The word “Peace” has a comforting sound. It relaxes the mind and soothes the spirit. However to achieve peace we must have faith and perseverance. Peace doesn’t JUST happen on any level. (world peace, inner peace, family etc..) we must work at it. Everyday things happen that will test our peace and our ability to create it. Achieving peace is a worthwhile endeavor and because of this we must all work to make it happen. If we each do our part no matter how small we can make a difference. We all have our fears, they frighten us, or can make us stressed and anxious. However, quite often the things we fear the most are self created. Something happens to us that maybe startled us or made us uncomfortable. Then our mind goes into overdrive, it twists it and changes it into something else, and suddenly we are afraid. It happens to everyone and there comes a time when we are finally ready to face that fear. We examine it and see through it, through the illusion. That’s when we realize that its something that we didn’t need to be afraid of in the first place or that it’s nothing to be afraid of anymore. Remember that life is full of illusions. Learn to see through them and embrace life’s adventure!
