1114: Our message today combines the power of positive thought with self care. We know that it’s hard to be positive all the time, and this is normal. We all slip occasionally and it’s okay! The thing about negative thought patterns is that by holding on to them it can cause self harm through lack of self care. The Universe is telling us that our self care is important because if we are unable to help ourselves first we won’t be able to help those who need us. Did you know that you can turn a negative statement into a positive one by eliminating the words “IF”= That’s never going to happen and “BUT”= I lack faith and self confidence, from your positive thought vocabulary? Replace If with WHEN and But with HOWEVER and it will give your statement a positive push. If you are having trouble with being or staying positive take the time to ground-center-clear and remember to breathe. Ask the universe to help you and let yourself be open to the assistance that is waiting for you.

Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. 119: Our power of positive thought will be tested today. The key to overcoming this lies in our ability to set negativity in it’s place and move forward. Do your best to keep it at a distance and walk away from negative situations and people if possible. This goes hand in hand with the change and transformation going on in our lives. During times of change it seems that we are more susceptible to getting caught in negative webs, so take the necessary precautions to avoid these traps, even if it means walking away, setting things aside or letting something go altogether. We are also being reminded to look for at least one good thing in every situation because small successes and triumphs are stepping stones. . There is always something that you can use to continue building the life you want. Are you aware of your body’s wisdom? Our bodies usually know us better than our minds do. If you have a decision to make, consult your body before making a final choice.
Reflect on an option before you and then pay attention to your body. Are you breathing deeply or barely at all? Are your muscles tense or relaxed? Is your energy blocked or flowing?
Your body knows what it likes and it feels good when it’s happy. As your body is the source of your vitality, your motivation, your inspiration and enthusiasm and most importantly, your intuition, it’s best to get that part of you on-side if you are venturing into a new activity.
