This balance is essential because by helping others we ultimately help ourselves. When we are balanced we find that we are filled with joy and inner peace. 315: Every so often it becomes necessary to acknowledge the things that no longer work for us. This includes releasing old and outdated feelings, emotions, thoughts, habits, and patterns. This reaction is normal (don’t worry)!
