46:  Today’s world can be a stressful place. One filled with changes and energies that impact us as well as our loved ones. Today we are reminded of the April Theme of challenges and change. When we feel overwhelmed by what life throws our way, big or small, take a moment to just breathe and then ask our Angels for help. Our Spiritual Helpers want what best for us and can help us with the things that bring peace to ourselves and to our loved ones. Part of the challenge is our willingness to help ourselves. Our helpers can’t do it all for us so we need to do our part to assist the angels by getting our stress levels down, yoga, meditation, dance, and letting go of things that no longer serve our highest good. Letting go of stress allows us to reclaim our power and infuse our lives with new energy!




Today’s Spiritual Helpers include:


Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. This is essential to letting go and letting it be processes as it allows our hearts and minds to make room and teaches us to just breathe and embrace compassion which makes room for new growth. This is one of the best self-healing practices and gifts that we can give ourselves.


The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self-care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go of stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s the right direction.


The Greek Goddess Iris, Lady of Rainbows, helps us to find the calm in the storm. She is the bringer of hope and she gently surrounds us with an all will be well energy. She says, ” While there is beauty and clarity found in turbulence remember not to let these storms become a destructive flood. Look for the light and use it to ascend to a higher level of thought.”

 Moss Agate. This gentle stone promotes new beginnings and can help release the blocks that are keeping us from moving forward. It attracts new forms of abundance and teaches us how to channel our energy in new, creative ways. Often referred to as the gardener’s stone Moss Agate helps us connect to nature, the earth, and our own inner garden as well. Carry it with you or wear it during times of new growth.


Green Calcite also helps to create harmony which allows us to dissolve rigid beliefs and outdated programming. It promotes mental balance, aids in communication and gently helps us to let go of the things that no longer serve us which helps us to draw the good things into our lives that encourage growth.

( Calcite can also be used to promote the balance of your chakras. When our chakras are in balance it’s easier to live the attitude of gratitude.)


Chrysocolla. This powerful blue-green stone helps us during periods of change and challenging times. It brings smooth transitions and helps us to accept change with serenity and calm. It helps us to be more self-aware and promotes self-confidence that inspires both creativity and motivation.

45:  In previous messages, we’ve talked about how change is necessary for our overall growth. Unwillingness to embrace change not only keeps us from growing, but it also keeps us from moving forward and fulfilling our dreams and goals. Our energy becomes blocked and all the wonderful things that the Universe is trying to send us doesn’t arrive. How we view change lies in our perception of it. There are two choices, fear change or see change as a new adventure. Today is a reminder to embrace the changes that life is offering. The Universe is asking us to have faith in ourselves, our helpers and our human support system. Ask for help, courage, and strength and they will be there for you. The changes that you make will be a good thing and will benefit all areas of your life. Be bold and embrace these changes head-on!

43: Everyone needs a loving support system, which consists of friends and family and right now this is so very important. However, we also have help in the Divine realms in the form of the angels, the ascended masters or our patron Goddess/God. By sharing our hopes, dreams, fears or even grief with our support systems the wheels begin to turn and things are set in motion. it brings us renewed energy, peace and healing. We then find that we are able to work the small miracles that enrich our lives as well as being able to appreciate the tiny miracles that occur on a daily level.  The Universe is also encouraging us to take a look at both lifestyle and home. Ask yourself what changes you can make that will bring more balance, peace and good vibes into your situation and environment.

42: There are times when life is difficult or things just aren’t going our way. When this happens we can lose faith in ourselves, the world or with the divine. Everyone goes through this, we are only human after all. When we feel negative we tend to draw that kind of energy to us so it’s important to recognize and acknowledge it and then do our best to nip it in the bud. Today the Angels are reminding us that they are here and that our prayers have been heard. “Do not be discouraged. Have both faith and patience and embrace a calmness of spirit. This will help you generate the self-love and compassion that is needed right now.”  If you find yourself bogged down with fear, worry or negative energy try one of the following: smudge yourself with sage, go outside and ground yourself, meditate or engage in a calming activity. This self-care will help to clear your energy field as well as your mind.

Fear cannot be banished, but it can be calm and without panic; it can be mitigated by reason and evaluation. – Vannevar Bush




41:  April starts with a reminder about watching our thoughts. This goes hand in hand with yesterday’s message about “the whirlpool of worry”.  Do your best to stay focused on what you want to accomplish and on the things that are within your control, and hold love and faith in your heart. This combination will help to draw peace and calm into your life. Even when things don’t quite go your way look for one positive thing that came of it, there will always be at least one. Now take that “one thing” and add it to the foundation you are using to build your hopes and dreams on. This step by step process ensures that you will make things happen. Remember, negativity happens (it’s normal!) be sure to acknowledge the source (don’t ignore it). Learning where it comes from helps us to open and grow and allows us more freedom to be the creator we are meant to be.

331:  It’s normal for us to think about the future and what it holds for us. Too often though we find ourselves getting caught in the “whirlpool of worry”. We spin round and round agonizing over what “might ” happen. ( What if?- Should I?- I want to…. but…) Thinking about and planning for the future is a good thing, however excessive worrying about it is counterproductive. It saps our resources and energy that we could be investing in something else. Today is the last day of March which means the end of a cycle. Your future is an adventure so be bold and take that first step (even if it’s a small one). Release your worries to the Universe and avoid the “whirlpool” by taking things a day at a time, have faith and let things fall into place!

330:  Have you ever noticed that sometimes it’s hard to admit that we need help? It happens…..you know it does! While being self-sufficient is a good thing there are times when we just can’t do it alone. The refusal to ask for or accept help is born out of pride and ego. While these things are good in small doses we have to know when to put them on the shelf when they get in the way. Sometimes all we need is someone to listen and sometimes we need a little more. Remember, there is absolutely no shame in asking for help. You can start with the Angels and the Ascended Masters, they are always available (I always ask Archangel Michael, he’s my go-to guy!) and ready to assist you in anything that brings peace to you and your loved ones.

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. 329: Today’s number revolves around our “life mission”. Your life mission is essentially an area where you feel compelled to serve. While some do big things in a big way, most of us do small things in small ways. Both make a difference to the people around us. The truth is that it’s not about how much you do but what you do that matters. Simply by helping just one person you are making a difference, and by helping others we help ourselves in the process. This creates a chain reaction as people pass it on. Life missions vary just like paths do, so never let someone else tell you your mission (or path is wrong). You know what you need to do. It also harmonizes our energies on all levels as this balance and strengthens our knowledge of self. 328: Prosperity and abundance come in many forms and is more than just money. Too often people focus on money or material things instead of seeing the whole picture. The truth is that people who focus on every day “tiny miracles” and live in gratitude are happier and more at peace and it is up to us to recognize and acknowledge the true forms of prosperity and abundance when they arrive. Today the Ascended Masters are reminding us that we live in the flow of Divine abundance. It surrounds everything we do and it’s important to be aware of our prosperity on all levels. 327: Spring is the season of new beginnings, new growth, and change, all of which is are integral parts of our path. So how do you know if you are on the right path and headed in the right direction? First of all, remember that everyone’s path is unique and you are truly the only one who knows what’s best for you. Walking your path involves courage, trust in Spirit, ourselves and our own inner magick. We are being reminded that our intuition is a valuable gift. We are all able to discern right from wrong, what feels right and what doesn’t and what brings us joy. Now add to that your intuitive gifts and you’ll find your path and new paths opening up before you. If you are unsure of your next “step” take some time to think about or meditate on where you want to be and then move forward making the necessary adjustments as you go. Allow yourself to move forward with confidence, set your intentions high and know that the Universe is there to help you.
