  215:   Today The Universe is telling us that something in our lives is about to change for the better. Change is a normal part of life and we all go through periods of change Some we initiate, some are surprises and some happen so gradually that we hardly know they are happening.  During times of change the nature and direction of our thoughts plays an important role. If we are stuck in a negative holding pattern the process can be scary and stressful. However, by filling and surrounding ourselves with positive and confident energy we are able to set aside our worries and concerns. This allows things to happen naturally and makes the process easier so that we can embrace change with an attitude of adventure and excitement.




Archangel Jeremiel teaches us how to release worry and fear so that we are able to navigate the changes that life sends our way.  Ascended Master Melchizedek helps us to gently diffuse unpleasant situations that sometimes causes and the Yoruban Goddess Oya teaches us that change must be fully embraced, not ignored or simply put up with. Changes inspire and encourage us to transcend our self imposed limitations.”




Our Sacred Stone for today is Tiger Iron. This stone , which is a combination of Jasper, Hematite and Tiger’s Eye, helps to promote change by opening space within and providing the energy to accomplish what’s needed by generating new and creative ways and ideas to make the changes easier.

January’s Theme: Focus on dreams and goals not your fears or past happenings. Thoughts manifest into reality and through positive focus we lessen the power of the things we fear.

112: Winter is a time of introspection. By looking within we gain knowledge and insights of who we are, who we want to be and where we want to go. This helps to open the pathways for the letting go of old habits, which is the first step to personal growth. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy when it comes to these old habits. While they may “feel” comfortable the truth is that we hold onto these things out of fear of change. Remember, we can’t grow if we refuse to accept the changes that are offered.  As you explore your own inner workings remember to pay attention to any recurring thoughts and ideas. The key lies in the way we perceive the information we gain.   This information paves our way into the future we desire, and planting positive thought seeds along our path will be beneficial in the coming months.

127:  Today a window opens allowing us more manifestation power. The key to this window lies  in your belief in yourself  and your abilities. The Universe and your angels are also here to help you. Their message to us today: “Do not be afraid of being challenged. These challenges may test your faith but will make you stronger and help you on your path. ” Take time to re-affirm your goals and needs and infuse them with positive intent.  Remember to to pay attention to any repetitive thoughts/ideas that you have as well as any divine guidance that you receive.  Keep in mind that even though the results may not be visible to you yet the wheels are turning and things are happening. 115: Initiating change in our lives is an ongoing endeavour and it’s important to support goals and thought seeds with positive intentions. Today’s number,  5 , relates to changes and transformations making this an excellent day to initiate something new or tend what we’re currently working on. Take time each day to affirm what you want and where you want to be, remember that “I Am ” and “I Will” are powerful motivators that will help to  boost your energy levels. Remember that change should not be feared but seen as a new adventure that will enrich your life in ways that will benefit your growth (personal, spiritual, emotional). 1025: Today’s meditation on faith revolves around change. Changes happen all the time. Some we initiate and some simply happen and take us by surprise. I know that this sounds familiar because we talk about change on a regular basis. The Universe wants us to know that the life changes we are experiencing are for the best and that it is time for us to grow.  Change is often seen as a scary thing, however it is all in how we perceive it. If we embrace the changes and see them in a positive light it becomes an adventure. In fact life itself is an adventure and we are explorers entering new and wondrous worlds filled with new opportunities and challenges. By accepting the challenge you are forging a path into new territory where your dreams become reality!
