312:  The Universe is speaking to us today through repetitive thoughts, ideas, and visuals. These important clues are designed to help us to improve our lives. We all have areas that need attention and if something is not okay, or isn’t working out for you then the time has come to move on and create something better. The key is in being honest with yourself so don’t put frosting on a problem and then tell yourself that it’s all better. It’s through change that we make these needed improvements, and while changes take time remember that baby steps are the key to making them successful. Each step in itself is important so don’t be too eager and rush ahead as you might miss out on something amazing. Changes are often seen as scary but don’t let fear take over. Remember that you are supported in every way!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Ariel ( the lion) teaches us that by embracing our divine spark we can open the doors to creating the life we want. Be bold like the lion and use your strength and focus to find a forward path.

The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to stop fighting the things that we have no control over, which blocks our problem-solving and creative flow. Things flow easier when we are not struggling against the “what if’s and maybes.

The Welsh Goddess Cerridwen uses her cauldron “Amen” to help provide us with knowledge, wisdom, personal rebirth, and inspiration. remember that change brings us the transformation that we need. She reminds us “The opportunity for your own transformation lies before you. It provides you the chance to spread your wings and grow. Look into my sacred cauldron and see the vision of your path unfolding before you.”

Bloodstone gives us the ability to adapt to the changes that are taking place more easily. It strengthens our intuition and promotes good decision-making. 

Chrysanthemum Stone can help to remove obstacles from our path. Since obstacles tend to pop up during periods of change, this stone promotes the harmony and the balance we need to help our forward progress.

Larimar helps to remove self-imposed barriers that may be keeping us from accepting our personal power and stops self-sabotaging behavior by bringing out the best in us. It helps us to see the things that we have to be grateful for and the tiny miracles that we take for granted. This sky blue stone also helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that we manifest what we really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.

Today’s Message: I AM, I CAN, I WILL

311:  We all have dreams and goals. Many of which we put on hold for various reasons. Money, time, fear, other people, or we are simply not ready to move forward. Today the Universe is asking us to dust off what we have put aside and bring those things back into the light. Remember, things don’t have to be perfect in order to go for what you want and get the ball rolling. The important part is taking that first step. Take time to focus each day on what you want to achieve. Use powerful statements, I AM, I CAN, I WILL to give yourself a boost of positive power. The Angels tell us “ Don’t be afraid to share your dreams and goals with others. It is through sharing them that will help give you energy and opportunity.”

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raguel helps us to find our power and brings clarity when we feel conflicted about what to do next by providing a boost of energy and by bringing order to our thoughts.  He also aids in the letting go process which is essential to moving forward. Raguel reminds us that sometimes people can get “freaky” when they see you moving off in a new direction and helps to smooth the way by resolving conflicts and disharmony with those around us as we work with our creative magic.

The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self-care and create the positive energy we need to propel us forward.  The Greek goddess Nike, Lady of victory and success helps us to embrace the good things that we have accomplished. By acknowledging them we can increase our faith in ourselves as a creator. She says: “Do not be afraid to acknowledge the amazing things you have done but don’t rest too long on your laurels. Remember that your power comes through movement and momentum is lost through inactivity. Keep moving and you will be victorious!”

Moss Agate. This gentle stone promotes new beginnings and can help release the blocks that are keeping us from moving forward. It attracts new forms of abundance and teaches us how to channel our energy in new, creative ways. Today’s Message: Sharing Our Gifts

39: While everyone’s life mission is different there are certain threads that connect us all. We are all responsible for being the best person we can be and sharing our unique talents, passions, and interests with those around us. To all my fellow introverts out there, this doesn’t mean that you need to go out and teach others (unless that’s part of your calling) leading by example is every bit as powerful. The world is a crazy place right now which makes this all the more important. By doing our part we are leading in a positive manner toward a positive goal. The ascended masters are also calling upon all of the Lightworker’s out there and are asking them to work on completing the tasks that are related to your life purpose because your power is definitely needed at this time.

Embrace the healing energy of Archangel Raphael. This enhances your personal healing abilities so that you are better equipped to help yourself and others when needed. He teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal ourselves and our lives and therefore regain our self-confidence and faith. He helps to clear the way so that we can achieve balance by removing the blocks associated with giving and receiving by promoting flexibility in thinking and attitude.

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. Fuchsite helps us to understand our personal interactions with others, particularly in the areas of basic life concerns. It teaches self-worth and how to do what is necessary to get others moving in the right direction without doing everything for them.

Sugilite  is a stone of spiritual love and awareness and  promotes Divine interaction and communication. Sugilite also encourages positive thinking and teaches us to live our truth and to trust our intuition. This stone also brings purple ray energy to earth. It embodies spiritual love and wisdom and assists in opening the chakras. This stone can also help you find the answers to “Why am I here and What is my purpose?”

38: A window into the realm of abundance is opening for us today and the Universe is urging us to be bold and grab opportunities when they present themselves. The key is to use what you are offered to create the necessary stepping stones that will help form the path to your goals and dreams. Even if it’s not exactly what you were hoping for right now, keep in mind that each opportunity opens a new door or window that allows us access to bigger and better things and solidifies our foundation. Keep a clear vision of your ultimate end goal, not the “how to’s”, as this allows you receive in a broader spectrum. Visualize, embrace and be ready to move forward!

It promotes the optimistic mindset necessary to activate the manifestation process and nudges us into action. We can also use Citrine to help us sift through information and analyze situations so that we can move forward with positive intent. Citrine also helps us go with the flow and encourages us to explore all options so that we can make the best decisions for our journey

Jade can provide aid in problem-solving and shows us the path to reaching our goals and actualizing our dreams. It also promotes emotional balance and self-confidence as it gently dissipates negativity and brings peace on all levels. Jade attracts both prosperity and good luck.  Jade helps us to understand that we are spiritual beings on this very human journey we call life. It stimulates knowledge and ideas..

Today’s Message: Just Relax

36: Our focus today involves making some peace with our material worries and concerns. While these things ARE valid and should be taken seriously we shouldn’t let them rule our lives. When we fixate on these material things we are causing ourselves unnecessary stress. Even though there may be nothing we can do at that moment we often allow ourselves to get worked up. This is not so good for our physical, emotional, or spiritual well-being. The Angels are letting us know that they are here to help and that they are supporting you and your loved ones. Don’t focus on what you feel you are lacking, instead place your focus on what you have and how you can make the most of it while you wait. Embrace gratitude and the tiny miracles you experience today. Show yourself a little love and set aside what you can’t immediately control.

Archangel Haniel showers us with stardust, illuminating our thoughts and memories so that we can remember what magickal beings we truly are, which assists us in the creation process. Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop.

Eulite (Hypersthene) helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Eulite is also useful for building solid relationships that are necessary for the manifestation process and our personal evolution.

Sunstone brings personal empowerment and fights procrastination. It brings out our natural optimism, self-confidence and promotes our natural flow of abundance as it soothes our fear of change and the accompanying stress that change can bring.  Sunstone has a strong connection to light and helps to harness the re-energizing power of the sun during meditation and everyday life. It is linked to all benevolent deities and brings good fortune and luck.

Like all changes, the ones headed your way will benefit you in the long run. Prepare for these changes by engaging in a little spring cleaning. Take the initiative to welcome them by checking expiration dates and letting go of some things that no longer work for you or that you have outgrown. This will make the room not only for new growth but for the new blessings and opportunities that are waiting in the wings. Not only will this bring you some much-needed energy it will also serve to increase your spiritual awareness and power. Stay open to receiving and be sure to allow your intuitive and creative skills to guide you as well. Add a little self-care into the mix and it will help you ground, center, and head in the right direction.

Archangel Uriel helps us to let go of the past and invite essential new growth into our lives. Today’s Message: Someone To Listen

34:  There are times when we just need someone to listen. To share in our joys, and dreams or our concerns, our fears, or our worries. Like a dear friend the angels and the ascended masters are also here for us. Their job involves assisting us on all levels as well as surrounding us with protection and love. The more often we talk to them the easier it becomes to “hear” their replies. If you ask a question and find yourself receiving repetitive impressions, signs, or thoughts then be assured that they have heard and are sending you an answer. Our job is to stay open to receiving the information being sent, this will also become easier as our relationship with the divine evolves. Remember, never be afraid to ask for their help. Keep faith in yourself, your inner wisdom, and your Divine support team!

Archangel Michael helps to calm our fears as he guides us through issues of self-doubt by clearing our energy field and quieting the internal chatter so that we can access the guidance being sent to us. The Greek Goddess Artemis helps us to hone our intuitive skills so that we get the information we need. She teaches us how to trust in ourselves and honor our own wisdom. By following our inner guidance system we are setting ourselves on the path of authenticity and personal truth. Allow yourself to be a “huntress” like Artemis and track down your inner power. She tells us, “All the skills and knowledge you need for success lives within you. Your inner wisdom is a powerful thing and you know in your heart when something is good and right.”

Amazonite. This stone is sometimes called the stone of hope. It helps us to speak our truth with confidence and instills us with hope itself. It calms and soothes frayed nerves during times of stress and helps us to feel and embrace universal love. It works with both heart and throat chakras.

Angelite helps us to connect to the angelic realms by enhancing our lines of communication. It is also a good stone for healers as it strengthens attunement and perception.

Kunzite. This high vibration stone can help to create a balanced partnership with the Universe as it opens your heart to receiving divine love.

Iron Pyrite has warm, positive energy. It teaches us to have confidence in our skills and abilities so that we are able to realize our true potential by stimulating new ideas and knowledge of our own self-worth. Pyrite also helps to balance instinct with innate intuition and overall creativity.

Smoky Quartz helps to neutralize negative energy and teaches us how to work through the fear of failure which can show up during times of change and transformation. It also promotes clear insight and focus which helps us to leave behind the things that no longer serve us and make room for the blessings headed our way.

31: As we start the new month we are reminded that “The world needs fewer instigators and more peacemakers.” This message is one of love and peace and while this may sound like a throwback from the 1960s, its energy is powerful and one that should be freely embraced as often as possible. The concept of unity and community should top the list of priorities and by allowing peace to enter our lives we can set an example for others and ourselves too. On a side note keep in mind that boundaries are an important component. promoting peace doesn’t mean we should let others walk over us. You can stand up for your beliefs and still embody a peaceful attitude.

Archangel Raguel helps us when we are faced with standing our ground. He can show us the path to resolving disputes and arguments in a peaceful manner. He also acts as a motivational coach when we feel down on ourselves and he loves to help the underdog.

The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power and helps us find the energy we need to keep going and rise above negative experiences and thought patterns. This gives us the skills we need to strengthen our personal boundaries so that we can be and stay strong in situations where we need to be.

I can guide you on the path of self-love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle with yourself. Joy comes from embracing the simple things which will free the energy needed to assist the creation process and help others along the way.”

Today’s Message: Receiving Is Good!

228: As the month winds down we are being reminded that it’s more than okay to allow yourself to receive the gifts and blessings that the Universe has to offer. Sometimes we get so caught up in giving to others that when it becomes our turn to receive we kind of freak out and think or say something like ” Oh no, that’s okay!” or “I don’t deserve that!” By turning away good things that are offered we can slip out of balance and find our energy bottled up. But when we allow ourselves to receive with grace and gratitude doors open up to an amazing flow of abundance and growth. Allow yourself to receive today and allow this energy to come full circle.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Haniel showers us with stardust, illuminating our thoughts and memories so that we can remember what magickal beings we truly are, which assists us in the creation process. In turn, this shows us how to receive with grace and gratitude. This process accelerates when we allow beauty and harmony to surround us. The Ascended Master Buddha helps us to find our “Attitude of Gratitude”.By acknowledging what we have to be grateful for we are filled with joy and inner peace which encourages positive flow. She tells us ” You are worthy of so many wonderful things but first you must get out of your own way! Let me help you to clear the way so that these gifts can be given to you. Make room and feel the lightness it creates within your spirit.”

Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop.

Chalcedony brings the mind, body, spirit, and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger, or self-doubt. It also promotes good feelings towards self and others.

Unakite. This green and pink stone helps us to see blocks that we have erected within ourselves and then provides valuable insights on removing them so that we can move forward. It helps us to appreciate the present moment and works with both base and heart chakras.
