens our spiritual eyes so that we may see what we have and how blessed we truly are as it teaches us how to make room for new things through the clearing out process. He helps to clear the way so that we can achieve balance by removing the blocks associated with giving and receiving by promoting flexibility in thinking and attitude.

 The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power and helps us find the energy we need to keep going and rise above negative experiences and thought patterns. This gives us the skills we need to  strengthen our personal boundaries so that we can be and stay strong in situations where we need to be.

The Hindu Goddess Devi helps us to find meaning in our lives and gently guides us in learning to follow our own inner wisdom. She says “Take my hand and let me guide you on your journey of self discovery. You need only look within to find your true meaning. Release your cares to me and I will purify your heart and spirit so that new information can be sent to you. “

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Orange Calcite helps us to embrace our own power and the abilities we possess while eliminating self-defeating thinking. It also helps to balance the emotions and calm our fears so that we can work through problems and temporary setbacks so we may reach our full potential. It helps to dissolve problems and insecurities that can arise when we are faced with new opportunities.

 Charoite. This multi-hued mineral is a stone of transformation. It helps to open our hearts to the concept of unconditional love and brings those energies forward. Charoite  enhances our perception and  helps to ground our spiritual nature into everyday reality and helps us to see ways we can be of service.  This stone can be used to reduce stress and worry as it helps us to overcome fear

Good Days and Bad Days: Cat’s Angel Message for April 10, 2018 

 April Theme:  We are being challenged to change ourselves. You have the power to make things happen and the Universe is on your side.



You are going to have bad days and have good days. – Lou Ferrigno




410:  Bad days happen and while they happen to everyone, what matters most is how you handle them. When this happens the key is to NOT let the negativity take over.  the rule of thumb is to acknowledge those thoughts and then do your best to let them go. We can turn these negative thoughts over to Spirit and the angels and ask for help in transforming them into something better. If we allow negativity to take over it’s like being in a windowless room and shutting ourselves inside. So the letting go part is important to your overall spiritual, emotional and mental health. Bad days happen but they don’t need to rule our lives or ruin our day. Give negativity the old one-two punch and put it back in its place.




Bad days call for spiritual helpers who can help us turn our attitude in a more positive direction. Getting outside helps, and  the Ascended Master Saint Francis invites us to just that. He is also associated with animals as well as nature so try taking your animal companion with you. Pets help to relieve stress,  they bring peace and improve our mood. Archangel Jophiel teaches us how to see the beauty within and around us. Her job is show us how to create and manifest beauty in our lives, her message is “beautiful thoughts lead to beautiful outcomes”. Listening to music has been proven to uplift our spirits. Laughter is also good medicine and the Ascended Master Maitreya, the Laughing Buddha, personifies this. He shows us the path to personal peace through joy and laughter. Your sense of humor can be a valuable healing tool.




Our Sacred Stones for today are: Chrysocolla to assist in transmuting negative energy into positive energy. Apache Tears to help release any negative energy that you are holding on to. Rutilated Quartz which acts as a filter as it cleans and releases negative energy and last but not least Rose Quartz this stone provides a bubble bath for the emotions, it soothes, heals and allows love to color your thoughts and emotions.

113: The battle against negativity shows up in our daily messages quite often. The angels only ask that you do the best you can because they understand that it’s not possible or even healthy to never have a negative thought. Everyday we come into contact  with the negative thoughts and energy of others or the kind we create for ourselves. The truth is that it cannot be avoided, it’s normal and it happens. The key here is to acknowledge these feelings, figure out what triggered them, and look for one positive thing in the experience. Then ask for divine help and let it go, turning it over to the angels to transmute into something better. Today we are being offered extra help from the Ascended Masters and the Divine Feminine. Remember that no problem is too big for them to handle so if you need help… ASK! Not only will they take the weight from your shoulders they will offer gentle and loving guidance that will help you on your path!


Archangel Zadkiel helps us to find the compassion and often forgiveness needed to release negativity. The Hawaiian goddess Pele helps to open the channels of honest communication during times of negative conflict, and Ascended Master Melchizedek  helps us diffuse unpleasant situations.
