312: The Universe is speaking to us today through repetitive thoughts, ideas and visuals. These important clues are designed to help us to improve our lives. We all have areas that need attention and if something is not okay, or isn’t working out for you then the time has come to move on to something better. The key is in being honest with yourself so don’t put Band-Aid on a problem and then tell yourself that it’s all better. It’s through change that we make these needed improvements, and while changes take time remember that baby steps are the key to making them successful. Each step in itself is important so don’t be too eager and rush ahead as you might miss out on something amazing. Changes are often seen as scary but don’t let fear take over, remember that you are supported in every way!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raziel gently guides us through the manifestation process so that we are more adept at creating what we need and what we want. Remember that NEED and WANT are two separate things and by concentrating on need first all else will fall into place.

The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to stop fighting the things that we have no control over, which blocks our problem solving and creative flow. Things flow easier when we are not struggling against the “what if’s and maybes.

The Yoruban Goddess Oya embodies the winds of change. She tells us, ” Allow the winds of change to flow through your being. In their wake, they will leave new energy seeds for you to plant. Use these seeds to help you on your journey. Remember child, that change must be embraced, not ignored or simply put up with. Allow these changes to inspire and encourage you to transcend your self imposed limitations.”

Black Banded Agate which helps us start new things, embrace new beginnings and projects. It promotes the creativity needed to make things happen.

Chrysanthemum Stone can help to remove obstacles from our path. Since obstacles tend to pop up during periods of change, this stone promotes the harmony and the balance we need to help our forward progress.

Okenite helps clear away obstacles and teaches us the important lesson that the universe is filled with unlimited possibilities when we allow ourselves to face and adapt to change. It helps us to find our inner strength so that we can finish what we start

How you speak to yourself is just as important as how you speak to others. It is through building ourselves up that we are able to find inner peace and self-love. ~Cat

311: We all have dreams and goals. Many of these dreams or goals we put on hold for various reasons. Money, time, fear, other people, or we are simply not ready to move forward. Today the Universe is asking us to dust off what we have put aside and bring those things back into the light. Remember, things don’t have to be perfect in order to go for what you want and get the ball rolling. The important part is taking that first step. Take time to focus each day on what you want to achieve. Use powerful statements, I AM, I CAN, I WILL to give yourself a boost of positive power. The Ascended Masters tell us ” Don’t be afraid to share your dreams and goals with others. It is through sharing them that will help give you energy and opportunity.“

Archangel Raguel helps us to find our power and brings clarity when we feel conflicted about what to do next by providing a boost of energy and by bringing order to your thoughts. He also aids in the letting go process which is essential to moving forward. Raguel reminds us that sometimes people can get “freaky” when they see you moving off in a new direction and helps to smooth the way by resolving conflicts and disharmony with those around us as we work with our creative magic.

The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. The Greek goddess Nike, Lady of victory and success helps us to embrace the good things that we have accomplished. By acknowledging them we can increase our faith in ourselves as a creator. She says: “Do not be afraid to acknowledge the amazing things you have done but don’t rest to long on your laurels. Remember that your power comes through movement and momentum is lost through inactivity. Keep moving and you will be victorious!”

310: Today the Universe is asking us to use our intuitive skills and look for the truth around us. This includes our personal truth as well as the truth in the people and situations that surround us. Intuition like any talent gets better the more we use it. This helps us to make better decisions along our path and create and maintain better relationships. By allowing ourselves to feel and see from a more spiritual perspective we gain better communication and manifestation skills and strengthen our ability to let go of the things that are holding us back or draining our energy. Remember to take time for self-care through the ground, center clear process as it helps to fine tune our intuitive receptors. If you need help ask the masters and angels for guidance and they will guide you in the right direction.

Archangel Uriel can help us to overcome obstacles by showing us where the solutions are that will lead to our success. 39: While everyone’s life mission is different there are certain purposes inherent to all. We are each responsible for being the best person we can be and sharing our unique talents, passions, and interests with those around us. To all my fellow introverts out there, this doesn’t mean that you need to go out and teach others (unless that’s part of your calling) leading by example is every bit as powerful. The world is a crazy place right now which makes this all the more important. By doing our part we are leading in a positive manner toward a positive goal. The ascended masters are also calling upon all of the Lightworker’s out there and are asking them to work on completing the tasks that are related to your life purpose because your power is definitely needed at this time.

The key is to use what you are offered to create the necessary stepping stones that will help form the path to your goals and dreams. Meditation can be found in all things. Through breath, movement or non movement. Just be and just flow. ~Cat

37: Take some time today to engage in your favorite form of meditation. Remember that there is no need to sit still. Go for a walk or simply gather impressions from what’s going on around you. Make note of details, feelings, thoughts and ideas that come to you, don’t force things to come to you just let them flow naturally. You can even ask questions or gain peaceful reassurance from the Divine Sources, the Angel or Ascended Masters. Meditation is also a form of self care, which is important to our overall well-being. It helps us to regain our balance and allows us to ground and center. The Ascended Masters are just reminding us today to embrace awareness of your world and yourself and feel the budding of new growth!

36: Our focus today involves letting go of material worries and concerns. When we fixate on these things we are causing ourselves unnecessary stress. Even though there may be nothing we can do at that moment we often allow ourselves to get worked up. This is not so good for our physical, emotional or spiritual well being. The Angels are letting us know that they are here to help and that they are supporting you and your loved ones. Don’t focus on what you feel you are lacking, instead place your focus on what you have. Embrace gratitude and the tiny miracles you experience today. Show yourself a little love and hang out in a happy place!

Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop.

Eulite (Hypersthene) which helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Eulite is also useful for building solid relationships that are necessary for the manifestation process and our personal evolution.

Red Tiger’s Eye stimulates our sense of adventure. It increases our motivation and practical thinking, as well as promoting emotional control during times when we feel ‘frazzled”.

35: Change is on the horizon and the Universe is sending a gentle reminder that support is available from unseen friends in high places. Like all changes the ones headed your way will benefit you in the long run. So think of this as a little spring cleaning so take the initiative and welcome them by checking expiration dates and letting go of some things that no longer work for you or that you have outgrown. This will make room for the new blessings and opportunities you have been searching for. Not only will this bring you some much needed energy it will also serve to increase your spiritual awareness and power. Stay open to receiving and be sure to allow your intuitive and creative skills to guide you as well. Add a little self care into the mix and it will help you ground, center and get back on track.

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Tangerine Quartz helps to increase our receptivity to Divine inspiration while it stimulates the mind and enhances overall creativity. It fills us with hope and joy as it restores our feelings of self worth

34: There are times when we just need someone to listen. To share in our joys, and dreams or our concerns, our fears, or our worries. Like a dear friend the angels and the ascended masters are also here for us. Their job involves assisting us on all levels as well as surrounding us with protection and love. The more often we talk to them the easier it becomes to “hear” their replies. 33: Like any dear friend the Ascended Masters will provide us with unconditional love and support, and like the angels, we just need to ask in order to receive their assistance. Speaking to them is easy, and all personal, spiritual and emotional questions issues are all within their realm. There is nothing too small or too big for them to tackle. While each Ascended Master has their own energy signature there will always be the underlying feeling very similar to that you receive from a beloved relative or mentor. Open yourself to receiving their guidance which may come as thoughts, feelings or ideas.
