1113: Today we are receiving a little extra help from the Ascended Masters. The world seems to be in utter chaos right now and these energies are weighing heavily on a great many people. The Ascended Masters have the following message for us: ” Do not allow your fears to color your judgment or emotions. During these stressful times remember that there is always hope. We are on your side and are here to help you.” Today is a good day to use your positive and creative thinking to help lift and inspire others as well as yourself. This is one of the easiest and best ways to make a difference in the world around you and within you. The number 13 also corresponds to intuition so pay attention to the messages that you receive and remember to trust in yourself as well.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raguel helps us to find our power and brings clarity when we feel conflicted about what to do next by providing a boost of energy and by bringing order to your thoughts.  He also aids in the letting go process which is essential to moving forward. Raguel reminds us that sometimes people can get “freaky” when they see you moving off in a new direction and helps to smooth the way by resolving conflicts and disharmony with those around us as we work with our creative magic.

 The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power and helps us find the energy we need to keep going and rise above negative experiences and thought patterns. This gives us the skills we need to  strengthen our personal boundaries so that we can be and stay strong in situations where we need to be.

The Ascended Master Serapis Bey brings us the necessary spiritual insight we need when dealing with negative people, feelings or situations. By surrounding yourself with loving energy you can find the peace you need to deal with off color moments. He  teaches us that loving self care allows us the choice of removing ourselves from negative people and situations.

 The Gnostic goddess Sige teaches us the importance of being still of mind. Information and guidance come more easily when we surrender to the silence. She says” Allow your mind to be still and let your inner wisdom guide you. The answers that you seek are before you if you have the courage to remove the veils and shed light in the shadows.

Yellow Apatite draws away the stagnant energy and negativity of self and others. It also helps to neutralize anger on an emotional  level.

Rose Quartz. This soft pink crystal is the ultimate nurturer of compassion and loving energy. It soothes the heart, mind, and spirit. It helps us to bring out the best part of ourselves so that we can help and heal not only ourselves but others as well.

 Satin Spar Selenite makes it a great meditation stone. It opens the crown chakra to help us receive universal guidance as it calms the emotions and promotes inner peace.

Today’s Message: Creating Your Future

107: It’s time to explore our own potential by staying focused on the present, so today we are being reminded to listen to our own intuition in conjunction with divine guidance. . Through the acknowledgment of our innate gifts, we find the paths to manifestation opening up before us. These paths branch out in many different directions and when we open our connection to the Universe we find the guidance we need to navigate the twists and turns. When you receive sudden thoughts, ideas or inspirations, be sure to take the time to examine them in a positive light as they contain the information we need to make things happen. Don’t be afraid to embrace something new and always look for creative solutions that will open new doors. You truly are able to and worthy of creating your ultimate future!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Gabriel helps us to access our inner wisdom and shows us how it can guide and inspire us. Gabriel also teaches us the importance of communication on all levels. This helps us to overcome our fears so that we can complete the things we start and achieve positive results during times of transformation and change.

The Ascended Master El Morya can help if you have trouble staying present and focused in the now. He teaches us the importance of putting aside what we cannot control so that we are free to think about other things. He reminds us that it is our faith that keeps us grounded so that we can embrace both the patience and the clear decision-making needed to make things happen.

Epona is the Celtic goddess of horses, fertility (cornucopia), and dreams(keys). She has ridden into our message today to remind us of the importance of sowing fertile ground to nurture our body, mind, and spirit. The keys to this can often be found in our dreams. She says ” As you ride into your evolution remember that you are the key to unlocking the doors that will lead you on your journey. Clues can be found in your dreams and daydreams so don’t gallop past the way markers.”

 Howlite helps us to formulate our plans to and achieve our ambitions and goals. It helps us to communicate these things in a calm and reasonable manner and tempers this with patience. Howlite also creates a link to the universal realms and prepares the mind to receive guidance.

Pyrite has warm, positive energy. It teaches us to have confidence in our skills and abilities so that we are able to realize our true potential by stimulating new ideas and knowledge of our own self-worth. Pyrite also helps to balance instinct with innate intuition and overall creativity.

  Sodalite is a  stone for the mind, it promotes clear and calm thinking. and activates intuition as it draws down information to the physical level. It dispels confusion and releases outdated thought patterns while creating space for new ideas. It also helps us to look for and find truth and makes it possible to stand up for our personal beliefs while remaining true to ourselves by boosting  our confidence and self-esteem

Today’s Message: Expanded Horizons

1015: Fall is a transformative season that embodies change. As we travel life’s path our beliefs and overall perceptions go through periods of change and growth. The Universe is letting us know that we are entering one of these periods now. These coming changes will benefit both ourselves and our loved ones and will have a powerful impact on what we do in the future. Yesterday’s self care day was the first step in helping us to prepare for the personal transformations that will be occurring. Our ability to be open to divine guidance as well as our optimistic attitude will benefit us during this period of emotional and spiritual growth. Creative thinking also comes into play and will take us down new avenues that we are now ready to explore. The key is to be confident in yourself and your intuitive skills because you are the only one who truly knows what’s best for you. Take the opinions of others with a grain of salt, if their words have merit consider them, but ultimately the choices are yours. Embrace this time of personal growth and get ready to expand your horizons!

  The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s the right direction.

The Hindu Mother Goddess Durga teaches us how to create boundaries and maintain them as well as protecting yourself from the negative or controlling energy of others. She says:  ” Personal boundaries are important to your well being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

It also helps to balance the emotions and calm our fears so that we can work through problems and temporary setbacks so we may reach our full potential. It helps to dissolve problems and insecurities that can arise when we are faced with new opportunities

   Moonstone, the stone of new beginnings. This beautiful, watery stone helps to navigate the cycles of change and calms our emotions. Gently encouraging creative thinking and creative problem solving as it brings our  intuitive skills forward,  promoting control and confidence so these skills become more familiar and easier to access.  It also provides emotional healing by helping to stabilize the emotions and draw out old emotional patterns.

Today’s Message: Positive Vibes

910: In many of my daily messages I talk about keeping our thoughts elevated to a positive, optimistic level, and today is one of those days. Sometimes this can be difficult, especially when something bad happens and our thoughts and mood take a nosedive into the basement. The key is to do your best to move past it even if you can’t let go altogether. Focus on other things and the event will lose it’s power. Today we are receiving assistance from the Universe (Divine, Goddess, God, etc.) in keeping our thoughts elevated particularly in areas that pertain to “Why am I here?”. Allow yourself to absorb new ideas that come out of the blue. These will provide needed and valuable insights that will help us along our path. Remember, information comes in many forms and that positive energy helps us to draw what we need to us like a magnet!

Archangel Haniel showers us with stardust, illuminating our thoughts and memories so that we can remember what magical beings we truly are, which assists us in the creation process. 611: Today we are being reminded to acknowledge and embrace the positive things going on in our lives. Your thoughts help to create your reality so take the necessary steps to make that reality something amazing. Look to your creative side for a change of perspective and make some upgrades to your surroundings. Declutter, paint the kitchen, or maybe revamp your personal space. Whatever you choose to do make sure that it’s a reflection of your inner sparkle and light. Allow your creative side to partner with your intuition. If your intuition leads you out of your comfort zone go with the flow and take that step towards expression and empowerment. Surround your workings today with gratitude and appreciation and extend them to those you love as it creates more love to keep the energy flowing!

62: The world is filled with many things; both the beautiful and the ugly. Sometimes it seems like we see more of the ugliness because that’s what the media and social media want us to see. These things are in your face and grab your attention, pushing the beautiful and good things to the bottom of the proverbial page. Today the Angels are imploring us to keep our faith in the world and in people. There are millions of good people out there all trying their best to make the world a better place a little bit at a time. This attitude starts at home with you. Take a moment and offer gratitude for the blessings in your life and a prayer for the people in your world and the world as a whole. Surround them with love and ask that they are encouraged to see the beauty within themselves and in others.

Archangel Jophiel helps to work through ugly situations and promotes a new positive light on them and helps us to bounce back from negative situations by showing us all the good things in other areas of our lives. 525: Change is part of life. It doesn’t matter whether it happens naturally or if we initiate it ourselves there will always a feeling of uncertainty that accompanies it. By having faith in ourselves and in the Universe we are able to meet change with feelings of excitement. We all want to be the best that we can be and in order to do that, we must be willing to move forward. Remember, changes are necessary for our overall growth (personal, mental, emotional, spiritual) and without it we are stuck in the same place. Today the angels are reminding us that during periods of change both we and our loved ones are safe and cared for. When we need help and support they are just a thought away. Opening yourself to an adventure creates positive energy that draws good things our way. Welcome them!

Red Tiger’s Eye stimulates our sense of adventure. It increases our motivation and practical thinking, as well as promoting emotional control during times when we feel ‘frazzled”.

Unakite. This green and pink stone helps us to see blocks that we have erected within ourselves and then provides valuable insights on removing them so that we can move forward. It helps us to appreciate the present moment and works with both base and heart chakras.

323: Contrary to popular belief we do not necessarily need to be a “cheerleader” to inspire others. The dictionary describes inspire as ” to fill (someone) with the urge or ability to do or feel something, especially to do something creative”. While we sometimes need to open the door and let our inner cheerleader out more often than not the quiet approach is just as effective. Quietly inspiring others is an art form of great value. Doing things (even small things) that bring joy or peace to others, leading by positive example or even simply offering assistance are all good ways to inspire others. They, in turn, will do the same or similar for someone else. By simply being cheerful, helpful and positive we share our light with others. Today the universe wants to thank us for doing our part and quietly inspiring those around us!

The Universe and our helpers are always sending us positive vibes and information that will help us in our quest for personal evolution so it’s important to stay open to receiving the divine gifts sent our way and allow your intuition to guide you on this journey. The Angels are also reminding us that through our spiritual nature we can not only help ourselves but others as well. When we take the time to acknowledge the good things that surround us we find that sharing our gifts not only helps others but ourselves as well. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if everyone told someone else “Good job!” “Way to go!” or “Thank you for doing your best!” Simple things like these inspire us to see the divine spirit within and the divine spirit in others. He helps us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution. Archangel Chamuel also helps us to find what is lost. If you feel like you have wandered off your path and are having trouble finding your way back he can help you get your bearings.

The Ascended Master, Saint Padre Pio, keeps us on the path of spiritual and personal growth. As we continue to grow so do our abilities like intuition, compassion, and seeing through the eyes of love. His energy is strong and optimistic which helps to boost our faith and confidence.

The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin, who embodies compassion and mercy says, “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle on yourself. 1217: Today the Universe is asking us to embrace and acknowledge our own spiritual side. It’s our spirituality that essentially helps us to navigate our life path, and helps us to surround ourselves with optimistic and positive energy even when the going gets rough. It’s also through our spirituality that our power as a creator comes into play. By believing in ourselves we can generate new opportunities for prosperity and abundance on all levels. Our spiritual side also enhances our strength and confidence which helps us to see the blessings, the tiny miracles and magick moments headed our way as well as the ones that currently surround us. This is a good day to simply say thank you to the Universe, it’s helpers and to yourself for being the amazing soul that you are!

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Cavansite. This stone helps to guide us through major life changes as well as helping us learn from past experiences so that we don’t make the same mistakes/choices again. It also helps us to retain information that applies to spiritual growth. Cavansite helps to promote new ideas and can be used in conjunction with the Third Eye or brow chakra.

While Garnet is best known as a stone of protection it can benefit the use of our natural talents as well. It helps us to overcome any resistance we may have in using our gifts and promotes self-confidence. Garnet removes what no longer serves and mental self-sabotage. It promotes balance and clears and re-energizes the chakras.
