44: Our Spiritual Helpers (Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters, and Patron Deities) surround us all the time even though we may not be aware of it. Their job is to protect, help and guide us when we need it. Our helpers will always do what’s best for us, but remember that we limit their influence when we give them overly specific instructions or place conditions on what kind of help we need. Asking for help and then letting them do their job opens the way to receiving all the blessings the Universe has in store for us including some we never even dreamed of!  Strike up a line of conversation and communication with your Spiritual Helpers today and simply ask for what you need right now.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music and he is associated with the color turquoise!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. This is important as it helps us to make bold decisions that will help us on our path.

  The Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead.

 The Gnostic goddess Sige teaches us the importance of being still of mind. Information and guidance come more easily when we surrender to the silence. She says” Allow your mind to be still and let your inner wisdom guide you. The answers that you seek are before you if you have the courage to remove the veils and shed light in the shadows.

 Azurite increases our ability to receive spiritual guidance and helps us to see through illusions and clears the mind so that we can see our path clearly. It helps to develop our intuitive skills as it expands the mind to promote clear thinking, understanding and new perspectives.

Kyanite is a spiritual stone that helps us to connect to our guides by opening the paths of communication. It also allows us to speak from the heart and to speak our truth as it cuts through the things that are keeping us from moving forward.

Jade can provide aid in problem-solving and shows us the path to reaching our goals and actualizing our dreams. It also promotes emotional balance and self-confidence as it gently dissipates negativity and brings peace on all levels. Jade which attracts both prosperity and good luck.  Jade helps us to understand that we are spiritual beings on this very human journey we call life. It stimulates knowledge and ideas.

Today’s Message: It’s About Support

43: Everyone needs a loving support system, which consists of friends and family. However, we also have help from the Divine realms in the form of the angels, the ascended masters, or our patron Goddess/God. By sharing our hopes, dreams, fears, or even grief with our support systems the wheels begin to turn and things are set in motion. It brings us renewed energy, peace, and healing. We then find that we are able to work the small miracles that enrich our lives as well as being able to appreciate the tiny miracles that occur on a daily level. The Universe is also encouraging us to take a look at both lifestyle and home. Ask yourself what changes you can make that will bring more balance, peace, and good vibes into your situation and environment.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal ourselves and our lives and regain our self-confidence and faith. This opens our spiritual eyes so that we may see what we have and how blessed we truly are as it teaches us how to make room for new things through the clearing out process. He helps to clear the way so that we can achieve balance by removing the blocks associated with giving and receiving by promoting flexibility in thinking and attitude.

The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others.

The Greek goddess Persephone teaches us how to balance between light and dark and the importance of searching the shadows for what is lost or forgotten. Persephone tells us “Don’t be afraid to unearth what lies beneath or has been hidden. By shedding light in dark or weedy places you often find treasures that you had forgotten or set aside. These treasures can form the foundations that you need to navigate your path in life.”

Spirit Quartz is a crystal of peace. It helps to resolve arguments and helps to restore harmonious energy to the home., especially in the home environment, and restores harmony to the household by enhancing our sense of belonging. This crystal also promotes teamwork, patience, and abundance.

 The gentle energy of Seraphinite clears the heart chakra and helps to open us to love on all levels. It is also used to review the progress that you have made in life and shows the changes that we need to make to best help us on our path.

Tanzanite helps to link with the angelic realms, spirit guides, and the ascended masters.

Today’s Message: Faith and Patience

 42: There are times when life is difficult or things just aren’t going our way. When this happens we can lose faith in ourselves, the world, or with the divine. Everyone goes through this, we are only human after all. When we feel negative we tend to draw that kind of energy to us so it’s important to recognize and acknowledge it and then do our best to nip it in the bud. Today the Angels are reminding us that they are here and that our prayers have been heard. “Do not be discouraged. Have both faith and patience and embrace a calmness of spirit. This will help you generate the self-love and compassion that is needed right now.”  If you find yourself bogged down with fear, worry or negative energy try one of the following: smudge yourself with sage, go outside and ground yourself, meditate or engage in a calming activity. This self-care will help to clear your energy field as well as your mind.

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, who fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. This is a reminder that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp and by taking the time to “smell the roses” the attitude of gratitude flows more easily.

The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self-care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go of stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s in the right direction.

 The Babylonian goddess Ishtar helps us to navigate times of darkness and change. She shows us how to access our courage. She reminds us ” Times of struggle and darkness can be intimidating. and keep you rooted in fear. Remember to stay clear on what is truly important. This focus will shine like a beacon and hold the darkness at bay.”

Crazy Lace Agate gently boosts our self-confidence and concentration while reestablishing our overall feelings of wholeness and well-being. It’s an excellent grounding stone that helps to bring balance between our negative and positive emotions.

Celestite promotes spiritual development and teaches us to reach for personal enlightenment by helping us to find peace within. It also helps us to embrace new experiences while blending instinct and intellect to create balance and harmony while providing strength and calm.

Smoky Quartz helps to neutralize negative energy and teaches us how to work through the fear of failure which can show up during times of change and transformation. It also promotes clear insight and focus which helps us to leave behind the things that no longer serve us and make room for the blessings headed our way.

Today’s Message: Welcome To April

41: The month of April starts with a reminder about watching our thoughts. This goes hand in hand with yesterday’s message about “the whirlpool of worry”. Do your best to stay focused on what you want to accomplish and hold love and faith in your heart as this combination will help to draw good things your way. Even when things don’t go quite as expected look for one positive thing that came of it, there will always be at least one. Now take that “one thing” and add it to the foundation you are using to build your dreams. This step-by-step process ensures that you will make things happen and reach your ultimate goal! Remember, negativity happens (it’s normal!) be sure to acknowledge the source (don’t ignore it). Learning where it comes from helps us to open and grow and allows us more freedom to be the creator we are meant to be!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Haniel showers us with stardust, illuminating our thoughts and memories so that we can remember what magickal beings we truly are, which assists us in the creation process. In turn, this shows us how to receive with grace and gratitude. This process accelerates when we allow beauty and harmony to surround us. It helps us to enjoy ourselves which makes blessings easier to receive.

The Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha)  helps us to find peace and harmony through laughter, this gives us a clear perspective and keeps our energy flowing.  He tells us that laughter is sacred and when the heart is alive with joy we are connected to the Infinite and filled with Nirvana-essence. Center your mind with the intent of enjoying yourself and you will find yourself centered in the moment. Enjoy what life has to offer and enjoy the process!

The Mayan goddess Ixchel helps to get our creative juices flowing by breaking through the barriers we have erected that are blocking our progress. Call on her if you are starting something new. ” Clear your mind and allow the creative source to fill you. New things are waiting for you to embrace them!”

Blue Lace Agate helps us to create and maintain balance during times of stress. It helps us to find our voice when indecision is a factor, allowing us to freely express thoughts and feelings in a peaceful manner.

Bloodstone gives us the ability to adapt to the changes that are taking place more easily. It strengthens our intuition and promotes good decision-making.

 Citrine. This happy and sunny crystal draws abundance and brings our self-confidence forward. It promotes the optimistic mindset necessary to activate the manifestation process and nudges us into action.  We can also use Citrine to help us sift through information and analyze situations so that we can move forward with positive intent. Citrine also helps us go with the flow and encourages us to explore all options so that we can make the best decisions for our journey.

Today’s Message: Would, Should, Could

331: It’s normal for us to think about the future and what it holds for us. Too often though we find ourselves getting caught in the “whirlpool of worry”. We spin round and round agonizing over what “might ” happen. ( What if?- Should I?- I want to…. but…) Thinking about and planning for the future is a good thing, however excessive worrying about it is counterproductive. It saps our resources and energy that we could be investing in something else. Today is the last day of March which means the end of a cycle. Your future is an adventure so be bold and take that first step (even if it’s a small one). Release your worries to the Universe and avoid the “whirlpool” by taking things a day at a time and letting things fall into place!

Ametrine. This stone, a combination of amethyst and citrine, helps to release blocks like negative emotional programming. It also encourages growth while helping us to explore all possibilities and find the creative solutions that are needed to make the most of the information we are given.

 Brecciated Jasper helps to keep us grounded and promote the mental clarity we need during times of stress.

Rose Quartz brings us inner peace and harmony which is essential to increasing our faith. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace.

Today’s Message: Asking For Help

330: Have you ever noticed that sometimes it’s hard to admit that we need help? It happens…..you know it does! While being self-sufficient is a good thing there are times when we just can’t do it alone. The refusal to ask for or accept help is born out of pride and ego. While these things are good in small doses we have to know when to put them on the shelf when they get in the way. Sometimes all we need is someone to listen and sometimes we need a little more. Remember, there is absolutely no shame in asking for help. You can start with the Angels and the Ascended Masters, they are always available (I always ask Archangel Michael, he’s my go-to guy!) and ready to assist you in anything that brings peace to you and your loved ones.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Zadkiel helps to heal our hearts and minds so that accepting support in all forms is easier. He also promotes compassion for ourselves and others while helping us to find things that we have lost, forgotten about, or set aside. Ego is not a friend of truth as it forcibly tells us that we don’t need help and can do everything by ourselves.  He boosts our faith and fills our hearts with peace and calm. He also helps us to remember information that will help us on this grand adventure.

The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to stop fighting the things that we have no control over, which blocks our problem-solving and creative flow. Things flow easier when we are not struggling against the “what if’s and maybes.

The Hawaiian fire goddess Pele helps us to ignite our inner fire. This fire when channeled correctly helps to fuel our passions and sense of purpose. She is a goddess of empowerment teaches us about honest communication and how it aids our goal setting and getting. “Within you lives the sacred fire that gives life to your greatest dreams and passions. This part of you must be allowed to come forward, not smothered beneath fear, resentment or the expectations of others. Your fire will help you forge new paths!”

Amethyst is a powerful protector that helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the decision-making process by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement.

Apophyllite promotes a strong connection between the physical body and the information that is transmitted from the spiritual realms. It also helps to bring Universal love into the decision-making process so that mind and spirit are connected.

Today’s Message: Passing It On

329:  Today’s number revolves around our “life mission”. Your life mission is essentially an area where you feel compelled to serve. While some do big things in a big way, most of us do small things in small ways. Both make a difference in our lives and to the people around us. The truth is that it’s not about how “much” you do but “what” you do that matters. Simply by helping one person, you are making a difference, and by helping others we help ourselves in the process. This creates a chain reaction as people pass it on. Life missions vary just like paths do, so never let someone else tell you your mission (or path is wrong). You know what you need to do. If it feels right, brings you joy, and helps you grow then you are headed in the right direction.

Archangel Chamuel offers clear guidance as we go about our life missions. He teaches us that when we move forward with heartfelt gratitude we are able to see things more clearly and have a better understanding of what we need and what others really need as well.

Charoite. This multi-hued mineral is a stone of transformation. It helps to open our hearts to the concept of unconditional love and brings those energies forward. Charoite enhances our perception and helps to ground our spiritual nature into everyday reality and helps us to see ways we can be of service.

Fuchsite helps us to understand our personal interactions with others, particularly in the areas of basic life concerns. It teaches self-worth and how to do what is necessary to get others moving in the right direction without doing everything for them.

Deep blue Lapis Lazuli helps to open the Third Eye Chakra (mind’s eye) and stimulates our personal power. It also harmonizes our energies on all levels as this balances and strengthens our knowledge of self. It also helps us to confront the truth of a situation and promotes acceptance of the lesson involved. It promotes clarity and helps us express our opinions in a positive manner and teaches us the value of being an active listener.

Today’s Message: Showing Gratitude

328: Prosperity and abundance come in many forms and is more than just money. Too often people focus on money or material things instead of seeing the whole picture. The truth is that people who focus on everyday “tiny miracles” and live in gratitude are happier and more at peace and it is up to us to recognize and acknowledge the true forms of prosperity and abundance when they arrive. Today the Ascended Masters are reminding us that we live in the flow of Divine abundance. It surrounds everything we do and it’s important to be aware of our prosperity on all levels. The old adage of “counting your blessings” is key for today. Working with gratitude will help us to navigate the twists and turns..

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raziel can assist us in both embracing our unique divine magic and in the overall manifestation process. He tells us that growth and freedom can be found when we let go of what we have outgrown as well as our limiting self-beliefs and fears all of which hold us back from achieving and creating the life we want.

The Ascended Master Buddha helps us to find our “Attitude of Gratitude”.By acknowledging what we have to be grateful for we are filled with joy and inner peace which encourages positive flow. He also reminds us of the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find the patience and inner peace we need to go with the flow and can help us embrace the “Tiny Miracles” in our lives as well.

She tells us ” You are worthy of so many wonderful things but first you must get out of your own way! Let me help you to clear the way so that these gifts can be given to you. Tree Agate (Dendritic) to strengthen your connection to the plant kingdom and help you to enjoy each moment. It is also known as the stone of plentitude and promotes abundance while showing us the “wealth” we already have.

Galena helps us to stay grounded and centered. It helps to open the mind as it dissolves self-limiting thoughts from our past that can get in our way during the manifestation process.

 Nuummite is often referred to as the Sorcerers or Magicians Stone and aid in both meditation and protection. It strengthens and enhances our personal magic in areas of luck and prosperity. Used during meditation it helps us see our true selves more clearly as it sets us on the path of self mastery. Nuummite also contains the energy of the earth element which can help us connect to the Earth Mother.

Today’s Message: Spring Into Growth

327: Spring is the season of new beginnings, new growth, and change, all of which is are integral parts of our path. So how do you know if you are on the right path and headed in the right direction? First of all, remember that everyone’s path is unique and you are truly the only one who knows what’s best for you. Walking your path involves courage, trust in Spirit, ourselves, and our own inner magick. We are being reminded that our intuition is a valuable gift. We are all able to discern right from wrong, what feels right and what doesn’t, and what brings us joy. Now add to that your intuitive gifts and you’ll find your path and new paths opening up before you. If you are unsure of your next “step” take some time to think about or meditate on where you want to be and then move forward making the necessary adjustments as you go. Allow yourself to move forward with confidence, set your intentions high and know that the Universe is there to help you.

It opens our heart and shows us the love in relationships and situations, which helps us find a balancing point Use this gentle stone to shower yourself with loving care and to send healing to those little places that most need it.

Turquoise helps us with creative problem solving and promotes both balance and intuition. It is aligned with the Throat Chakra and teaches us to speak up for ourselves and to speak our truth, which can be a valuable asset when working with gratitude and our ability to create. Turquoise helps to purify our energy and clears away negative energy. it aids our problem-solving skills and protects us against self-sabotaging thoughts and actions.

Today’s Message: It’s A Partnership

326: One of the jobs that our angels perform is to ensure that our needs are being met. While sometimes it may not feel like it, in all reality it is. In today’s society, people tend to want more than they need to live. If you look around you can probably find a surplus of THINGS that you could do without. (I know I can) When the angels tell us that they are making sure our needs are met they are speaking of the necessities. Money to pay our bills, food, shelter, clothing, etc. They are here to assist, not to provide excess. If we aspire to have more than we need we must do our part to make it happen. Working with angels, ascended masters, etc. is a partnership! Today we are reminded that our needs truly are being met. Take a moment to offer gratitude for life and for what you have!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raziel assists us in all forms of manifestation. This includes our ‘Tiny Miracles” which he helps bring forward into the light. He tells us that growth and freedom can be found when we let go of our limiting self-beliefs and fears which hold us back from achieving and creating the life we want. He says ” Expand your mind and you will manifest prosperity and abundance on all levels.”

The Ascended Master El Morya can help if you have trouble staying present and focused in the now. He teaches us the importance of putting aside what we cannot control so that we are free to think about other things. He reminds us that it is our faith that keeps us grounded so that we can embrace both the patience and the clear decision-making needed to make things happen.

The Gnostic goddess Sige teaches us the importance of being still of mind. Information and guidance come more easily when we surrender to the silence. She says” Allow your mind to be still and let your inner wisdom guide you. The answers that you seek are before you if you have the courage to remove the veils and shed light in the shadows.”

 Azurite increases our ability to receive spiritual guidance and helps us to see through illusions and clears the mind so that we can see our path clearly. It helps to develop our intuitive skills as it expands the mind to promote clear thinking, understanding, and new perspectives.

Nebula Stone. This energetically unique stone resembles the night sky. It allows you to see the value of the things around you and helps you to appreciate what you have while promoting gratitude toward yourself and others.

Pink Kunzite is a feel-good stone that helps us to go with the flow. It brings feelings of peace as it connects us to universal love as it removes obstacles from our path and promotes communication on all levels
