1213: As the holidays draw near we often find ourselves fighting with stress and anxiety which can be created through negative emotions and relationships, both ours and those of others. They bog down our energy which halts our forward momentum and blocks our creative power. For those who are struggling, we are being reminded that help and support are available by turning our emotional stress, fears, and worries over to the Universe. By letting go and simply letting things be we feel better and we gain clarity and perspective. Invite your creative mind to come forward as this effectively promotes communication, improves our overall mood, and opens us to new ideas as it stabilizes our energy. Ask for divine help when needed and don’t forget to ground, clear, and center. Above all know that you are loved and cared for and let inner peace be your friend.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By surrounding yourself with loving energy you can find the peace you need to deal with off-color moments. He teaches us that loving self-care allows us the choice of removing ourselves from negative people and situations.

The Egyptian goddess Bastet (Bast) is not only associated with cats both large and small she is also a goddess of protection and of things that bring pleasure to the senses. In her role as protector, she tells us “Never be afraid to stand up for yourself or move in the direction you know is right. Remember the importance of setting boundaries. This helps you to take control of your life”

Amethyst is a powerful protector that helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the decision making process by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement. Amethyst is also associated with Archangel Michael. It calms and quiets internal chatter and “monkey mind”, which in turn enables us to relax and allow grounding and balancing to take place which helps us to focus.

Cavansite. This stone helps to guide us through major life changes as well as helping us learn from past experiences so that we don’t make the same mistakes/choices again. It also helps us to retain information that applies to spiritual growth. Cavansite helps to promote new ideas and can be used in conjunction with the Third Eye or brow chakra.

Dalmation Stone. This light hearted stone is a combination of quartz, Microline, and black tourmaline. It instills feelings of safety as it helps us to reconnect with our playful side which is important to our emotional health and it transforms outdated thinking during times when we feel stuck and enables our forward progress by encouraging a fresh perspective This stone also promotes grounding and enhances our connection to Mother Earth.It reminds us that we are a part of her as well as being spiritual beings on a very human journey.

If you find yourself a little short on clarity and focus just let allow your creative mind to take charge. Remember that creativity helps to open the avenues to divine communication. This sky blue stone also helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what we really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.

Pietersite (Tempest stone) helps us to work through beliefs and conditioning imposed upon us by others. It opens our intuitive connection and creates a link to a loving level of guidance.  129:  Today’s message revolves around “service” to others. While some people do big things in a big way most of us do small things in small ways. No matter which category you fall into both will make a difference to the people around us. It’s really not how much you do but what you do that matters. Simply by helping just one person, you are making a difference and it creates a chain reaction as people pass it on. Ways of being of service vary just like our paths do so never let someone else tell you your way of doing it, or path for that matter is wrong. If you need Divine clarification or help ask for it and be open to receiving an answer. Use your intuition as a guide as it will always lead you in the right direction. You know what you need to do and when so if it feels right then go for it!

. Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. This is essential to the letting go and letting it be processes as it allows our hearts and minds to make room and teaches us to just breathe and embrace compassion which in turn makes room for new growth. The Egyptian Goddess Nuit (Nut) represents the sky and the cosmos. She is a mother goddess, a life-giver. She teaches us the importance of nurturing those in our care with patience and love. As a cosmic goddess she reminds us of our divine place in the Universe and while we may feel small and insignificant the truth is far different. She says” Rejoice in your own power. It is love and patience that allow you to shape the world and make you a creator in your own right. You do not need to have born a child to be a mother this essence lives within all. Embrace it and send it to those around you.”

Maintaining this balance is important so it’s a good time for a self-check. If you are tipping the scales in either direction make the necessary mental adjustments to ensure that the energy flow remains in your favor. (The key is in remembering that it’s NEED and not WANT that generates divine assistance.) If you find yourself lagging take some time to ground and center. Today’s Message: Setting Things In Motion

124:  Yesterday the Universe reminded us of the importance of making room. Remember, the key is to clear away what you no longer need in order to make room for new growth and blessings. (ventures, projects, relationships, opportunities etc.) Keep this month’s theme in mind and pay attention to repetitive thoughts and ideas as they will show you the way to success. It will also clarify the areas that need your immediate attention. Have faith in yourself and listen to your inner guidance as well. You know what’s best for you and only you can set those wheels in motion. Today the Universe is sending us a gentle reminder. If we need new ideas, a boost of courage or help to find our way, we just need to ask!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

 Archangel Jeremiel helps us to make positive life choices. He understands that it’s hard for us to let go of people and situations even though they are holding us back or causing us unintended stress, drama or harm. Jeremiel can help ease these transitions and reminds us that concern about change is normal. Ask him to help you see your path clearly and to assist you in taking the necessary steps to embrace your future.

 The Ascended Master, Saint Padre Pio, keeps us on the path of spiritual and personal growth. As we continue to grow so do our abilities like intuition, compassion, and seeing through the eyes of love. His energy is strong and optimistic which helps to boost our faith and confidence.

The Hindu Goddess Lakshmi teaches us that good things happen when we embrace the world with a grateful and appreciative heart. She tells us ” You are worthy of so many wonderful things but first you must get out of your own way! Let me help you to clear the way so that these gifts can be given to you. Make room and feel the lightness it creates within your spirit.”

Desert Rose (Selenite). These beautiful stone “flowers” help to increase our understanding of our own personal value in the universal plan. It dissolves outdated self-imposed programming and helps us to replace it with new ideas and self perspective

Moonstone, the stone of new beginnings, reminds us that all things are a part of the cycle of change  This beautiful, watery stone helps to navigate the cycles of change and calms our emotions. Gently encouraging creative thinking and creative problem solving as it brings our intuitive skills forward, promoting control and confidence so these skills become more familiar and easier to access. It also provides emotional healing by helping to stabilize the emotions and draw out old emotional patterns

Okenite helps clear away obstacles and teaches us the important lesson that the universe is filled with unlimited possibilities when we allow ourselves to face and adapt to change. It helps us to find our inner strength so that we can finish what we start

Today’s Message: Making Room

123:  Today the Universe is sending us a very clear message regarding personal manifestation. “In order to receive new blessings (opportunities, relationships, enlightenment, etc.) you need to make room. You do this by simplifying your life and letting go of the things and people who are leeching away at your energy, time, or, resources. If something no longer brings you joy or is  not for your highest good it’s time to cut the cords.” The letting go process is necessary for our overall growth as well as helping to pave the way for the good things that the Universe is sending our direction. While this process can be difficult it’s definitely worthwhile. Once you start this process you will see and feel a major shift in your energy and you will feel more empowered.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Chamuel helps us in creating and maintaining strong and loving relationships. While this includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature, it helps our relationships with others as well. Ask him to help you create an atmosphere of peace, love, and togetherness. His goal is to help us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution.

The Himalayan Ascended Master Babaji helps us to achieve the personal and spiritual growth necessary for the letting go process. He assists us in detaching ourselves from both material things and things that no longer serve us. He teaches us that letting go is a form of simplifying your life. It frees your energy so that you can work on what’s important so that new blessings can be received.

The Hindu Mother Goddess Durga teaches us how to create boundaries and maintain them as well as protecting ourselves from the negative or controlling energy of others. She says:  ” Personal boundaries are important to your well-being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self-assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Orange Calcite helps us to embrace our own power and the abilities we possess while eliminating self-defeating thinking. It also helps to balance the emotions and calm our fears so that we can work through problems and temporary setbacks so we may reach our full potential. It helps to dissolve problems and insecurities that can arise when we are faced with new opportunities.

Chiastolite (aka Cross Stone or Andalusite) promotes the creative problem solving process. It enables us to release things that are no longer relevant to our current path and dispels any guilt we may have when we leave things behind. It helps us to make the necessary changes that will bring harmony to conflicts that arise when we blaze new trails that others were not expecting or able to control.

  Soft colored Lepidolite helps us by filtering away distractions and obsessive thinking so that we can focus on more important things. It soothes and heals stress and reminds us to just breathe.
