Thought For The Day: Oct. 16, 2017 ” New Week”

Happy Monday,

We’re kicking of the new week with a reminder about perspective. It’s so easy to allow things that happened last week carry over into this one. Each new week is a new cycle where we can start fresh. Let go of what didn’t work for you last week and move on, using what did work to  help you move forward. Remember, if we enter a new week believing that things will be bad then they will be. However, by taking an optimistic view we can create a whole new story where we can achieve overall success.

Happy Monday and welcome to a new week!

It sure feel like fall here and our mountains have even received a little snow. The leaves are changing and the cats are getting their “fat” cold weather fur and want to snuggle more. I love autumn!

Our Thought for the day is just a reminder about blessings. Our lives are filled with them, some we see right away while others suddenly hit us with a ‘WOW! How did that happen?” moment. being able to see the blessings in our lives is really about perspective. Good or bad it colors the way we see things. The key is to not close yourself off (fear and stress can be a big factor). Approach each day with an attitude of wonder and expectancy. Look for the little things, they create bigger things and before you know it you are seeing awesome stuff everywhere!

Thought For The Day: Sept. 11, 2017 “It’s An Imperfect World”

Wouldn’t it be great if everything was perfect?  Our job, our relationships, the world, people including ourselves. Well dream on baby because nothing in life is perfect. Each seemingly “perfect” thing comes with it’s own set of imperfections and  quite often we allow these things to to make us unhappy. By letting go of the expectation of “perfection” the world opens up before us. This can reduce stress, promote inner peace and even help us to be happier. Sometimes it’s the imperfect things that are the most beautiful, endearing or fulfilling. Afterall, there is no such thing as the perfect life, there is just life. It our perspective of it that’s important.

It’s About Perspective: Cat’s Angel Message for August 19, 2017  

August Theme: Prosperity- Abundance- Creative Problem Solving 

I wept because I had no shoes until I met a man who had no feet.  ~ Persian Proverb

819: The Universe provides us with everything that we need to make our lives happy and successful. We have access to higher assistance as well as our own inner guidance system. By doing our best to keep things in a positive perspective and by living in gratitude we can both manifest and create a better life for ourselves and our loved ones. Today the angels are reminding us to stay focused on our goals because it will broaden our outlook and propel us forward into the life we want. Remember, we are all worthy of good things and by working together with the Universe we create a win-win situation!

Archangel Sandalphon delivers our prayers and requests to Spirit as well as the angels and ascended masters who are best suited to help us. His energy is gentle and very subtle and he speaks to us most often through music. Since we are working toward the New Moon on Monday call on the Greek goddess/ascended master Artemis to help you feel more comfortable accessing and listening to your inner guidance system. Our stone for today is Blue Quartz which promotes happiness and well being as it enhances our self reliance.

Happy Friday, another week is almost complete!


We all experience failures, except that failure isn’t the right word. Let’s think of them as “temporary setbacks”! Setbacks can actually be a good thing. They help us find our courage and strength. They can also help us to find a better way to do things. If you have reading my posts for awhile then you know I talk about perspective…… alot. So much of what we experience in life involves how we actually see and relate to things. People fear failure and sometimes it keeps them from trying again or at all. So enter the “temporary setback” which doesn’t sound so scary does it? This change of perspective can encourage us to try again and opens creative avenues so that we can make things happen. It will make you realize that you are  stronger than you thought!

Happy Monday, welcome to a new week!


As children we saw the world as a place of wonder. It was magical and filled with fun and exciting things. By the time we grow up we have lost much of the magic and wonder that we had as children. Do you ever wish that you could recapture those feelings? The truth is that our magic and wonder isn’t lost, it has simply been packed away. Today I invite you to unpack that dusty box, allow yourself a change of perspective and embrace the magic and wonder today (and every day) holds!

628: As we prepare to enter the last days of June we are given a gentle reminder about keeping faith in ourselves and in Spirit. Strengthen your belief that miracles happen and that problems are illusions that we can work around.  Use your powers of perspective today and see things in a positive light even if things don’t quite work out as planned. Remember that when things don’t our way we can still find that ONE good thing that came of it and use it as a starting point to keep us moving forward!


Since we are working with faith today Ascended Masters like Buddha, Jesus and Aine can show us the way to increase faith on all levels. If you need help with solving problems that crop up as Archangel Uriel can help us find the additional information we need to make the best decision possible. Our Sacred Stone for today is Green Calcite which promotes Divine flow into your life with both ease and harmony.
