310:  Today the ascended masters are asking us to use our intuitive skills and  look for the truth around us. This includes our personal truth as well as  the truth in the people and situations that surround us. Intuition like any talent gets better the more we use it.  This helps us to make better decisions along our path and create and maintain better relationships. By allowing ourselves to  feel and see from a more spiritual perspective we gain better communication and manifestation skills and strengthen our ability to let go of the things that are holding us back or draining our energy. Remember to take time for self care through the ground, center clear process as it helps to fine tune our intuitive receptors.  If you need help ask the masters and angels for guidance and they will guide you in the right direction.




Archangel Uriel gives us essential information that we need when we need it. This assists us during the manifestation process by enhancing our problem solving skills so that we can make the decisions that are best for our current situations. The Ascended Master Melchizedek helps keep our energy balanced and flowing. This is essential for using our gifts and understanding the information we receive. The Inuit goddess Sedna helps us develop our intuition through the dreamtime, you can connect with her in or around water. (bath or shower works) “Look to your dreams to guide you.They will show you things you missed while your mind was busy and active”

39:  While everyone’s life mission is different there are certain purposes inherent to all. We are each responsible for being the best person we can be and sharing our unique talents, passions and interests with the world around us. To all my fellow introverts out there, this doesn’t mean that you need to go out and teach others (unless that’s part of your calling) leading by example is every bit as powerful. The world is a crazy place right now which makes this all the more important. By doing our part we are leading in a positive manner toward a positive goal. The ascended masters are also calling upon all of the Lightworker’s out there and are asking them to work on completing the tasks that are related to your life purpose because your power is definitely needed at this time.




Archangel Chamuel helps us to uncover things we have lost or forgotten about. This includes our life mission and the thing that we excel at. Relationships are also in his realm of expertise, like the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature. He helps us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution. The Ascended Master Vywamus helps lightworkers, all aspects of Life Purpose, Inspiration, and discovering our talents and strengths. 38:  Today a window of abundance is opening for us and the Ascended Masters are urging us to be bold and grab opportunities when they present themselves. The key is to use what you are offered to create the necessary stepping stones that will form the path to your goals and dreams. Even if it’s not exactly what you were hoping for right now, keep in mind that each opportunity opens a new door or window that allows us access to bigger and better things. Keep a clear vision of your ultimate end goal, not the “how to’s”,  as this allows you receive in a broader spectrum. Visualize, embrace and be ready to move forward!

Everywhere I go, I still have time to meditate. People think meditating is sitting there, nobody bothering you, but you can even talk and still meditate. – Jet Li




37: Take some time today to engage in meditation. Like our quote for the day from Jet Li meditation doesn’t necessarily means sitting still. Go for a walk or simply gather impressions from what’s going on around you. Make note of details, feelings, thoughts and ideas that come to you, don’t force things to come to you just let them flow naturally. You can even ask questions or gain peaceful reassurance from the Divine Sources, the Angel or Ascended Masters. Meditation is also a form of self care, which is important to our overall well-being. It helps us to regain our balance and allows us to ground and center. The Ascended Masters are just reminding us today to embrace awareness of your world and yourself and feel the budding of new growth!




Archangel Jophiel reminds us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. She reminds us that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp.  The Ascended Master Babaji encourages us to follow our spiritual paths. 36:  Our focus today involves letting go of material worries and concerns. When we fixate on these things we are causing ourselves unnecessary stress. Even though there may be  nothing we can do at that moment we often allow ourselves to get worked up. This is not so good for our physical, emotional or spiritual well being. The Ascended Masters are letting us know that they are here to help and that they are supporting you and your loved ones. Don’t focus on what you feel you are lacking, instead place your focus on what you have. Embrace gratitude and the tiny miracles you experience today. Show yourself a little love and hang out in a happy place!




Calling on Archangel Michael can bring you profound feelings of security. When you are afraid or anxious his energy surrounds us like a soft blanket. Flashes of blue or purple signify his presence. 34:  There are times when we just need someone to listen. To share in our joys, and dreams or  our concerns, our fears, or our worries. Like a dear friend the angels and the ascended masters are also here for us. Their job involves assisting us on all levels as well as surrounding us with protection and love. The more often we talk to them the easier it becomes to “hear” their replies. If you ask a question and find yourself receiving repetitive impressions, signs or thoughts then be assured that they have heard and are sending you an answer. Speaking to them is easy, and all personal , spiritual and emotional questions issues are all within their realm. There is nothing too small or too big for them to tackle. While each Ascended Master has their own energy signature there will always be the underlying feeling that you receive from a beloved relative or mentor. Open yourself to receiving their guidance which may come as thoughts, feelings or ideas. 31:  Today the Ascended Masters are asking us to start this new cycle by raising our level of consciousness to one of love and peace. While this may sound like a throwback to the 1960’s hippie era, its energy is powerful and one that we should freely embrace. The world needs fewer instigators and more peacemakers. The concept of unity and community should top the list of priorities and by allowing peace to enter our lives we can set an example for others and ourselves too. It’s important to note that the Ascended Masters are not saying that we shouldn’t stand up for ourselves or for what’s right. If a stand need to be made do so. You can still be firm in your stance while promoting peace.




Archangel Raguel helps us when we are faced with standing our ground. He can show us the path to resolving disputes and arguments in a peaceful manner. he also acts as a  motivational coach when we feel down on ourselves. Ask for help and he can help you realize your full potential. The Ascended Master Mother Mary surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love. She teaches us about compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others.
