810: The more we work on opening and strengthening the channels of communication between ourselves and the Divine, the easier it is to make a connection. It should feel comfortable and over time it will become second nature and provide an almost meditative experience. This communication flow helps us in many ways. It not only opens the way for new information it also brings us peace and feelings of safety. Today the angels are asking us to pay attention to the guidance we receive, it could come as thoughts, ideas, AHA! moments or even through visual clues. Allow this guidance to assist your decisions and actions. The key is to surrender what doesn’t work so that the right things will be able to reach you. Surrender will bring change and it is through change that we increase flow in our lives. It’s important, so get ready to embrace the blessings that are headed your way!

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. 16:  Today the Universe is asking us to take this month’s theme to heart and stay focused on the positive things in our lives. The importance of balance cannot be stressed enough, especially where our mental/emotional state of mind and material things are concerned. By learning to balance our material thoughts or worries with positive focus and faith we are able to see things in a new light. We realize that our needs really are being met and that our life is full of tiny miracles. Allow positive focus, confidence, and faith to be your guide today. Good Days and Bad Days: Cat’s Angel Message for April 10, 2018 


 April Theme:  We are being challenged to change ourselves. You have the power to make things happen and the Universe is on your side.




You are going to have bad days and have good days. – Lou Ferrigno




410:  Bad days happen and while they happen to everyone, what matters most is how you handle them. When this happens the key is to NOT let the negativity take over.  the rule of thumb is to acknowledge those thoughts and then do your best to let them go. We can turn these negative thoughts over to Spirit and the angels and ask for help in transforming them into something better. If we allow negativity to take over it’s like being in a windowless room and shutting ourselves inside. So the letting go part is important to your overall spiritual, emotional and mental health. Bad days happen but they don’t need to rule our lives or ruin our day. Give negativity the old one-two punch and put it back in its place.




Bad days call for spiritual helpers who can help us turn our attitude in a more positive direction. Getting outside helps, and  the Ascended Master Saint Francis invites us to just that. He is also associated with animals as well as nature so try taking your animal companion with you. Pets help to relieve stress,  they bring peace and improve our mood. Archangel Jophiel teaches us how to see the beauty within and around us. Her job is show us how to create and manifest beauty in our lives, her message is “beautiful thoughts lead to beautiful outcomes”. Listening to music has been proven to uplift our spirits. Laughter is also good medicine and the Ascended Master Maitreya, the Laughing Buddha, personifies this. He shows us the path to personal peace through joy and laughter. Your sense of humor can be a valuable healing tool.
