121:  In today’s society it seems that we have more responsibilities and things that require our energy, money and time. It’s easy to become overwhelmed which can cause us to weighted down with worry and fear about everything from the future to finances. When we allow these things to take hold it overrides our positive thoughts and energies as well as blocking our forward progress. Our angels are reminding us today of how powerful our thoughts really are. We are responsible for how our lives turn out and how we think, react and see things plays a BIG part in that. The angels know that we have it in us to accomplish great things so they asking us to do our best at keeping our thoughts aligned with our dreams and goals. They are always available to help us and all we need to do is ask. Have faith in the Universe and in yourself. Above all remember to have patience  and nurture the  believe that you are worthy of great things. 120: There’s an old saying that goes ‘seeing is believing”. It’s true….. but not always. When we send our thoughts and intentions out into the universe we must have faith in what we cannot see. Today, our angels are asking us to believe in and have faith in the unseen. Our requests have been heard and the wheels are in motion. As we wait for these changes to take place remember to be patient and to work on new skills. These skills will be necessary as these new paths open up before us. Hematite also brings mental clarity through focus and concentration which is essential letting go process which accompanies change.

119: When we enter into a new year we experience both endings and beginnings. Our lives are made up of  these cycles as well. There is an old saying the “When one door closes another one opens.” The Universe is asking us to take that to heart today. By maintaining an optimistic outlook and our sense of adventure  we can navigate these revolving cycles with ease. Each new cycle bring opportunities and blessings that help us to lead better and more fulfilling lives. 118: Today is a day of checks and balances.  We are being asked to perform a Self-Check of our balance between giving and receiving. This is an important part of our self care routine because tipping the scales in either direction can cause us (and others) harm. By giving away too much of ourselves stress levels skyrocket and we become drained and tired. If we receive or take too much from others, not only do we drain them but our energy changes from positive and loving to needy and greedy. The Universe is asking us to perform this necessary balance check and if you are tipping the scales in either direction take time to ground and center then make the adjustments to free up and even out your energy flow. This will help to open the doors to new things that you might miss out on otherwise. Remember, staying balanced means that you have more energy to create your dreams and goals.




Archangel Michael provides us with direction and the courage that we need to keep ourselves on the right track. The Ascended Master Buddha teaches valuable lessons about balance and moderation. He understands that there IS such a thing as “too much of a good thing” and it is through moderation that we achieve balance. Our Sacred Stone for today is Garnet. This deep red stone helps us to let go of old, outdated and harmful ideas, and patterns. This is important to achieving overall balance as we sometimes do things just because we can and have been allowed to get away with it. Garnet also promotes balance by helping to clear and re-energize the chakras.

117:  We are the masters of our destiny’s  and the creator of our own reality. While this may sound cliche…. it’s also the truth. All the work we’ve done and  the changes we have made and are making are starting to pay off and the Universe is encouraging us to stick to our path. 115:  The new year just like any new cycle brings new beginnings and change. The key to embracing change lies in how we deal with it. The truth is that change is necessary for our overall growth, although to often we see change as a scary monster which should be avoided. When dealing with change we can either fight against it or work with it. Struggling with change keeps us from growing (emotionally, mentally, spiritually) and creates unneeded stress which can keep us from achieving our desired dreams and goals. Holding grudges or unforgiving thoughts about yourself or others also keeps us from moving forward and our angels are asking us to let these things go. 113: Our message today is about obstacles in the form of blessings in disguise. These pesky things can pop anywhere and at any time. The Universe is reminding us that the key to dealing with them lies in our ability to adapt to the changes they bring.  Remember that every obstacle brings a lesson or a series of lessons with it. 112:  Winter is a time of introspection. By looking within we gain knowledge and insights of who we are, who we want to be and where we want to go. This helps to clear the pathways and makes it possible for the letting go of old habits. This is the first step to initiating personal growth. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy when it comes to these old habits. While they may “feel” comfortable the truth is that we hold onto these things because we are afraid of change or fear of failure.  Remember, we can’t grow if we refuse to accept the changes that are offered.
