729:  As we count down the remaining days of July the Angels are sending us the following message: “Keep the faith in your yourself and in your abilities. By doing so you will be able to see your path and purpose more clearly.” Remember that our inner guidance always tells us where we need to or want to be. Even though we may not be able to see the whole picture. As long as we continue moving forward (and YES baby steps count!) we are making progress, so pay attention to the guidance you receive (internal and external)! You’ve got this!




Archangel Michael  helps to get us back on track and moving in the right direction, while Archangel Uriel helps us to solve problems before they get out of control.  The Ascended Master Buddha teaches us that by striving to maintain  peace and balance within our lives our path is easier to navigate and less stressful.

723: Today is a self care day and the Universe is encouraging us to perform a balance check.


    

  • Are you taking enough time for yourself or are you giving it all away?
    • 

  • Are you achieving balance between work and your personal life?
    • 

  • Are you giving and receiving  energy equally? Or tipping the scales?
    • 



Taking the time to to see where we stand is important. Remember, if our energy is off kilter it drains our energy making us tired, emotional, anxious, depressed, cranky or even just plain angry. The Ascended Masters are stepping in to assist today as they have a more intimate knowledge of the problems and feelings we face everyday.  Even if you have no pressing issues today their presence and loving energy can enliven and uplift you. Today is also a good time to ground-clear and center. This helps to not only free up our energy but opens us to the supportive energies sent by the universe.




The Ascended Master Buddha is called the Enlightened or Awakened One. During his life he lived as both prince and ascetic. When he achieved true enlightenment he came to realize that the key to happy living required moderation and balance in all things. Ascended Master Maitreya, (Laughing Buddha) teaches us that laughter is an essential part of self care. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been help in check.




Our Sacred Stone for today is Amethyst.This beautiful crystal is used by Tibetan monks to honor Buddha. If you’re feeling crafty make yourself a set of prayer beads to honor him and use for meditation (these are great for Archangel Michael as well).

721:  Our Life Path is filled with a broad spectrum of things that are designed to help us on our way. These things range from happiness and love to great sorrow and self doubt. Along the way we meet people that encourage us and offer support. It’s nice to have someone else pat us on the back and say “Good job!”,  however we also benefit from the divine voice inside us that offers encouragement. Today, the Angels are asking us to step up and be our own cheerleader. Listen to that inner voice and allow yourself to receive the mental hugs and kudos that it offers. Use the “I AM and I CAN” thinking to promote your self confidence and courage. Remember that you ARE a creator and are worthy of great things and that your success and well being are yours to to nurture to full growth!




Archangel Michael guides us along our path by helping us to find the courage to keep moving in a positive direction. Ascended Master Buddha reminds us that through balance and moderation we are able to see our next steps more clearly and  the Egyptian Goddess  Isis teaches us how to reclaim who we are as she fills us with graceful energy and strength. Her message today is  “Be grateful for the baby steps that move you along your path, for they are milestones on your inward journey. Celebrate these steps and appreciate every kindness shown as they are all part of your grand celebration of your life!”




Our Sacred Stone for today is Carnelian. This orange- red stone is used for motivation and increased creativity. It also helps boost  self esteem and invites us to embrace our personal power while promoting positive life choices.

716: Through our collaboration with the Universe we learn to trust in ourselves and our own intuition. These things help us both along our path and strengthen our powers of manifestation. Today we are being reminded  that we are capable of making good things happen for ourselves and directing our own personal journey. It simply requires some effort on our part to make it happen. The Angels are asking us to surround ourselves with love.  Don’t struggle or try to force things to happen too quickly. Our ability to go with the flow helps us to let go of our fears and limiting beliefs. Which in turn allows abundance to freely enter your life. Simply know in your heart that you are manifesting what you need even if you can’t see it quite yet. Good things are happening so keep your chin up and don’t forget to embrace your “Tiny Miracles”!

715:  Last month was all about initiating change in our lives and we worked at clearing and making room for new things. Today the angels are sending us a gentle reminder that what we put in motion is beginning to manifest. Can’t see the results just yet? Hang on…. they’re coming! Persistence and patience are the keys to working with change. This is a good time to review what you’ve done so far and make any necessary adjustments and tie up loose ends.  Should you have had a setback remember that it’s only temporary.  Look for the lesson and the truth in the situation. Use this information to make adjustments and move forward. Don’t let the little things hold you back!

710:  Today the Universe is encouraging us to embrace the “Attitude of Gratitude” by gratefully acknowledging our blessings. Throughout the year we do a lot of work that involves positive thoughts and intentions. These thoughts and intentions are setting the groundwork for the blessings that lie ahead. This is one of the occasions where it’s beneficial to look back and simply take in the good things that have happened to us and for us recently. By offering thanks for what you have received it dusts off the Welcome mat and opens the door for the new blessings headed your way. By believing in yourself and that you are worthy of receiving these blessings you will continue to pave your path with hope, with joy, and tons of sparkles!




Archangel Michael can help by clearing your energy field and your internal centers. He cuts away any negative nasty’s that have been attached to you and even those that you may have attached to yourself. 76: Maintaining  balance is one of the essential keys to navigating our path. Today we are being asked  to perform a balance check today in two areas: giving / receiving and spiritual / material.  There are times when we get so preoccupied in either (or both) areas and we lose our way. Balance between giving and receiving requires that we allow ourselves to receive and acknowledge the  the blessings that come to us. The balance between spiritual and material is equally important. By acknowledging the richness of our own spiritual nature material “things” lose their importance. They become nice to have but they no longer rule our lives.  Achieving and maintaining  balance in these areas is one of the keys to good spiritual health. Remember, that if our scales are tipped one way or the other it zaps our energy levels and our ability to focus. But when things are balanced we find that our journey and the flow of life is easier, it also allows us to be grounded and more at peace.




The Archangels Michael and Raphael can help us to clear some space so that we are able to receive with joy and an open heart.  The Ascended Master Buddha teaches us that peace is found by achieving balance through moderation and the Egyptian Goddess Maat offers protection against be manipulated into giving away too much of ourselves. Our Sacred Stones for today are Rose Quartz, this ultimate self care stone opens our heart and shows us the love in relationships and situations, which helps us find a balancing point, and Ruby, which promotes energy and balance. This gemstone is also a stone of abundance, however it tempers this with clarity and focus while eliminating self destructive patterns that can get in the way of our goals motivation.

623: How do you feel today? Are you peacefully centered or do you feel “wobbly” ? Either way make sure to take some time to ground, center and clear. This is an important part of a daily self care routine. It calms the mind and the emotions. It reduces stress and loosens the hold of anxiety.  When we are at peace this energy encompasses everything we do and can be felt by those around us. It opens the pathways that allow loving and peaceful vibes to reach our core and helps us to emit them in return. Just breathe  and allow peace to fill your entire being.




Archangel Haniel helps us tap into our own healing abilities. She teaches us to rely on ourselves instead of others in matters relating to our overall well being. The Ascended Master Buddha is our go-to guy for issues of balance. Human beings are an impatient bunch and have been conditioned to expect everything immediately and forcing something to happen too quickly can be a devastating lesson. Today we are being reminded that our dreams do not truly manifest until the Universe knows that we are ready to handle them. We can help divine timing by staying focused on our goals, having faith in the Universe and ourselves, and by grabbing the opportunities that do present themselves to build a firm foundation to support our dreams. By building a strong foundation we ensure our success. Remember that patience is the key to all manifestation and a positive attitude helps to open the doors and pathways you need to move forward!

69: Our message and number today are reflections of this month’s theme. Balance is the key focus and it’s now time to test your skills. The goal is to create a balance between the material and the spiritual. While it’s important to spend time and energy in both areas, do your best to keep from going overboard or you’ll tip the scales. Maintaining balance is essential to our overall well being. When we are out of balance life can be an uphill struggle so pay attention and make adjustments as needed. The angels are also reminding us that our needs are being met and maintaining balance makes this job easier for them. Release your worries and direct your focus where it needs to be today.




The Ascended Master Buddha tells us that the key to happy living lies in moderation and balance in all things. Buddha is best contacted through breathwork.
