Thought for the Day: July 21, 2017 “Just Let It Go”

Well we have finally made it to Friday and the weekend. It’s time to let go of the upsets and annoyances, ground, center and clear. With the new moon coming up on Sunday (5:46 am EST) it’s the perfect time for a little self care before the new cycle starts. Do what you need to do to get yourself back into balance and harmony. Remember… you are a wonderful, amazing being who is worthy of all the blessings the universe has to offer!

629:  Our collaboration with Spirit and the Angels teaches us that we are powerful creators in our own right. While we  receive assistance and guidance people, the Universe and through opportunities , in reality WE are the creating force that ultimately makes things happen.The combination of faith and confidence boosts our manifestation power and is the driving force that helps us to create a new reality. Today the Angels are asking us to embrace and acknowledge our divine partnership and our innate power to create for ourselves. Remember, if you can dream it, you can do it!

Since this is more of a day of “gratitude” we are not working with any specific Angels or Ascended Masters today. Choose your favorite or simply offer thanks to the Creator Spirit. Choose an angelic communication stone like Angelite, Celestite, Moldavite or try Kunzite to create a balanced partnership and open your heart center more fully to Divine love.

It’s Monday…. welcome to  a new week!


Summer is starting off with a vengeance and high temps will be the norm for a while. As desert dwellers we know that it’s essential to stay cool and hydrated.


Our thought for the day involves another form of keeping cool. I’ve been noticing that people are more combative recently and it takes very little to get them fired up. While this may have some to do with the hot weather it seems to be more of an attitude. By allowing someone to bait us into an argument we are essentially handing our power and control over to them. Just like in anything else you have a choice, in this case it’s to either engage or walk away. Remember…. attendance is not mandatory.

Happy Wednesday!


Time is a valuable thing, we all have it and we all spend it. It is in truth like a coin that we carry in our pocket. But it’s how we spend it that matters. Do you willingly spend it on things of your choosing or do you allow someone else to spend it for you?  By spending our time on the things and people that matter most to us we send our energy out and it comes back to us. It is fulfilling and it replenishes the “coins” we have in our pocket. However, if we allow someone else to spend it for us it stops us dead in our tracks and we are depleted and our power is  diminished. So ask yourself………. “How will I spend my coin today?”
