Material Doesn’t Equal Happy: Cat’s Angel Message for March 6, 2019 

March Theme: This month carries the energy of the Ascended Masters. We will be working to improve self love, inner peace and overall clarity. These things will help on the path to manifesting our dreams and goals.

36:  Our focus today involves letting go of material worries and concerns. When we fixate on these things we are causing ourselves unnecessary stress. Even though there may be  nothing we can do at that moment we often allow ourselves to get worked up. This is not so good for our physical, emotional or spiritual well being. The Ascended Masters are letting us know that they are here to help and that they are supporting you and your loved ones. Don’t focus on what you feel you are lacking, instead place your focus on what you have. Embrace gratitude and the tiny miracles you experience today. Show yourself a little love and hang out in a happy place!




Calling on Archangel Michael can bring you profound feelings of security. When you are afraid or anxious his energy surrounds us like a soft blanket. Flashes of blue or purple signify his presence. The Ascended Master Yogananda shows how to be more open to divine love. This not only provides healing for us but personal peace as well. The Greek goddess Iris, Lady of Rainbows, helps us to find the calm in the storm. She is the bringer of hope as she gently surrounds us with an all will be well energy.  She says “Open your eyes, both physical and spiritual, then open you heart and allow the divine light to fill you. This will help you see the blessings and the beauty that are right before your eyes. Take nothing for granted.”




Our Sacred Stones for today is  is Amethyst. This crystal is a powerful protector and helps to shield us from unwanted energies, which it transmutes into something more positive while dispelling anxiety and fear It helps the thought process by providing focus and clearing the way to good decision making. It is also connected to Archangel Michael which allows us to feel his energy and the energy of divine love.

 November’s Theme: Our goal this month lies in watching our thoughts.  Remember that POSITIVE opens and draws and NEGATIVE closes and blocks. Stay focused on what you want and not what you fear.

1119: Today we are being asked to stay focused on bringing peace into our lives and those of our loved ones. When we are at peace with ourselves we feel better. This feeling reaches out and touches others and they feel better as well. The last few weeks ( and for some it’s been months) have been stressful for many of us so it’s important to bring peace where you can and that starts with finding peace within yourself. The Universe and it’s helpers are here to help us achieve our necessary inner peace. Sometimes it’s through alone time or nature time, and sometimes it’s created by spending quality time with family or close friends, so whatever works for you is the RIGHT way.




Archangel Jophiel helps us to bounce back from negative situations by showing us all the good things in other areas of of our lives. Remember that goodness and beauty surround us all the time, so stay open to receiving these blessings as they help us find peace within. The Ascended Master Serapis Bey helps us to indulge in loving self care as he provides spiritual insight and peace. Venus reminds us that “You must put loving self care first.By doing so you become confidently empowered and fully connected to your own divine nature.”




Use your Rose Quartz today to help ease stress and bring forward feelings of love and inner peace as it filters away negative energy and soothes the weary spirit. Rhodonite is another good stone that helps to balance both mental and physical energy. It shows us all sides to any given situation and clears away confusion and helps to promote confidence. Our lives are filled with many things. Unfortunately  two of these things are the twins, Stress and Worry. Stress is like a hyper-active child on espresso. He charges in creating havoc and inciting riots. His sister, Worry is the quiet one. She follows in his wake sowing fear and anxiety. Look at our quote for today. Are you happy or have you allowed Stress and Worry to take up residence? Our challenge today is to put Stress and Worry in their place. Look for the “One Good Thing” and acknowledge the “Tiny Miracles”. These will help open the doors to “Happy”.

Discover Your World: Cat’s Angel Message for June 19, 2018 


 June Theme: Balancing our need/desire for earthly materials (possessions, money etc) with focus and faith while staying grounded and present.




Your work is to discover your world and then with all your heart give yourself to it. – The Buddha




619:  When we are stressed or worried about material matters we tend to place our lives on hold or even go full frontal freaky. While being aware is good, allowing these things to rule your life is not. The truth is that this approach only magnifies the stress and worry you are feeling and we can become overwhelmed by it. The other unfortunate side effect is that it blocks our power of manifestation. Today the angels are reminding us to continue the work we have been doing on upgrading our thought patterns. They are asking us to get moving and enjoy life. Take a walk or go for a hike, build something, make something or just embrace your creative side. There are always options that cost us very little or nothing but a little time. We are in charge of creating our own reality so take some time and acknowledge your blessings and you will realize just how “wealthy” you really are!




The Ascended Master Maitreya or the Laughing Buddha, helps us to find peace and harmony through laughter. He tells us that laughter is sacred and when the heart is alive with joy we are connected to the Infinite and filled with Nirvana-essence. Enjoy what life has to offer and enjoy the process!




Our Sacred Stone for today is Green Tourmaline. This stone (aka Verdelite) promotes joy of life, creativity, prosperity and abundance. It is also a healing stone that transforms negative energy into positive.
