Loving Thoughts; Cat’s Angel Message for July 13, 2018

713: Today is about granting ourselves time for  some much needed personal healing. We all have those small places inside where we hide or store things away. The Universe is telling us that it’s time to let the light shine in those places to get the energy moving. Set aside some time to clear and center, feel the sun on your face and hands, indulge in a walking meditation, do some earthing or even  the simple act of eating an orange (citrus scents are mood boosters) can help those peaceful vibes to flow and inspire the mind. Look for ways that will support and help you on your path to personal growth. Open your divine connection and ask for assistance or guidance. Listen to your intuition and pay attention to your dreams, many of the answers you seek dwell in these realms.




Archangel Zadkiel helps us to heal by teaching us to forgive. This is essential to healing the heart and making room for compassion for ourselves and for others. The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides all forms of healing and she helps all who ask. She promotes feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark places within and the Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin tells us  “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart and spirit.”




Our Sacred Stone for today is Moss Agate. This gentle stone helps us to connect to nature and the earth which is essential for the ground-clear-center process that we are working on today.

Releasing The Emotional Charge: Cat’s Angel Message for May 14, 2018 


 May Theme: This month will bring change. While change sometimes feels scary, it is a necessary thing for our overall growth. Be willing to embrace it and allow it to happen naturally and get ready for better things.




Learn to become still. And to take your attention away from what you don’t want, and all the emotional charge around it, and place your attention on what you wish to experience. – Michael Beckwith




514: Grounding, clearing and centering is important to our emotional, mental and spiritual health. There are no rules on how often it should be done. But sometimes we need to perform this more often due to stress, major upheavals or changes. Since we are currently working with changes the Angels are telling us that now might be a good time. This 3 step process helps to keep us balanced and promotes peace and harmony within ourselves and with the Universe. Now that the weather is warmer I suggest “earthing”. Going barefoot in the garden or grass is a wonderful way get grounded and to connect with the energy of Mother Earth. Allow yourself to “root” into the earth and just release, feel the sun on your face and let healing begin!




Ascended Master El Morya can help if you have trouble with grounding yourself. He gently helps us in putting aside our worries and cares. Archangel Michael can remove all psychic hooks, lines and cords that have been attached to your energy field. By simply asking him to do this is frees up your energy and promotes balance and sense of great peace and the Celtic Goddess Nemetona who teaches us that nature is the best place to recharge, she says ” I am the spirit of the sacred grove. I invite you to worship in my temple and feel the heartbeat of nature. This communion can heal a weary and battered soul and replenish your spirit with hope and divine peace.”




Our Sacred Stones are Moss Agate which enhances and strengthens our connection to the earth and Amethyst which is associated with Michael. Amethyst is a powerful protective stone and it gets you connected with Archangel Michael. It will also calm and quiet internal chatter and “monkey mind”, which in turn enables us to relax and allow the grounding and balancing to take place.

Life Is too Short For Stress: Cat’s Angel Message for April 6, 2018 


 April Theme:  We are being challenged to change ourselves. You have the power to make things happen and the Universe is on your side.

46:  Today’s world can be a stressful place. One filled with changes and energies that impact us as well as our loved ones. Today we are reminded of the April Theme of challenges and change. When we feel overwhelmed by what life throws our way, big or small,  take a moment to just breathe and then ask our Angels for help. Our Spiritual Helpers want what best for us and can help us with the things that bring peace to ourselves and to our loved ones. Part of the challenge is our willingness to help ourselves. Our helpers can’t do it all for us so we need to do our part to assist the angels by getting our stress levels down, yoga, meditation, dance and letting go of things that no longer serve our highest good . Letting go of stress allows us to reclaim our power and infuse our lives with new energy!




Archangel Zadkiel teaches us to hold compassion for ourselves and for others. This can help to reduce our stress levels, the Greek Goddess Iris, Lady of Rainbows, helps us to find the calm in the storm. She is the bringer of hope and she gently surrounds us with an all will be well energy,  and Laughing Buddha (Maitreya) helps us to keep our sense of humor during difficult times. He teaches us that being able to laugh reduces stress and creates positive flow.




Our Sacred Stones for today include Moss Agate which can help to replenish and refresh your soul and to release fear and deep seated stress and Chrysoprase to relieves stress as it promotes hope and draws our attention to more positive events.

Forgiveness Heals: Cat’s Angel Message for March 15, 2018

Forgiveness … is the finishing of old business that allows us to experience the present, free of contamination from the past. – Joan Borysenko




 315: Ever so often it becomes necessary to release old outdated feelings/ emotions, thoughts and patterns. Every little bit we release helps us to initiate and create positive change. This clears the way so that we can receive new and wonderful things. Sometimes it feels like the universe has given us too much to handle and negativity rears its ugly head. This reaction is normal (don’t worry) just don’t allow yourself to get bogged down in it.Today the Ascended Masters are advising us to learn from our past mistakes and experiences. Look for the lessons in them, then let them go and move on using them as  stepping stone to the next level. If you need help ask the masters for guidance, they will help!




 


Archangel Zadkiel shows us that forgiveness is essential to the letting go process. Angel Gadiel helps us to release negativity and provides direction. The Hindu God Ganesh teaches us that our barriers are quite often self imposed. He tells us “Never be afraid to move forward or to let go of what no longer serves you or brings you joy.” While doing this may seem difficult or even impossible you effort will produce  beneficial cleansing and healing.






Our Sacred Stone for today is Moss Agate.  This gentle stone  promotes new beginnings and helps us to release the blocks that are keeping us from moving forward.

713: The Ascended Masters have taken the last few days off, however they are stepping in today help us with some much needed personal healing.  We all have those small places inside where we hide or store things away. It’s time to let the light shine in those places to get the energy moving. Set aside some time to clear and center. Sun on your face and hands, earthing or even eating an orange (citrus scents are mood boosters) can help those peaceful vibes to flow. Open your divine connection and ask the Ascended Masters and Divine Feminine Archetypes to surround you with loving energy to help heal those small places inside.


Mother Mary provides all forms of healing and she helps all who ask. She promotes feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark places within. Saint John of God can help banish all forms of pessimistic attitudes. His happy energy helps us to find both joy and laughter and relieves anxiety and even depression.
