Today’s Message: Talking To Ourselves

714: The power of positive thought comes up quite frequently in our daily messages. The Universe knows that it’s hard for us to be optimistic all the time. There are days that…….. well there are just THOSE days. We all have them and that’s normal. The key lies in our ability to acknowledge our negative feelings and then move past them. Remember that you can turn a negative statement into a positive one by substituting words. By eliminating the words “IF” ( that’s never going to happen) and “BUT” (I lack faith and self-confidence) from your thought vocabulary you can change the intent. Replace “If” with WHEN (I know it will happen) and “But” with HOWEVER (I have faith and patience). This will give momentum to your manifestation process. Our Divine helpers are telling us that by making these small changes we will become more empowered with strength and confidence.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. This is a reminder that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp and by taking the time to “smell the roses” the attitude of gratitude flows more easily.

The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power and helps us find the energy we need to keep going and rise above negative experiences and thought patterns. This gives us the skills we need to strengthen our personal boundaries so that we can be and stay strong in situations where we need to be.

The Greek Goddess Iris, Lady of Rainbows, sheds the prism of hope on stormy emotions. She brings feelings of calm and all-will-be-well energy. Iris tells us ” While there is beauty and clarity found in turbulence remember not to let these storms become a destructive flood. Look for the light and use it to ascend to a higher level of thought.”

Pink Kunzite is a feel-good stone that helps us to go with the flow. It brings feelings of peace as it connects us to universal love as it removes obstacles from our path and promotes communication on all levels.

Today’s Message: Helping Yourself Heal

713: We all have those small places inside where we hide or store the things that have brought us pain, anger, or sadness. Today the Universe is telling us “It’s time to let the healing light shine in those places and get the energy moving.” Set aside a little time each day to clear and center, feel the sun on your face and hands, indulge in walking meditation, do some earthing or even the simple act of eating an orange (citrus scents are mood boosters) can help those peaceful vibes to flow and inspire the mind. Look for ways that will support and help you on your path to personal healing and growth. Listen to your intuition and pay attention to your dreams, many of the answers you seek dwell in these realms. The important thing is to release these things and let your healing take place.

Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. 712: Every day we receive messages from both internal and external sources. These messages can range from mundane to life-changing and can be heard, felt, seen, or experienced. However, there are times when we get busy and ignore the nudges and information sent our way. Today, the Angels are asking us to pay attention. Spirit speaks to us through repetitive thoughts and ideas. They come through music, from the people around us, and from visual clues. Be aware of your surroundings and your reactions to them and listen for your inner voice. The information that you receive will help you to improve something in your life so stay open and focused on the present. Don’t allow yourself to tune out or turn off as you may miss something important.

Archangel Uriel can help us to overcome obstacles by showing us where the solutions are that will lead to our success. 711: Today we continue our acknowledgment of gratitude and the role it plays in our personal journey. Through the power of positive thought, we are able to manifest some pretty amazing things. Sometimes the results are visible and sometimes they’re not. However, by getting the proverbial ball rolling and through our continued efforts to move forward we know that it’s simply a matter of time before we see tangible proof of the results. The Angels are letting us know how proud they are of what we have accomplished so far. The key is to gratefully acknowledge the tiny miracles when they arrive because over time they will complete the manifestation process.

 Archangel Gabriel helps us to access our inner wisdom and shows us how it can guide and inspire us. Gabriel also teaches us the importance of communication on all levels. She says “Feel the pulse of earth beneath your feet and feel the sun upon your face. Draw upon them to enhance your power as you help the tides of fate to weave your destiny.”

Citrine. This happy and sunny crystal draws abundance and brings our self-confidence forward. Throughout the year we do a lot of work that involves positive thoughts and intentions which sets the groundwork for the blessings that lie ahead. This is one of the occasions where it’s beneficial to look back and simply take in the good things that have happened to us and for us recently. Offering thanks for what you have received dusts off the Welcome mat and opens the door for the new blessings headed your way. By believing in yourself and that you are worthy of receiving these blessings you will continue to pave your path with hope, joy, and tons of sparkles!

The Angels are letting us know that we are on the right path and by following our intuition and the divine guidance that is sent we are better able to help others as we continue to navigate our path. You are making a difference in your world through the choices that you make and honesty, truth, and personal integrity.

78: Staying balanced is always a work in progress and it is something that is essential to our overall growth, happiness, and emotional wellbeing. It also has a direct effect as we create our path through life and our own spirituality. This balance helps us to focus and see clearly the things that truly matter and put things like material gain and ego into perspective. Today the Universe is reminding us that balance starts with gratitude and it’s a good time to do a little path maintenance. If you’ve been slacking and letting weeds grow on your path then it’s time to get started. It’s easier and less “stress-full” to clear as we go instead of putting it off and becoming overwhelmed.

Today’s Message: Healthy Boundaries

 77: We know from past readings that our path is unique. We also know that we are the only ones who know the scope of our dreams and what we need to be fulfilled. Today, the angels are giving us a little advice. “Stand your ground where your path is concerned.” There will always be people, including loved ones, who will try to push you in a different direction. This can happen for various reasons like fear, greed, or simply because they think they know what’s best for you. If you know with every fiber of your being that your path doesn’t go in that direction bless the situation with love and keep moving forward. The key is to honor their concern for you, by sifting through the information, considering what has merit and filing away or discarding the rest.

Eulite (Hypersthene) helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Eulite is also useful for building solid relationships which are necessary for the manifestation process and our personal evolution.

  Howlite helps us to formulate our plans to and achieve our ambitions and goals. It helps us to communicate these things in a calm and reasonable manner and tempers this with patience. Howlite also creates a link to the universal realms and prepares the mind to receive guidance.

Creating balance in all areas of our lives helps us to keep our eyes on the prize. ~Cat

Today’s Message: Firm Balance

76: Maintaining our balance is one of the essential keys to navigating our path. Today we are being asked to perform a balance check today in two areas: giving / receiving and spiritual / material. There are times when we get so preoccupied in either (or both) areas that we become distracted. The balance between giving and receiving requires that we allow ourselves to receive and at the same time acknowledge the blessings that come to us. The balance between spiritual and material is equally important. By acknowledging the richness of our own spiritual nature material “things” lose their importance. They become nice to have but they no longer rule our lives. Achieving and maintaining balance in these areas is one of the keys to good spiritual health and overall happiness. Remember, that if our scales are tipped one way or the other it zaps our energy levels and our ability to focus. She helps us to clear space (both in our physical home and our inner home) to make room for new things and teaches us the value of letting go of what we no longer need. ” If something does not make your heart sing put it where it belongs or set it free. This will clear your inner and outer sacred space. Then open the doors and invite the new blessings inside.”

 Blue-Green Chrysocolla helps make smooth transitions and helps us to accept change with serenity by inviting the energy of universal love into our personal experiences. It brings our inner strength and self-awareness forward which keeps our energy balanced and our creative side active which allows us to handle change more effectively.

Larimar helps to remove self-imposed barriers that may be keeping us from accepting our personal power and stops self-sabotaging behavior by bringing out the best in us. It helps us to see the things that we have to be grateful for and the tiny miracles that we take for granted. This sky blue stone also helps to ease our obsession with material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what you really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.

Zincite helps to remove energy blocks that get our life force flowing, which aids our manifestation process. It also restores our energy when it becomes depleted by giving away too much of ourselves to others.

Today’s Message: Setting The Groundwork

75: Yesterday we talked about how the choices we make have an impact on our life path. Today we are being reminded that success comes when we follow our own lead instead of being led by others. Remember that our Sacred Tool of intuition is a divine gift and that by using the information you receive you will increase your self-reliance. Choices also equal change. These changes can be small and simple or big and potentially life-altering. Remember that the Universe is always working behind the scenes to make things happen. Our job is to stay focused and be willing to make the choices that will best help us on our path. Our paths never come to a dead-end and if it feels that way then it’s time to grab your faith and confidence and choose a new direction or grab your courage and blaze a new trail. By building your path as you go you are setting the groundwork for success!

Archangel Uriel can help us to overcome obstacles by showing us where the solutions are that will lead to our success. He provides us with the additional information that we need to make the most informed decisions we can. No problem is too great or too small for him to assist with. Uriel also helps us to gain spiritual understanding and creative insight. Today is a good day to simply touch base with him, ask for help if needed or simply express gratitude for the blessings taking place in your life.

The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self-care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go of stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s the right direction.

 The Hindu Goddess Lakshmi teaches us that good things happen when we embrace the world with a grateful and appreciative heart. She tells us ” You are worthy of so many wonderful things but first you must get out of your own way! Let me help you to clear the way so that these gifts can be given to you. Make room and feel the lightness it creates within your spirit.”
