Today’s Message: No Distractions

622: Our message for today revolves around both focus and faith, and the Universe is asking us to stay focused in the now and avoid distractions. When we get busy or overwhelmed our focus turns inward and is lost. Sometimes this is necessary, however it also tends to pull us away from the things going on around us that require our undivided attention. This is where our faith comes into play. Give your inner worrywart a hug and remind them that things will work out and you both will be fine. Paying attention today will keep you focused on what’s really important so that you don’t miss out!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Haniel showers us with stardust, illuminating our thoughts and memories so that we can remember what magickal beings we truly are, which assists us in the creation process. In turn, this shows us how to receive with grace and gratitude. This process accelerates when we allow beauty and harmony to surround us. It’ helps us to enjoy ourselves which makes blessings easier to receive.

The Ascended Master Paramahansa Yogananda teaches us that during times of stress or loss of focus peace can be found through meditation. Remember that meditation can be as simple as taking several deep breaths and centering yourself. Use this as your personal reset button.

The Welsh Goddess Cerridwen uses her cauldron “Amen” to help provide us with knowledge, wisdom, personal rebirth and inspiration. remember that change brings us the transformation that we need. She reminds us “The opportunity for your own transformation lies before you. It provides you the chance to spread your wings and grow. Look into my sacred cauldron and see the vision of your path unfolding before you.”

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Amber to help us to attain our goals with a clear focus and bestows a positive mental state and helps us find balance, patience, and aids in decision making.

Dalmation Stone. This light-hearted stone is a combination of quartz, microline, and black tourmaline. It instills feelings of safety as it helps us to reconnect with our playful side which is important to our emotional health and itt transforms outdated thinking during times when we feel stuck and enables our forward progress by encouraging a fresh perspective This stone also promotes grounding and enhances our connection to Mother Earth.It reminds us that we are a part of her as well as being spiritual beings on a very human journey.

621: Today the angels are reminding us of the importance of balancing work and relaxation. This will be important as some new opportunities are headed our way. Things will happen quickly when you maintain an optimistic and can-do mindset. By working to perfect our balance we find it easier to focus on where we want life to take us. Balance provides clarity and emotional and spiritual well-being. Take time for yourself and remember to ground , center and clear to keep your energy flowing and embrace your sacred tool of faith to help smooth the way.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Chamuel helps us to recover things we have lost. while he usually works with lost items he can also help when we feel out of balance by showing us the reason behind it. He also assists us as we navigate our path by helping us to find the direction and guidance that needed to move forward on this journey of self discovery. If you feel like you have wandered off your path and are having trouble finding your way back he can help you get your bearings.

The Ascended Master Buddha is our go-to guy when we feel “wobbly’. He teaches us that the key to happy living requires moderation and balance in all things. This includes the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find that inner peace is ours!

The Gnostic goddess Sige teaches us the importance of being still of mind. Information and guidance come more easily when we surrender to the silence. She says” Allow your mind to be still and let your inner wisdom guide you. The answers that you seek are before you if you have the courage to remove the veils and shed light in the shadows.“

620: We are receiving a big boost of energy to kick off the Summer Solstice (Litha/Midsummer). Welcome to the official beginning of summer and the longest day of the year. This is a time of amazing energy and by tapping into this power source we can increase our power of manifestation. The key to success lies in faith and belief in yourself and the Divine Source. The stronger our belief the more clearly we see the blessings and miracles that surround us. This includes the “Tiny Miracles”, which are often more important than the big shiny ones. Today the angels are asking us to embrace the divine magic of the Universe and let it infuse your spirit with the blessings of the new season!

Today’s Message: Putting Worry In Perspective

619: When we are stressed or worried about material matters we tend to place our lives on hold or even go full-frontal freaky. Being aware of our situation is good but allowing worry to rule your life is not. The truth is that worry only magnifies the stress that you are feeling, so much so that and we can become overwhelmed by it. The other unfortunate side effect is that it blocks our power of manifestation. Today the Universe is reminding us to continue the work we’ve been doing to upgrade our thought patterns. Remember that you are in charge of creating our own reality so take some time and acknowledge your blessings and you will realize just how “wealthy” you really are!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Zadkiel helps to heal our hearts and minds so that accepting support in all forms is easier. He also promotes compassion for ourselves and others while helping us to find things that we have lost, forgotten about or set aside. 618: Over the last few days, we’ve been working on changing our thought patterns to enhance our power of manifestation and to aid in our personal evolution. Today the angels are letting us know that we are on the right track and that our potential for creating and drawing good things into our lives is growing. Focus is the key and we will need to stay anchored in the present moment and stay aware of what’s going on around us. If we allow ourselves to wander off into La-La Land we could miss out on something that we’ve been waiting for or the next piece of the puzzle that will allow us to build to the next level. Embrace your strength and confidence so that when an opportunity presents itself you can run with it!

Pink Banded Agate: This stone is a member of the Botswana Agate family. It teaches us how to look at our lives and see the big picture, as it helps us to use our creative problem-solving skills through focus and attention to detail. it is a good stone for women who want to embrace a more feminine attitude by drawing their nurturing side forward. Pink Banded Agate also helps us to feel good about ourselves and is said to help ease stress and anxiety.

Red Chalcedony also gives us strength and adds the benefit of perseverance that we need to reach our goals.

Iolite, also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” it is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion by staying true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others. It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us.

Today’s Message: Changing The Phrase

617: We hear a lot about positive affirmations and how using them can transform our lives and our thinking patterns. Now before you start rolling your eyes and thinking “Geez Cat, I don’t have time for affirmations….” here’s something to think about. Every time you alter a thought pattern from negative to positive you’ve created a personal affirmation. It’s as simple as changing “That’s never going to happen for me.” to “What I can I do to make this happen? or This will happen for me”. As I said yesterday, negative thinking blocks our powers of manifestation (and our flow of energy). This upsets our balance (see June’s Theme) and hits us with temporary setbacks. Today the angels are asking us to watch our thought patterns and change negatives into positives. Perform a balance check and ground and center if needed. Your reality is how you perceive it so be confident and move forward in your own power.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Uriel teaches us how to access our creative database. he reminds us that sometimes the best way to solve a problem is to use a non-conventional approach. He gives us the essential information that we need when we need it. This assists us during the manifestation process by enhancing our problem-solving skills so that we can make the decisions that are best for our current situations.

The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power and helps us find the energy we need to keep going and rise above negative experiences and thought patterns. This gives us the skills we need to strengthen our personal boundaries so that we can be and stay strong in situations where we need to be.

The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin, who embodies compassion and mercy says, “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self-love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle on yourself. Joy comes from embracing the simple things which will free the energy needed to assist the creation process and help others along the way.”

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. While Garnet is best known as a stone of protection it can benefit the use of our natural talents as well. It helps us to overcome any resistance we may have in using our gifts and promotes self-confidence. Garnet removes what no longer serves and mental self-sabotage. It promotes balance and clears and re-energizes the chakras.

Today’s Message: Granting Full Access

616: Today’s message relates to how we create our own reality and how our thoughts play an important role in our personal evolution and manifestation process. When we look for the best and expect good things to happen, they do. While it may not be exactly what we asked for, we benefit from them nonetheless. This is also a reminder about turning your fears and worries over to the Universe and its helpers. Letting the “negative nasty’s” go is imperative to your overall well being. Sometimes we can be our own worst enemy and the longer we hold on to these “negatives” the harder it is to find and generate good things. The angels are asking us to keep our thoughts, actions and energy levels optimistic so that we have full access to manifesting capabilities.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raziel assists us in all forms of manifestation. This includes our ‘Tiny Miracles” which he helps bring forward into the light. He tells us that growth and freedom can be found when we let go of our limiting self beliefs and fears which hold us back from achieving and creating the life we want. He says ” Expand your mind and you will manifest prosperity and abundance on all levels.”

The Ascended Master Melchizedek, helps us to manifest while shielding us against the negative nasty’s and overcoming unpleasant situations. He helps us to heal through color, so pay attention to the colors that draw you or feel relevant.

The Mayan goddess Ixchel helps to get our creative juices flowing by breaking through the barriers we have erected that are blocking our progress. Call on her if you are starting something new. ” Clear your mind and allow the creative source to fill you. New things are waiting for you to embrace them!”

Chrysocolla. This powerful blue-green stone helps us during periods of change and challenging times. It brings smooth transitions and helps us to accept change with serenity and calm. It helps us to be more self aware and promotes self confidence that inspires both creativity and motivation.

Tiger’s Eye (Gold) helps build a bridge between you and your power. It shows us the correct way to use our power and invites our integrity forward. It is also a stone of abundance and draws good things to us while helping us see the blessings we have. Tiger’s Eye helps us to accomplish our goals by showing us how to recognize and access our inner resources and the promotion of clear intentions.

Zoisite takes negative energies and turns them into something positive. It helps us to manifest ourselves rather than what others impose on us and infuses creativity into our thinking.

Today’s Message: Releasing the Negatives

615: Rising above negative thoughts/feelings and indulging in a little self care are on the universal agenda today. There are times when getting clear of these things feels like a monumental task. This can be especially true when there are negative things going on around us. When we experience negativity in any form it makes an impression. We get angry, freaky or we absorb it causing a harmful dis-ease that festers inside. Sounds pretty gnarly right? I mean who really wants to go on someone else’s negative roller coaster ride, or your own for that matter. This trap is easy to get caught in and we’ve all been there. The angels advice is pretty clear on this. “The best thing that you can do for yourself is to acknowledge the situation and surround it with healing energy. Then send it to us to deal with. Surround yourself with positive people and energy. Make your own self care one of your top priorities. Remember, you cannot be healthy for others if you are not healthy for yourself!”

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others. She helps to fill our hearts with peace and love and helps everyone regardless of path or religion.

The Egyptian goddess Bastet (Bast) is not only associated with cats both large and small she is also a goddess of protection and of things that bring pleasure to the senses. She asks you today “What are you passionate about and how are you using that energy? be like a cat today and use your energy wisely. By expending too much you are not honoring your commitment to your own self care.”

Amethyst helps us to make decisions by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement. This crystal is a powerful protector and helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the thought process by providing focus and clearing the way to good decision making.

Purple Fluorite helps strengthen our intuitive powers as it helps dispel fixed ideas and thoughts and brings the rational thinking forward so that new information is easily accepted. It is a protective stone that draws away negative energy and stress. It cleans and re-energizes the aura and promotes overall harmony and order.

Rose Quartz brings us inner peace and harmony which is essential to increasing our faith. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. 614: Working with the Universe requires a partnership. If we truly want to succeed then it’s imperative that we do our part to help create on our own behalf. Today we are being reminded that our helpers can only do so much. The Ascended Master Serapis Bey helps us to release our troubles and offers clear guidance and motivation regarding our own self improvement. He also helps us gain spiritual insight and teaches us that loving care is essential to navigating change.

The Greek goddess Nike, Lady of victory and success helps us to embrace the good things that we have accomplished. By acknowledging them we can increase our faith in ourselves as a creator. She says: “Do not be afraid to acknowledge the amazing things you have done but don’t rest to long on your laurels. Remember that your power comes through movement and momentum is lost through inactivity. Keep moving and you will be victorious!”

Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop”.

Use Carnelian for motivation and increased creativity. It teaches us to trust in ourselves and helps us find creative solutions to current issues as it boosts self esteem and invites us to embrace our personal power while promoting positive life choices which enhance our ability to draw new forms of prosperity and abundance.

The gentle energy of Seraphinite clears the heart chakra and helps to open us to love on all levels. It is also used to review the progress that you have made in life, and shows the changes that we need to make to best helps us on our path.

Today’s Message: Patience and Progress

613: Yesterday we talked about how things fall into place with Divine Timing, Remember to be patient, and stay focused. Today the Universe has asked the Ascended Masters to step in and offer us a little extra assistance. They remind us to release any worries or concerns that we have in regard to the future, our dreams, or our goals. By letting these things be for now and simply asking for divine help it frees our energy so that we can focus on things we can work with and have control over. The key is “Don’t force, Don’t struggle.” Today’s number also corresponds to the Sacred Feminine and our own intuition. Calling it forward today will help us to gain valuable insights that will serve us later in the week. Remember to have faith and trust in yourself. You know what you need to do, so follow your inner guidance system and take the steps that will help you find the patience you need while keeping your forward momentum.

Archangel Raguel sets us on the path to personal empowerment. He helps us to find our strength and promotes clarity when we feel conflicted about what to do next by providing a boost of energy and by bringing order to your thoughts. He empowers the underdog and also acts as a motivational coach when we feel down on ourselves and can help you to reach your full potential.

The Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha) helps us to find peace and harmony through laughter, this gives us a clear perspective and keeps our energy flowing. He tells us that laughter is sacred and when the heart is alive with joy we are connected to the Infinite and filled with Nirvana-essence. Center your mind with the intent of enjoying yourself and you will find yourself centered in the moment. Enjoy what life has to offer and enjoy the process!

The Gnostic goddess Sige teaches us the importance of being still of mind. Information and guidance come more easily when we surrender to the silence. She says” Allow your mind to be still and let your inner wisdom guide you. The answers that you seek are before you if you have the courage to remove the veils and shed light in the shadows.”

Azurite increases our ability to receive spiritual guidance and helps us to see through illusions so that we can see our path clearly. It helps to develop our intuitive skills as it expands the mind to promote clear thinking, understanding and new perspectives.

Moss Agate. This gentle stone promotes new beginnings and can help release the blocks that are keeping us from moving forward. It attracts new forms of abundance and teaches us how to channel our energy in new, creative ways. Often referred to as the gardener’s stone Moss Agate helps us connect to nature, the earth, and our own inner garden as well. Carry it with you or wear it during times of new growth.

Cavansite. This stone helps to guide us through major life changes as well as helping us learn from past experiences so that we don’t make the same mistakes/choices again. It also helps us to retain information that applies to spiritual growth. Cavansite helps to promote new ideas and can be used in conjunction with the Third Eye or brow chakra.
