25:  Change is an ongoing part of life and without it life would be pretty boring. The way we see these change is based on our perception. If we see these changes in a negative light it can create difficulties for us. But if we look for something positive in them then we grow in unimagined ways. If you are experiencing changes right now or changes are on your horizon the angels want you to know that things are going according to your divine plan and that these changes truly are for the best. They will bring you a much needed overhaul and a fresh outlook. So have faith in yourself and remember that the Universe is on your side and that you are safe and protected. Embrace these changes and flourish in this new cycle! Our keywords for today are “Change- Flow- Growth”




Archangel Uriel gives us essential information that we need when we need it. This assists us during the manifestation process by enhancing our problem solving skills so that we can make the decisions that are best for our current situations.  The Ascended Master Melchizedek helps to diffuse unpleasant situations that change sometimes creates. He teaches us that peace and healing can be found through color, so pay attention to the colors that draw you or feel relevant. And the Hawaiian goddess Pele reminds us that “Within you lives the sacred fire that gives life to your greatest dreams and passions. This part of you must be allowed to come forward, not smothered beneath fear, resentment or the expectations of others. Your fire will help you forge new paths!”




Our Sacred Stones for today include the following,  Okenite which can be used to help clear away obstacles and teaches us that the universe is filled with unlimited possibilities when allow ourselves to face and adapt to change. It helps us to find our inner strength so that we can finish what we start and helps replace bad habits with good ones. Happy Friday,


We end the week and start the new month with a reminder. In order to embrace “stillness” we must learn to go with the flow and let life unfold. This doesn’t mean that we should quit trying it just means that we should stop fighting against, or struggling with the things life hands us. When we struggle we tend to lose sight of what we want. However by letting things unfold naturally and making adjustments where needed our path is smoother. Find stillness today, be radiant and don’t miss out on what life is offering.

Obstacles: Cat’s Angel Message for January 13, 2019 


January’s Theme: Stay focused on your desires and not your fears or past happenings. Our thoughts  are ready to manifest into reality and by staying focused on what’s positive we lessen the power of the things that we fear.




Obstacles are like wild animals. They are cowards but they will bluff you if they can. If they see you are afraid of them… they are liable to spring upon you; but if you look them squarely in the eye, they will slink out of sight. – Orison Swett Marden




113: Our message today is about obstacles in the form of blessings in disguise. These pesky things can pop anywhere and at any time. The Universe is reminding us that the key to dealing with them lies in our ability to adapt to the changes they bring.  Remember that every obstacle brings a lesson or a series of lessons with it. Some are life lessons and some are karmic lessons. Either way change is always an important component which can bring  new opportunities and personal growth if we are willing to work with it and not fight against it. Shine the light of perspective on the situation and look for that  “one good thing”  to help you get started. Going with the flow and learning to adapt will be your greatest asset now. Our spiritual helpers are here to guide and assist us so ask for help if you need it.




Archangel Michael helps us to find the courage and direction that we need to work through any obstacles that pop up.  He teaches us that we have what it takes to create new things for ourselves as he helps us reach new levels of self confidence. The Ascended Master Kuthumi  encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to set aside things we have no control over. This helps us to adapt to circumstances successfully.  And the Yoruban Goddess Oya embodies the winds of change so that w ecan navigate the obstacles in our way. She says ” My child change must be embraced, not ignored or simply put up with. Allow these changes to inspire and encourage you to transcend your self imposed limitations.”

It’s a BIG Plus: Cat’s Angel Message for January 26, 2018  


January’s Theme: Focus on dreams and goals not your fears or past happenings. Thoughts manifest into reality and through positive focus we lessen the power of the things we fear.


It’s always better not to have too many expectations and to just go with the flow because then it’s always a big plus no matter what happens.

126: It’s easy to get caught up in manifesting the things we want, sometimes in exclusion to everything else. This throws us out of balance and interrupts our PEF (Positive Energy Flow). The PEF is similar to water currents. We send things out and new things return to us. Today our angels are encouraging us to keep up the good work and to remember that balancing our energies creates the PEF that is necessary to open new doors and create new opportunities. Balance can found by using the “Sacred Tools” of faith and thought to help tend to your spiritual needs, which are just as important ,if not more so than the material ones.  Be as water today and learn to go with the flow!


Let’s keep working with the Ascended Master Buddha today. Remember that he shows how to stay balanced in all areas of our lives. The water goddess Coventina teaches us how to be like water and allow the natural flow necessary for overall balance. She also helps with flow of abundance and inspiration and Archangel Uriel helps us to find spiritual understanding. This helps to know ourselves better and assists in the balancing needed to harness our PEF. Our Sacred Stone for today is Chrysanthemum Stone which helps us to find our balance point and maintain it.

I see our thought for today as relating to change. Change is a natural occurrence. Without it transformation does not take place. It also  inspires feelings like worry, fear, excitement and even happiness. Take a page from the book of nature today and go with the flow. By observing nature we gain valuable insights into our own lives. Nature doesn’t fear change, it embraces it!
